I just had them install a new grinder pump at my home. They were AWESOME when mine had stopped working. Anthony was here the same day and put in an excellent temp pump in no time! They gave me an estimate to fix mine or get a new one. Based on the situation I chose a new one. All through this process I was dealing with Casey. We spoke on the phone - by email and by text. She was OUTSTANDING! She got me help when I needed it and was always there in a timely, friendly and professional manner to answer my questions and concerns. I am so very impressed with the both of them. Anthony does a WONDERFUL and thorough installation job. I would recommend this company and their customer service 100 percent. Keep up the great job that you do! Your employees are your best assets and I want to recognize them for helping me with this situation especially during the holidays.

We had a Grinder pump issue at the house and I called Casey at the Siewert home office to schedule a service call. She was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Colin was the technician sent to the house. He had a vast knowledge of the grinder pump system and was also very courteous and professional. Colin installed an E-One system and resolved our issue in a very timely manner. Working with Casey and Colin at Siewert made for a very smooth process in fixing my grinder pump issue.

A widespread power outage knocked out our grinder pump, resulting in an overflow into the house. Kelvin returned my after-hours call immediately and walked me through the process to turn off the pumps breaker (to avoid possible damage with a power surge) and told me what to expect when the power returned. He also called the next morning to make sure that things went as expected. Super nice, super helpful gentleman. I couldnt be more satisfied.

I had two pumps replaced and the techs, Colin and Anthony were absolutely fantastic.. within minutes they had my issues diagnosed. They also had everything they needed to complete my repair rite in there truck. which is a huge deal in my eyes.. fast ,reliable , professional service. I called Siewart Equipment after having two other prominent plumbing/pump companies to the house.The Siewart office person was courteous, polite, and professional; most of all, she was understanding.Steven, the technician, came to our house first thing in the morning, the next day and called once he had arrived. Again, he was courteous, polite and professional!Steven also proved to be an expert in his field when he solved the pump issue in 10 mins!Two other plumbing professionals had me calling the City and had blamed the issue on something else or they just didnt know what to do, but they still charged me full costs!Siewart Equipment and Steven will be who we call for ALL future issues.Sewage was backing up into our drains and they save us!

Words can not express how great of a company this is. 5 stars are not enough!!! We had an emergency at our studio, and needed help quick! Siewert Equipment were there in no time. They found the problem, explained the problem, and fixed the problem. I dealt with Casey over the phone and she was a delight to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable, she took time and explained everything so we could actually understand it. Brett was the technician who did the main work, who also was a delight to work with. He also explained what was wrong, and what he needed to do. Before I knew it, the job was done. Completely and totally to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them. We are retired, and have an E-1 grinder pump which went into alarm the day before Christmas; We left a message on Siewert of Troy, NY since the office was closed when we called. The morning after Christmas, we got a return call from the Troy Siewert company, and we told them about our issue, and that we felt that the pump would not be an urgent issue, and that they could schedule us when they got the chance. The lady was very friendly, but said that they would get one of their technicians up immediately. Shortly, we got a call from Colin the technician to say that he was en-route, Colin arrived at the time that we were told, he worked diligently on the pump, making numerous tests to determine the problem. Colin determined the source of the issue, and he very quickly took care of the problem. We wish to thank Colin, the lady at the office, and Troy Siewert for their excellence.
