Our first purchase was a year ago. We shopped around and ultimately decided this was the best place for what we wanted. We stopped in and just started looking around the lot they seemed to have big selection. We were greeted in a short time by an employee. Just wondering if we had and questions. From there it was a smooth process and not long after they delivered our purchase. Unfortunately there was an issue and when I called to report about it someone was sent right over, to check it out. Took some digging around but once it was figured out the problem was corrected and I havent had any issues since. The whole process was done with courtesy and professionalism. We just recently made our second purchase there. After shopping around a bit we found that Abele Tractor came through with a higher grade product at a fair price with great customer service, again! I would highly recommend and I believe a great deal of the reviews here, will confirm my assessment...

I had a great experience working with, and buying from my man Trevor at Abele. No pressure or hard sales pitch, just really good service with vast knowledge of the products and ability to match what was right for my property and my needs. Tractor was delivered earlier than promised. When Trevor reached out a week or so later to see how it was going I casually mentioned that my 9 year old son had fiddled with the adjustable steering wheel lock. Without my even asking Trevor said he would send his guy out and sure enough next day they were there at my place, addressed the issue in just a few minutes and in a super friendly manner. I would definitely recommend sales and service with Abele!

So I waited a couple weeks of use of the GC1723EB to post. This 22.5hp tractor is everything I hoped it would be and more. Trevor at Abele knows his stuff, we talked back and forth between phone calls and text and he got me dialed into exactly what I needed for the jobs I planned to do and at almost the same price I was looking at used equipment for I got this brand new machine.Fits tucked into the tight garage, fits in the barn, the little guy loves it almost as much as I do.I honestly cannot say enough about Abele and Trevor as the best experience I could imagine and the equipment being everything I was told it would be!

I just wanna say my experience buying my new KX 080-4 super series Kubota was a great one the salesman Trevor was very helpful and made sure I knew everything my machine was capable of also got a 4 way 54 inch bucket and counter weight for me that are slim to none to get these days but he made it happen. I wanted to write and express my satisfaction with the MF1723 tractor, loader, backhoe and snow blower I took delivery of earlier this month. Trevor, the sales associate did an excellent job of listening while I describe what I was looking for and what I needed.I purchased this tractor to replaced a small John Deere riding mower/snow blower combination and a truck mounted plow. We got 34 of snow when the Noreaster hit. Im sure my truck would not have been able to handle that amount of snow. Im sure mostly because my neighbors full size 4x4 and plow combos were buried and unable to move. I however could clear my driveway of the 34, the massive bank at the end of the driveway left by the County plow and clear a path so that they could get their trucks out. They thanked me repeatedly when I was done. I think they were as happy with my purchase as I was.Early the following morning I used the tractor to clear the sidewalk in front of a small commercial building I have in the Village. At this time, mine is the only business in the immediate area that has no snow banks getting in the way of the Christmas Shoppers getting their last minute gifts.One last thing, I have a nice clean driveway and havent had to make excuses to my wife about the lawn getting torn up by the snowplowJust want to let you know,JGB

To start, I would like to say thank you to the parts department, specifically Jeff, for their hard work and friendly customer service. They are extremely welcoming and devoted to aiding the needs of their customers.However, I have been a stable supporter of this company for about 2 years now, and have dealt with minuscule issues with the sales department that I just overlooked. This last purchase was much more than minuscule and has caused a major problem and delay within my business. In slight detail, I purchased an extremely large and expensive machine, brought it home and then for 2.5 months begged for an invoice for ownership. Upon receiving the invoice, I noticed the serial number on the invoice for the machine did not match. I called to explain and further waited another 2 weeks for the proper invoice. After the completion of financing the machine along with 4 other attachments, another month passes without physically being given the attachments and every time I called was told it would be another week. This progressed for ANOTHER 3 weeks. During this waiting period, I requested to speak with a manager/owner and was told I was only allowed to speak to a salesman. The order was delivered, but was incomplete and sizing needed for my equipment was inaccurate. We are going on one more month at this point still waiting for the whole order. I went there in person to discuss this order, I explained the size difference in the equipment and was told by a salesperson they would exchange the equipment out. When I called back the following day the office staff stated it could not be exchanged, they would buy it back for half price and I would need to buy the right size again for full price. The part is still sitting in my lot untouched as it is too big for my machine and extremely unworthy to me. I am overly disgusted with the service, communication and inefficiency throughout this process and will no longer support Abele if it is not detrimental to my business.

We have used Abele Tractor for several years now as our source for new Kubota equipment and to supplement our fleet with their Rental department. I cannot think of a circumstance when they did not come through with what we needed or even went out of their way to find something odd to fill our need. Any problems we have had, have been handled quickly and amicably. They are a stand up crew, from owners, to Sales Manager, and Rental Department, to the Warranty Dept., right down to the crew in the yard getting the machines ready, maintained and loaded up when you pull in with your truck! They should be on your short list to call when you are in need.

Lets start with the experience of walking in and talking to Trevor Hines. This will be short and sweet as was the sales pitch, tractor demo and options discussed. Trevor treated me like I have bought thousands of dollars of equipment from him and I just stopped in to say hello. No pressure, no worries. He made it WAY too easy to pull the trigger on this tractor. Next comes the tractor. MF 1723 EB. Always wanted a Kubota. Had to SETTLE for the MF. Holy cow. Compared the MF side by side to a friends brand new BX23 he had just purchased. Not only did the Kubota look like a kids toy next to the MF, it could not compete with the work I could do. MF comes with dual hydraulic pumps. 1 for implements, 1 for power steering. Kubota comes with 1 pump for both. You can add the second pump to the Kubota, at additional cost. Single cylinder for the FEL bucket on the Kubota. Dual cylinders on the MF. I can go on and on. Lets just say the MF is a beast. I love this tractor. Now service after the sale, I live in Berkshire County MA. After my tractor got delivered I discovered the directional switch was faulty. I contacted Trevor. We discussed having a service tech come over to my place and discussed how to replace the switch myself. We agreed I could replace the switch easy enough and he got a replacement right out to me. He also included all the filters for my first fluid changes to compensate me for the time it took to replace the switch. ( All of about 10 minutes ). Switch has been replaced and everything works as it should. Trevor has stayed in touch just to be sure Im still happy. Any questions I have are quickly answered. It truly is like having a friend in the equipment business. I will go back to Abele and Trevor for any further accessories or replacement parts I need for the tractor.

Have been happy with the product (Massey Ferguson tractor). Parts people have always been nice. Have had nothing but problems trying to get a simple warranty repair done. They got offended when i chose to repair my tractor myself for simple things like a hose. Owner complained they didnt make much money on the sale of the tractor (not the consumers issue, dont sell the product then). Not very professional, seemed to rather make things personal when Im trying to save money and do some things myself. Was trying to move past the bad experience and buy a bigger more expensive tractor, salesman asked why am i trying to do business with them

In November I called their office regarding a Mega 400 wheel loader they had listed for sale on Machinery Trader. The sales rep said the machine was still available for sale so I asked if I could send 2 of my mechanics out on Thursday to look at it. When told that Thursday would be fine I sent my guys out and they arrived exactly when I told Abele they would. Upon arriving they were told that the machine was off site at some quarry on rent. This information was not provided during my 2 calls prior to sending my employees out on a 6 hour trip. The machine was another 30 minutes away so they drove there to see it on site. My guys inspected the machine and told me it was worth buying and I decided to tell Abele I would like to buy the machine. To my surprise they were not willing to make a deal because they said it was out on rent. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would you have a machine listed for sale and not sell it to an interested buyer? It cost me $700 to have my 2 highest paid guys spend an entire day driving back and forth across the state for nothing. I was told that the owner would call me within 2 weeks to let me know what they could do to make something happen but that call never came. All they would have had to do is give the rental guy a replacement machine so they could sell the Mega. They obviously have many machines for sale to make it work. To this day I have never heard back from anyone in the company. Little did they know my guys had a cashiers check in hand to buy the loader on the spot. They obviously dont need my money that bad. Now I am going to move on to another company that will appreciate my business. My advice is if you do not want to be jerked around like I did, buy your equipment somewhere else.

If I could give less than one star I would. They are slow, dishonest, and rude. It cost $600 and took just over a week to replace a pulley on my tractor.I then had another one go shortly after and brought it to Tinkers and got a call back within 2 days and was only charged $130.I really really do not recommend this place.

We bought a new svl 75 Kubota from Lou Taylor. He was very honest and knowledgeable on what he sells. Also very efficient I had the machine in my yard within 24 hours of contacting him. Looking forward to future business

Bought her this spring from Trevor and shes tackled all kinds of jobs - put in a 25x25 garden, hauled gravel, dug up LOTS of sumac stumps, carried trees, lifted heavy objects, and so much more! Lots of power in a small tractor. I even had a builder see her in action and said he needed to get one.Trevor is great to work with - friendly and knowledgeable and always a phone call away if you have any questions.
