Excellent carpet cleaning service!!! I was in a bind: truly gross, cringe-worthy stained carpeting in my bedroom, but could not afford to replace it at this time. Enter Capital Vacuums to the rescue! I was shocked (in a good way) at the ability of their powerful equipment to deep clean the carpet to a degree that diy methods could not come close to matching. The carpet looks just great now, and I plan on using this service every 6 - 12 months to keep the carpet clean and looking good!!! Really so happy with and grateful for this service!!!

Last year I bought a cordless vac. Long story short dropped it off for service. After months of the manufacturer not getting back to capital vacs they decided to refund me my purchase price on the cordless vac and find a different one that suited my needs. Service is outstanding! We had our entry way tile cleaned and sealed. We cant believe how incredible it looks. We also had the carpets cleaned in the family room, and on the stairs. The carpets are 20 years old, and definitely needed a deep cleaning. It took a little over an hour for them to do the work. We would highly recommend them.

I recently went in here to purchase a vacuum and these guys know their stuff! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, just that I needed a good vacuum, with low maintenance and easy to use. I was sold pretty quickly after the sales person Kris did a demo on the new SEBO model. I met the owner Josh as well and him and Kris the sales person were extremely knowledgeable , professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I bought a Sebo vacuum from here several years ago. The machine itself is unlike anything Ive used before, and really is in a class by itself. Additionally it comes with a very comprehensive warranty. I would highly recommend the vacuum. Additionally the customer service has been nothing short of extraordinary. Rented Bissell carpet cleaning machine. It was extremely simple to use and worked really well. My carpet came out looking beautiful Even old pet stains came right out. I am sensitive to odors but the solution didn’t have a strong smell, it wasn’t at all bothersome.I would suggest having a guy carry it from car to house and up and down stairs because it’s heavy. Using it to shampoo is a breeze (66 year old woman). The process is simple and I would highly recommend to anyone. Chris was great to deal with. Will definitely rent this machine from Capital Vacuum again.

Inherited a classic Kirby from my parents. Wasnt working as I remembered so I brought it to Capital Vacuums. The knowledgeable staff had it back to its old self within an hour. Should have done it sooner. Carpet and rugs in the house havent looked or felt this good in a long time. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced.

I ordered a Dyson offline but it was missing a part to be assembled so it could be used. Obviously this was very frustrating and Dyson was not very helpful. I started calling local places and Capital Vacuums knew exactly what piece I was missing once I explained to them what was going on. I would highly recommend them if you are having issues with your vacuum. They were extremely helpful.

AVOID FOR CLEANINGS. We were promised a TEAM of people to come to our house for 3 to 4 hours, some would vacuum and the others would clean. 1 guy showed up. He spent 9 hours at the house and only used wipes to clean the house. We had to hire someone else (for way cheaper than our quoted price from Cap Vac) to finish the house cleaning. We were told that the carpet cleaning is guaranteed. We still have stains on our carpet that were guaranteed to be removed. We were asked by Reggie (our cleaner) for an additional $150 cash otherwise the cleaning would have been double the quoted price. When we mentioned this to the owner, he was appalled by this and said that is not how they take payment. We have been blown off by both owners ever since. It took almost a month to be refunded the cash we were wrongly asked for (which was allegedly returned back to them due to a mistake on the address and yet had a date newer than the original alleged ship date), plus the money we are out for hiring better cleaners to come and help with the house, not to mention the time lost on the initial cleaning date and the time wasted trying to work with the owner on correcting this. Do not fall for the sales pitch, you are not guaranteed clean carpets nor a team of people to perform the services promised. We were allured by the pitch and the other reviews, started to sing their praises to everyone we knew, including our Real Estate Agent, who in turn was ready to recommend Cap Vac to their customers. But after this experience we now warn against. Beware Capital Vacuums for Cleaning.

First bought a Simplicity at Capital Vacuums in 2012 reluctant about spending around $600 for a vacuum cleaner. 7 years later I very happily returned to Capital when the Simplicity finally gave up. Josh was very helpful & knowledgeable about their products & helped me pick out a Sebo vacuum that met our needs. The vac works great & really cant say enough about John & Josh & their friendliness & attention to customer service. They made sure I had all the right attachments & that everything that was supposed to be in the box was there before I left. 7 years went by & not only did the excellent customer service experience not change, but I paid almost exactly what I paid back in 2012 for what seems to be an even better machine. For years we bought the dept store vacs & if they lasted even 2 years that was a long time. And honestly with a vacuum its 1 of those deals where you do get what you pay for. When you compare them to the quality machines Capital sells you definitely notice a big difference. This is our second time going to Reg and his crews store. The first time was last year when our Dyson cordless vac wasnt working. His staff did a great job fixing the vacuum and kept us informed as to the repair status. This week we went back because our Dyson DC14 was making a horrible noise. He took the vac into the stop and ran a quick test. The basic repair would run over $100 then the extras we wanted (filter change, deep cleaning, etc) would have pushed it over $200.) He made us a great deal on a Dyson Animal that had just been cleaned and repaired...$149.00 plus a 2 year warranty. His repairman is Fave and he is fantastic. The hose on this Animal vac was cracked when I brought it home. One call later and I picked up a brand new hose. I highly recommend this store! Plus I hear they do carpet cleaning as well.

I can not speak highly enough of the carpet and tile cleaning services. We have tried many carpet cleaning services, and no one did as good a job as Capital Vacuums. They didnt give up, they stayed until all the stains were gone. Top notch service I will be using again and again.

The first submit of my review went out with an error. It was my Sebo Airbelt, (wonderfull auto correct). I live 45 miles away from the store, and due to this fact Josh told me they would work on my unit right away. Due to the problem with the hose and the short time I have owned this unit they replaced the hose immediately. I cant say enough about how professional and friendly Josh is. I highly recommend Capital Vacuums. It is worth the trip.

I recently took in a couple vacuums for repair. After seeing the Sebo on display, I decided to trade in one of my vacuums for it. They added bags and a long dryer cleaning nozzle to the bargain. The second used vacuum I had brought for repair they had ready in days. They were polite dealmakers and I purchased another Miele. This has been working very well ever since.

I had the pleasure of meeting Reggie and Antonio when they came to my house to clean my tile and grout in my kitchen. They are great guys that go over and beyond to try and help make your tile shine and grout look like it’s brand new. They are the type of people you would have back in your home because you can tell the kind of people they are. Excellent job guys and I’m glad I hired Capital Vacuum!

Had an excellent experience with them. Trying to find a roller brush for my older eureka. Apparently part has been discontinued for years and they had one in there stock. Very happy with service after calling 12 other vacuum stores they were the ones to have it. They were also the only store that told me the part was discontinued. I will now take all my business to them.

A great place to go to get your vacuum serviced, even if you didnt buy it there.They fixed my old constellation vacuum (1960s) that I got from my mother.They replaced the hose at no charge when I melted it against a heater.They are friendly and efficient. They really know their stuff!Places like this are hard to find nowadays.I would highly recommend them.

We had Capital Vacuums out this morning to have our carpets cleaned. Setting up the appointment was easy and the staff helpful. We even had to call and change our scheduled date and they accommodated without complaint. Dave was on-time (even called ahead), friendly and very thorough in his job! Price was competitive too. Brought my Dyson in for repair and a tune up. Ended up buying the Sebo. Reggie was very professional and kind. So I took my shark to another vacuum repair shop in Albany to see of it could be repaired. I walk in tell the guy the roller brush isnt spinning. Guy tells me sorry cant help you cant get parts. Doesnt offer to show any vacuums they sell in the store. I find Capital vacuums and Reggie tells me they would check it out but admitted its hard to find parts for shark. It wasnt repairable due to blown motor. At least they tried and Reggie hooked me up with a refurbished Dyson at an in unbeatable price!! Works better than the shark did when it was new. Went to capital vacuums today for some parts for a older Kerby rug shampooer. The sales person was super helpful and actually had it in Stock only place for 100 miles that had one. Capital Vacuums came to clean the tile and grout on my kitchen floor. I needed to replace a tile and couldnt do so previously because the floor no longer matched the original tiles I had left. After the cleaning, the match was perfect including the grout! Repairs are taking place this week now!! It was all back to its original color, even the grout. Workers were so friendly and helpful and gave me tips for keeping it clean. I would highly recommend. I was very happy with service and product. Will have them return to do the bathrooms. Awesome staff...had my Ducts cleaned and they were by far the lowest quote around....they contract out to a great cleaning service for ducts so dont be alarmed. Price quoted over the phone was a little off from what they said when they got to my home but individual at Capital Vacuums was willing to honor the quote. Im having my carpets cleaned next weekend so I asked him to knock the difference off that and he more than did. Got a great price on some carpet cleaning as well. Great company!

We drove 2 hrs to have our Kirby vacuum serviced. The owner was great. He checked it out found the problems and fixed it right away. Best customer service I have ever had. He set us up with all the parts we would need and did not over charge us. While we were there another customer can in with a part he had bought but did not work for him the owner gave him a more expensive part to try out and did not charge him any extra. He truly wants you to be happy with his products and service.

Had the grout (whole floor) in the kitchen cleaned. Mark was a professional and a gentleman. Waited for my wifes opinion to contact the owner to tell him how pleased we were. I went to get my Dyson vacuum fixed and told him my problems of what I didnt like. As I am explaining he actually took the time to listen. Asked me if I if I maybe interested in a different vacuum that was better and stronger. He showed me and explained all concerned with new vacuum. He took his time and answered all my stupid questions with much patience. Made me feel that he cared about what I needed. I bought a terrific vacuum. What I liked that he got to the point of what I needed without trying to oversell to make a sale!

Such great customer service by both Reggie & Joe. They seemed incredibly knowledgeable about all types of vacuums and hooked me up with a very nice Kirby 4G. It came with a 2 year warranty and will probably last me a lot longer than that, so Kudos to you guys for running such a great business!
