Guys that helped me in the back were awesome!!!! Service and communication in the front, and advice with the product was disappointing for sure as I ended up with the wrong stone. I would not recommend this this company.

My wife and I just completed building our home and Klassic Stone exceeded our expectations. During design, fabrication, and installation Kim kept us informed every step of the way. A quality company like Klassic Stone helped us achieve the exact look and feel we wanted and were very knowledgeable with input and suggestions. I think they distinguish themselves by mastering the craft and also using years of experience to help customers recognize potential issues before they arise. The proof is in the pictures and we could not be more thrilled. The full slab master shower and kitchen island get rave reviews from our guests too!

Klassic Stone did a wonderful job installing my countertop, from start to finish it only took a week. The two gentleman that did the job were the best, friendly and very neat, they cleaned up after they finished and left nothing behind. We were very pleased with the service that Klassic Stone gave us through the entire phase of our home improvement. We used them for kitchen countertops, a bath top and a shower wall and threshold. They provided excellent service with ordering, the stone, sizing it correctly, and finishing the cuts and edges the way we wanted it. They did a great job of sizing the riser in our kitchen island, which was two levels. The installers that came to our home were friendly and professional. Kim and Lori were excellent with completing our order, and were very fair on price! We highly recommend them!

We have been working with Kim, Lori and the team at Klassic Stone for over 10 years. We met them by accident as we mistakenly went to the wrong address and it was the best mistake we ever made! Lori & Kim are a pleasure to work with. I own a kitchen and bath dealership and we have been partnered with this company for over a year now. I do not like reviews that just say good or bad. So here is my review in detail for the two vanity tops installed.First, they are a family run business, which I personally like.They were prompt to take me around and look at the available pieces, found some nice remnants, and scheduled work for the near future. Their turnaround time for me was within one week after measuring the installed vanities.Two beautiful pieces arrived and were installed without issue (vanities were intact, no damage to the wood or anything else). However, we noticed two problems - one was the wrong piece (we ordered a specific side of the granite piece for the lighter color) and the other had the faucet hole alignment slightly off. There were also some blemish problems with the piece that was the wrong color (some small chips and a scratch).It was installed on a Friday and I called the following Monday, thinking I would have to argue my case with a resistant business. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how quickly Kim (owner) wanted to remedy the situation. Zero resistance, sincerity in apologies, and insisted on making it right. Within a week we had two new pieces installed that are BEAUTIFUL and could not be happier with the customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone.Bottom line: Stuff goes wrong, mistakes happen, but a good business will make sure their customer is happy. This is the place you want to go.

Went there as a suggestion from a friend and the best decision we could have made! I even work at a big box store the pricing is the same and Id rather a small family business get our money! They did an amazing job and told us to go 5 min down the road to pick out our slab!! All said and done in 1 week!

After 25 years with our old formica counter tops and large island, we shopped around for new granite. The staff at Klassic was helpful and very competitive on the price. Install was done quickly and pretty much flawless. A couple of stone imperfections were solved with a no charge service visit.Id use them again no question.George Smith

My wife and i hired Klassic when they first came to the Albany area. The granite counters are fine but the installation was not done correctly, they were late coming to my house, and now after several years the sink has become unglued and they are not willing to come and make the repair without charging me. very disappointing.

Very professional. Measured and installed in less than a week. We work with this company repeatedly and have had nothing but top service. Will definitely work with again and again.

Its been 3 weeks since we picked out the stone for our bathroom vanity, Kim was going to pull the piece the next day so we could view and make sure it would fit our needs, When I didnt hear from her after 3 days I called and left a message for her to contact me, our sink cabinet was delivered and in our living room. Again 3 days and no call from her, I called back and left another message ,I waited 2 days and then called the company I got the cabinet from ( who referred Klassic stone to me) they then contacted Kim, who said she would pull the piece and get ahold of me 1st thing at the beginning of the week. Day 3 into the week and we still havent heard anything. My contractor is 2 weeks behind with our bathroom because I have no vanity top. We had our first visit 5 weeks ago, my contractor gave them the dimensions 4 weeks ago. Dont waste your time with this company unless you have months to wait.

Our kitchen sink got detached from the granite top after a few years of use. The team from Klassic stone came to check and asked us to get the food disintegrator and piping removed so they could work from below. and went back. We engaged a plumber to remove those things at our cost. Then the Klassic people came and completed the job. The plumber came again and refixed the piping etc. The Klassic people did a good quality job and were very professional. I wish they had done the plumbers job also themselves and charged us for the complete job. The separate plumber charged too much.

Shoddy at best. They hire illegal immigrants and addicts, pay them under the table. They have defrauded several insurance companies and lie on their taxes. If you were robbed during or soon after installation it was probably klassic stone employees. This company gives small businesses a bad name. Very dissatisfied with the company

Generally shoddy work throughout. The counter top joints and back splash joints were poorly matched. The sink was not properly attached to the counter and came loose. They wanted a $200 service fee just to come out to look at it.Find a company that does good work to begin with, and then stands behind it when problems arise.

I have nothing but good to say about Klassic Stone. My wife and I spent the better part of a year looking at granite counter tops all over the Capital District and Klassic Stone was the first place we looked. However, we wanted to explore other options before we went with the first place we stopped and believe me we looked all over the area - even Home Depot - and Klassic Stone came out on top.They were attentive, PATIENT, (because we bombarded Kim with questions for the better part of year during our search) and did an excellent job of cutting, polishing and installing our granite counters.I would recommend them to anyone looking to install counter tops and I have.-Mark Abele (Marilyn Semerads husband)

I wish there was a quality ranking lower than Poor - Fair because that is too high of a rating for the horrible work Klassic Stone did on my granite counters. If it wouldnt cost me another $5K to rip it out and replace it, Id do it. I still may. Stay far away from this company. I have never ever experienced a worse company! They will either change their name or go out of business, theyre that bad!

Stone is beautiful. The couple of workers that were here were another story. One I couldnt understand and the other looked like he needed a nap. His words were very slurry. It made me uncomfortable in my home. Any other time I would have left and let them work but I was afraid they might crawl in my bed and take a nap.

These guys ruined a brand new kitchen I havent even used yet. Dont let them near your house.
