That Dutch Bros makes a good latte. My only complaint is they need to ensure that poor gal working alone this morning isn’t working alone in the morning in the future. Make sure you tip heavy if she is.

Really great coffee, and people. We went in early in New Years Day, and both people working were super kind and helpful. They even gave me stickers for my kids, because they happen to have them. 100% would go back!!

We’re from Oregon and go to Dutch very regularly and this was the slowest Dutch brothers I’ve ever been too, they weren’t happy like what you’re normally greeted with and seemed pretty annoyed. We were excited to check out a walk in Dutch but this is pretty disappointing
Kind of crazy to spend money buying 4 drinks and not be allowed access to their bathroom. Had to leave and walk all over looking the court yard looking for a place my 4 year old could go. I think thats rude and poor customer service
Waited 45 minutes for 2 coffees and ultimately had to leave and got my money back. They had 2 employees on a Saturday morning, cant believe they didnt have enough staff especially with an event happening in the area. Very disappointed!
Great coffee. I had a large Charmalizer cost $6. Had me zinging from the caffeine and sugar .Hell yeah, cant wait to do it again!!!
This location is in Downtown Boise, which often has events as it does 4/18/21. You have two associates here taking orders and making drinks. You have done a disservice to your customers and more importantly a disservice to your associates. Look at the area and events for the month and plan accordingly. Piss poor planning promots piss poor performance.
A Christmas morning is the BEST drink if youre not a coffee fan but desire a warm drink that reminds you of...well Christmas morning!This is also the first storefront Dutch Bros I have ever been to and its so nice to be able to sit indoors and not worry about enjoying your drink on the go. Plenty of room and you still get that awesome customer service that is the gold standard at every Dutch Bros location. Wish I lived in this city so that I could frequent.
Had a lot of drinks from here. Loved both hot and cold drinks from here. Friendly staff, reasonable price and whenever I go there with my friends, we used to sit on the sofa and the music there is really good.Looked for the photos on my mobile but got only 2 photos.

Great coffee, great location, great atmosphere. I normally go to coffee shops to work so its great that this location has tables, outlets, and couches to do some work. But there are things that need to be improved.1) Definitely this location needs a restroom! It sucks that the restroom they have is only for employees, and customers need to walk somewhere else to use the restroom.2) The internet is great but it kicks you out every 15 minutes or so.
I always stop in when Im downtown and my son bad hockey practice so I went and the employees are so friendly and work hard to get your drinks out fast! The screens also enticed me to try something different next time!

Went in today to get a gift card for my mom for mothers day. They had to do the tip amounts because of the social distancing. I didnt feel like a tip was necessary as there was no work involved in a gift card, so I asked for no tip when I was asked. He continued to click the 20% tip and I asked for no tip once again. He went back and clicked on the 15% tip. I got a 40$ gift card for my mom, and was charged 6$ on top where there was no work involved! Thats a whole coffee I could have gotten her on top. Kind of really disappointed honestly. Just with the deception as he knew what he was doing and went further to hide his action. This was 1:30-2:00 pm Sunday May 10th. I was wearing a pink hat, blue button up, Jeans, and white shoes if a camera check is necessary. I wonder how many other people this has happened to.
This place has good coffee and the price is good as well. Long lines though, and I hate lines. But it does show that they are popular. Even though there are lines the staff gets people there orders rather fast and even with 7 or 8 people ahead of you, you get your order within 2 or 3 minutes. The music here is a bit load and if your with a friend you might have to raise your voice a bit. The noise level is kind of like a bar but not as bad.
Easily the best Dutch Bros that I have ever been too! Theres a guy that there named Archie. Did you know that Archie is short for arch nemesis. Hes a really great guy not a really great arch-nemesis which makes him an even better guy.Ive given poor and rather awkward reviews of other Dutch Bros but this one is legitimately legit.
Ive been to this Dutch Bros Coffee a few times now. So far Ive liked it.Ive never been to any other of their locations, but this one has a nice spacious feel to it. The employees are welcoming and seem happy to be there. The whole place including the tables have been clean every time Ive come. Altogether its a pretty nice place to sit down and relax.
Finally! A second late night coffee shop in Boise! Ive been waiting a long time for this! The location makes it perfect for popping in to after an event at the Qwest Arena, a date at Edwards Cinema, or after a stroll from you hotel room. The vibe a young with loud music and a lot of skateboarders trafficking through. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. Wish you guys had a big fireplace to add a bit more atmosphere or nook like spaces for more private conversations.
Look, I love Dutch bros. and when I go, I always get a dark chocolate freeze. So much so, I know what it’s supposed to look like. So when I get something that’s beige in color, I know it’s not right. Sure enough, I tried it and all I tasted was the coffee they put in, it was like they forgot the chocolate. Major downer. I chose not to say anything about it, they were really busy. Nevertheless, I’ve gotten the same drink at other locations and this has never happened before. I don’t like the taste of coffee alone, so that’s why I liked the dark chocolate freeze so much. I got the chocolate taste I wanted with a hint of coffee to keep me awake. Hopefully this isn’t a pattern.
I used to really like coming here to study, but now that customers can’t use the restrooms, I won’t be coming here anymore. There is nowhere open to go to use the bathroom in the evening, and it’s just not feasible... Especially when it’s 26 degrees outside. Such a bummer since it’s one of the only coffee shops open late in the area and the employees are really nice. I don’t blame them. It’s a shame that paying customers are being punished.
They were delicious and filling, and a great change from the typical white fluffy pancakes that leave me with a headache. The lunch menu looks interesting too with several vegan and vegetarian options. There is a lack of healthy food restaurants downtown so this is a great addition to Main Street!
I dont drink yalls gross dirt water, but I still always find something to drink there that I like. Got Tigers Blood Lemonade this time, good stuff.
This does very excellent work and trying to experiment with things is one way to attract attention. My favorite drink I get is the Wildberry Smoothie (mostly with whipped cream) and the setting is nice. I recommend it to those who need the occasional fix.

The staff here are always friendly and seem to enjoy what they are doing. The pricing is about what you would expect to get a coffee at a coffee shop so I cant complain there. If they mess up your coffee, they will usually make you another and let you keep them both! They are truly awesome. Peak customer service!
Always a favorite stop when walking downtown. The kids that work there are great too. They even game me a free coffee once when. I forgot my wallet. My only complaint is that the coffee isnt made consistently the same. Overall I love it, doesnt stop me from going
Probably the nicest sit down Dutch Brothers locations Ive ever been to. The location is everything, being right on the corner of 8th and Main you cant miss it. I didnt order coffee but I can attest that the hot cocoa slaps.

Cool place with a chill modern vibe. Plenty of different coffee drink options to choose from. Very friendly staff and outlets along the walls for your laptops. There is plenty of seating with regular and stand up seating areas. Parking may be hard to find since its located in downtown. Also can be loud since the music and noise kind of echos in the spacious area. A couple downsides are there is not many food options to choose from and the wifi connection keeps kicking you off like every 30 minutes or less. The good thing is there are plenty of restaurants nearby if youre hungry. Other than that its a really cool place.

I usually go to a different coffee shop downtown when I need to catch up on some work. That coffee shop was full and there were no table... what to do?!? Well, I remembered that there was a new Dutch Bros. downtown with an indoor sitting area.When I walked from the parking garage I could hear the loud music and the kids (young 20s) were dancing and having fun. This was nice to see. The feeling when you walk in is coffee meets nightclub-- I like that. However, I was concerned with being able to concentrate on my work. However, it wasnt too loud and it was cozy and warm.Overall, it was a pretty chill place-- dont go if you have a headache or have to concentrate too hard-- you may want to just get up and dance your butt off!
They used to be cheaper than other coffee shops now their more expensive.
My favorite Dutch Bros. The only one that Im aware of with seating. Its a good atmosphere, the music is always pumping (sometimes a bit too loud unless you drown it out with headphones). Its big and roomy and has all of the Dutch Bros goodness youre used to.
It was first time there and the person making them helped me more than the person taking the order. The cashier just kept saying we dont have that and person making them heard me and said yes we do its called whatever it was forgot already, so thanks to the person who stepped in and helped me since the cashier wouldnt. They need to switch spots
I come here almost everyday. The men and women who work here are truly respectful and good at their job. AWESOME! AMAZING! I think I will keep coming back
Great drinks, but the actual store was kind of a let down. I expected a display or something. Something other than ample seating and zero product display.
Visiting for a few days and the folks working were very friendly and helpful with my coffee order, as well as recommendations for places to visit/eat. Coffee was made perfectly and tasted better than the other place where I normally get my morning coffee. Im sure Ill be back before I leave town. 👍🏾👍🏾

Very underwhelmed with my experience here. I have several friends that cant live without their Dutch Bros so I thought I would give it a try. There were 7-8 people in line in front of me. While there were 7 employees behind the counter, only 4 were working. The other 3 were chatting, eating, having drinks, and bothering the employees that were actually working. I understand they may have been on break or off the clock, but in that case, dont be behind the counter. It looks really bad to the customers especially if its busy. The employee running the register and the one that served me were both very friendly. Coffee was just meh, not that great. Dont know if Ill be back.
I came in and ordered an iced drink my friend recommended. The girl working put in my order and I went to the bathroom as my friends ordered their drinks. When I came out I received my drink hot. I kindly asked if they could switch out my drink to iced because thats what I ordered. With the most attitude she goes nobody said iced, but ok. I was appalled. The attitude wasnt needed, for the place was not busy and there shouldnt be a hassle. I just wanted the drink I ordered. Definitely sticking with Chardoneys Brew Lane Coffee for Ive never had any problems with the shop or their employees.
I have never been to such a rude, subtly-racist place such as THIS PLACE DEFINITELY IS.I was awaiting my turn to order a Nutty Irishman (blended), behind some CHATTERBOX White lady who knew damn well that I and others coming in-shop needed to order also. NOT JUST HER.The girl at the counter basically gave me a very indifferent attitude, like I dont exist or something. Of course, I quickly called her on that uncalled for behavior of HERS, though my drink order was fulfilled and so on.BIG DAMN DEAL, THOUGH, without the common courtesy needed to accompany it all. This place DOES NOT HAVE ANY OF THAT.And YES, THIS is coming straight from a Black-Native American woman who is ALSO a Boise native.PERSEVERE.
Stopped in on a super cold day to grab a coffee and the staff wouldnt let my 7 year old use the bathroom. What kind of a coffee shop doesnt let people use the bathroom?! Employees only they said. If 0 stars was an option, thats what Id give them. Horrible customer service, horrible smug attitudes.

Always fast and friendly, even when they are super busy (which is frequently) Ive only had them make a mistake on a drink one time and they apologized and corrected it right away. They give my dog a whip cream cup and she loves that. Really love the energy and service here!
Dutch Bros coffee and espresso.Lots of different types of frozen/blended and iced drinks.Caffeinated and non-caffeine.Prices are slightly higher than the other big chain coffee purveyors.When Im not in the mood for any other coffee house , this is one of my regular alt choice.

This is about the fanciest Dutch Bros Ive ever been to. Im used to the little drive through kiosks. This must be a flagship location or something. Anyway, its super-nice, and the coffee is Dutch Bros finest.

Dutch Bros is staple around here. The downtown location is different than most other locations because it has indoor seating. I love this location. Quick and friendly service. Great location. My recommendation is the cocomo with an extra shot (if youre in the mood for a mocha that isnt super sweet). My other fave drink is a Wookie. Its not on the menu and consists of a Rebel, Chai tea and cinnamon syrup. I prefer it iced but hot is great as well. 😎Enjoy!!!

I didnt want to give this location a one star, but now that they dont let paying customers use their restroom I have to. Sorry for the one star review but being a sit down location, especially downtown, and not providing access to a restroom is unexceptable in my opinion.
