Fantastic and accommodating staff at Jaguar service. I had lost both sets of keys and was stranded hours away from home. The staff welcomed me with understanding and worked hard to help me reach an outcome. They were able to fix my car within a matter of minutes! Very thankful for such a great experience

Worst customer service ever! Brought the car to the dealership and it took them months and the car was worse off the when I dropped it off. Technicians messed with all the codes and turned off a bunch of the cars features such as dynamic mode and winter settings. They called me 3 months later to pick it up saying it was “all set” but when I came it had faults and codes that were not previously there. And after all that they billed me $3,000 for ruining my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING!

MOST UNEDUCATED TECHNICIANS EVER! My Jaguar needed a simple suspension calibration. Instead they billed me thousands of dollars and gave me back my car with new faults and with more issues than before. Absolutely clueless technicians and workers it took them months to give me my car back and they fixed nothing! Please go to another dealership to have your vehicle serviced or worked on!

I have very few options for dealerships when it comes to Jaguar, due to location but they do not make it feel that way. It is warm, inviting and safe. My child has also sat and waiting with me and he is welcomed and not ostracized for running around and being curious. The service is proficient and warm. I feel like a friend and they’ve always this far made corrections when incorrect. They’ve earned their 5 stars ⭐️

This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had in car care. I called for a service appointment in mid-May. Was told earliest available was June 7th. OK, fine. I never heard a word from them until I lost patience and called ten days after dropping it off. They said it was in the shop being looked at at this very moment. They said they’d call me. Never did. I started to call often. Every time “it was in the shop being “looked at”. An excellent schmoozer known as the service manager then did start calling me. I participated in the schmoozing because I wanted the car back. Twenty nine days and $2,400 later I got it back without the original problem being solved. I fixed that myself with about two cents worth of black tape. A frayed wire in the conduit between the door and car body. They did however replace the throttle body sensor and the oxygen sensors on one side of the V-8.

Dear Rich Decaprio,I took sometime today to review your quotation for repairs and maintenance of my Range Rover Sport. I must say, with utmost certainty, that I am deeply disappointed in you Sir. The quotation for the spares was inflated and actual prices were double their value. For example, LR016237 (Wire Jumper) which cost $49.40 was quoted at $82.99. Coolant Sensor (PCJ500030) which cost $22.27 was quoted at $40.53. Windshield Trim Cover Moulding (LR046846) which cost $162.72 was quoted at $256.28. This is a terrible, unethical business practices that must not be allowed under any circumstances. Some of the parts that were recommended, such as 3rd Brake light harness were completely unnecessary, but yet they were supposed to cost me a whopping $3,413.06. All that is required in this context was to repair wiring that has been damaged by rats.Honestly, do you really think this was fair to your customer? How on earth do you come up with a quotation where a customer pays more that half the price of parts and repairs, more than 150% as profit to yourself and the company. This is insane and I just wanted to let you know that I will be taking further action on this matter. I have replaced a battery in your company and I assume you have given me a (NEW) battery, because if this is not the case I will be coming back to you company soon to demand my payment. Its difficult to trust anything that your company is doing now, after all these wild and exaggerated pricing. This is absurd and I am very very disappointed. I dont think I am going to give you any good reviews, people deserve to know the truth about you unethical business practices.The only place where you have the liberty to inflate prices and come up with unreasonable figures is the labor cost. Mind you some of us still double check these quotations before we can instruct companies to proceed with the repairs. I bought all the parts that you recommended in the above quotation for a small price of $2,177.16 from the Tek Automotive Group LLC (dba Jaquar Albany), the same place where you got your quotation from. This must ring a bell in your mind. You are a terrible disappointment.Best,

Got the annual service done for my Jaguar Fpace right after I reached home the service light was turned on again after the service, made another appointment to get it checked, dealer kept the car for four days to work on it, I pickdd up the car after i was told that service light was on for the replacement of some filter, it was replaced and the brakes were also replaced, when I was driving back the service light turned back on again half way to my home. I am not sure how to get this fixed the dealer shop service center seems like have no clue to figure out what is going on with my car. I have 100k miles extended warranty that came with car when i purchased from the dealer. I am not at all happy with service and I highly doubt the technical expertise of this place.

My F Type S Jaguar needed one of two batteries replaced, the cooling system also needed to be checked. They needed the car overnight so I was given a brand new Range Rover to use (very nice SUV). My car was returned to me the next day cleaned and in good working order at no charge to me. Imagine that the car is five years old and it’s still covered under warranty. Also the employees are very nice there.

While on vacation I needed to drop off my I-Pace which wasnt charging. Very pleased with the speed of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Service manager - Paul - was very helpful and communicated the issues very well, eventhough I was out of cell phone range most of the week. Car was returned fixed and cleaned - thank you. Kudos to John Sanders and Chris Collins. My 07 XK had a problem with its drivers seat being stuck in a fully reclined position. Other mechanics looked and wouldnt even attempt the repair. John and Chris went the extra yard, removing the seat; diagnosing the problem; and repairing the seat WITHOUT requiring expensive parts for the fix. It is great to find a shop with techs that do more than swap parts. I wish I could bring all of my cars to John and Chris...! Thank you Jaguar Albany

I made an appointment three weeks in advance. Dropped the car off (Tuesday)the night before. The service manager said they would need it thru Friday. So I call Friday afternoon and they had not even looked at it yet. Told me to come pick it up and bring it in the next week and they would try to squeeze me in. I am always treated nicely when I finally get to talk to some one. But it takes multiple calls and hours of waiting to get a return phone call, sometimes they never even call back. Its not acceptable service .

We owned a Jaguar and loved this car. We had to take it for service to Albany Jaguar. The service writer was rude, short and tried to nitpick the car, which was a 1 owner car like new with very low mileage. Service would have been covered under factory warranty for navigation- she blamed the service needed on someone supposedly putting in the NAV disc wrong which we know did not happen. We dropped the car off, washed looking like new- got it back parked under a tree and absolutely filthy. I would expect owning a Jaguar you would have much better service than that and more professionalism and we are very disappointed. We sold the car and we would not buy another Jaguar and have to deal with them again.

Went to them for a wheel balancing..after 1/2 hour inspection they told me my jaguar needed $10,000+ repairs plus wheels that needed to be repaired or replaced ..had my regular repair shop ( far better reviews than this jaguar dealership ) recheck and they said none of the repairs were needed..jaguar dealer proceeded with the balancing even though knowing , if the rims were in fact bent , the balancing would not fix the problem..and it didn’t..but they got their money for the wheel balancing..and inspection..and after that fun they offered to sell me a new jaguar..never going back

Terrible experience. Dropped off my car yesterday due to Engine Overheating. Called for 3 hours today to see if the car was ready and was put into voicemail every time. Finally, drove to the dealership to find the car was in the same place where I dropped it off and nothing done. And they want me to buy a new car there and trade my car in. So Unprofessional and I bought my last 2 cars there. No more.

My wife and I are just regular hard working people. We don’t make millions of dollars like many customers who would consider buying either a land rover or a jaguar. Having said that, the team at Albany Jaguar treated us like we just dropped 85k on a car. We didn’t!We were treated with respect and sincerity, never once feeling like we didn’t belong. Everyone worked together to put us in the car that we wanted. I will definitely buy another Jaguar from this dealership.Andy, Chris and everyone else are part of a first class operation.

By far the worst mechanics I have were encountered. I took my Jaguar to Albany in 2013 and the service was awful.When I retired from the military and returned to the area, I originally went to Rochester, but for the follow-up maintenance, I took a chance and scheduled an appointment with Albany.Whatever the mechanic did adversely affected my sensors so now it does not properly alert when I back up.Also they did not change the rotors or pads.I decided to take my vehicle to a local dealer and they showed me how bad my rotors were.After the service with Albany Jaguar, they send an online survey. Even though I identified all my issues and concerns on the survey, no one reached out to me or tried to remedy the problem.Looking at so many negative reviews, I am surprised that Upper management has not replaced everyone to rebuild trust in the Jaguar brand.I will definitely not trust my safety with this shop again.

Jaguar Corporation mailed a recall for the air bag for my Jaguar. The closet one was this place in Albany, NY. Paul the service manager is the one who accepted my jaguar at 1100 am. At 5:30 pm I recieved a call that my Jaguar was complete. I get in my Jaguar start driving 5 miles and I go to turn on the A/C and it does not come on then I notice dents and scratches on the cover that was removed for the airbag to be replaced. So I call them about my concerns because this was not an issue when I dropped it off. I sit there till 800 pm. I told the guy at the service department that I had appointments that evening and Saturdaymorning till Sunday. He tells me they are going to fix the issue and gave me a loaner. Friday after my appointment I see that Paul has called me to return the loner so I called to see if they have fixed the issues that I was concerned about. He said yes!. He also says that my car is old and the parts get damaged sometimes and they will never fit the same way again.... So I cut my appointments short seeming I was 3 hours away. When I arrive at the Albany dealership I get in my car and the A/C works but I still have a damaged face plate on my Jaguar. I called Jaguar Corporation since they are the ones that claimed the airbag was a danger to my passenger and I must change it ASAP. They filed a claim for me then a lady calls me and says to take this issue up with the General Manager because it is independently owned and claims that Paul said if I wanted to get the car fixed it would cost me $400.00 for the part plus labor. So I called the General Manager left a message and he has not returned my call. I also reached out to Paul with no responds either. It is obvious this car dealership doesnt care for there customers. You all damaged my car and it is your responsibility to fix it and should have done so while my car was there because I drove 3 hours to have this airbag replaced which now makes me not want to drive my car for fear of the airbag not done correctly. If I have an accident and my passenger dies for a neglectful dealership there will be a lawsuit on your hands. Take responsibility for your wrong doing!!!!!! AND MAKE IT RIGHT FOR MY JAGUAR!!! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE SO YOUR PAY FOR THE PART AND LABOR!!!STAY CLEAR AWAY FOR THIS CAR DEALERSHIP THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT FIX IT!!!!!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I just picked up my new Jaguar XE last week. I must say the buying experience was incredible. My sales consultant Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and features. I was impressed with the deal he got me as well. Sonia the sales manager rolled out the red carpet also. She did a great job and made me feel like my business was greatly appreciated. This car is absolutely amazing! It makes my Benz look like a Flinstones car. No comparison at all. Very exotic looking and drives like a dream. If you are in the market for a high end car I highly suggest going to see Chris, you will not be disappointed.

Worst service ever. You call and the service girl is out at lunch and needs to call back, which is at her earliest convenience and then they never call back. Oops we forgot we were so busy blah blah blah. And they never have loaner vehicles so if you need one be prepared to wait months to get an appointment. Overall HORRIBLE customer service. I never appreciated how good Audi service or BMW service was until I got a Jaguar.

STAY AWAY!! By far the worst dealership I’ve worked with... Service department is exceptionally rude. They do not value customers but instead, try to cheat you out with the most they can. I recently took my F-Type here for a key reprogramming, they quoted me $1,408 and told me I had to change all my modules and fuse box + buy 2 new keys. I said, “screw it” with this dealership and took it to Rochester Piehler Jaguar dealership. They got my key reprogrammed for $87!!! These guys were very welcoming, respectful, and understanding. They are willing to help you and get you the best customer service out there. The Albany delarship doesn’t even come a fraction close to how well the Rochester dealership is with getting you the service you need. It’s clear that you should AVOID this dealership at all costs. They will not value you as a customer, believe me!Just to validate what I’m saying, go down a few reviews and read Steven Harris’s review! Same story, they quoted him a repair for $5000 while it was only a $125 repair at a different dealership. Again, the service team is NOT to be TRUSTED.

This service department is not to be trusted. They diagnosed the noise we reported as a $5,000 transfer case repair.Same day we took our X type for a 2nd opinion to a Midas shop that diagnosed the problem as a bad front wheel bearing for a $175 repair. The inspected the transfer case and reported it in good condition. Once Midas completed the repair we took the car for a 3rd opinion to an independent Land Rover/Jaguar mechanic. He confirmed the transfer case was fine. That was 7 years ago and weve had no problem with the supposedly cracked transfer case.

The coffee was not bad. I served myself at the 20min of one sec, ill grab soneone t help you and after walking my first round. The next 20 min we checked out some cars inside without anyone there trying to sale them. And the last a few times of 5min sit&waits happened when someone there repeats gimme a sec. Sorry i gotta go to another dealer, and you are not that busy with someone who walkin at the 40min i walked in

I love my F-type, but wow, the service is so bad here that 18 months later I regret my purchase. I bought a new SUV from Keeler Mercedes last week even though I really wanted a RR, because whats the point of spending all that money if you cant get your car serviced. Its like they honestly dont care and feel youre annoying when you want to pay for service. I own five cars, Toyota, Infiniti, two Mercedes and the Jag and the other three car dealers are all great. Most recently my inspection expired and when I called to get it taken care of, they told me the soonest they could inspect it was in five weeks. Seriously, I spent all that money and you cant inspect it for over a month? Any thats after I left two voicemail over two days that went unanswered. Wtay away from these guys at all costs unless you plan on moving far enough away to get your car serviced somewhere else.

Customer service: really disappointed. No one ever approached me, said hello or can I help you. I left and went back to Keelers and purchased a new GLC 300 Mercedes. Jaguar Albany actually made the final decision for me to purchase a Mercedes. I LOVE my Mercedes, and the entire staff at Keelers are the BEST. I guess that can happen when you judge a book by its cover. I was dress nice, driving a Honda Pilot and had my 5 yr old grandson with. Go figure???

Brought my car in for an inspection because my check engine light was on. Was told the repairs were quoted at $3,500. I agreed after a couple of weeks I received a call and the repairs they made did not fix the problem. Stated that I needed another part that was $1,500 extra but the vehicle would be done 5 days later. Never received a call and after leaving messages finally received a call back that the part was damaged and they have to get a new one shipped in. ONLY, it would be here overnight and would be ready the next day. I guess we will see what tomorrow brings but how did it take 5 days to get the part first and now they can get it overnight. VERY FISHY. AND DISAPPOINTED!
