All the employees a guy and girl were so friendly and helpful! Morgan the manager also was so helpful. Looked up the availability of some items for me than called me with her findings. I love this place and again the employees so helpful and friendly.

I really like this store. The employees I have spoken with have all been nice. I have shopped there quite a bit lately and have been satisfied each time with the friendliness of employees and the set up of the store. It seems a bit spendy on certain items but I also am someone who price compares a lot. I will definitely continue to enjoy shopping here.

It would be great if the employees know at least as much about gate hinges as their customers know. I got now help from a fellow customer than I did from the employee trying to help me, who by the way disappeared to try to find out what I was looking for, but never returned. Thankfully I kept looking and found it on my own after a customer told us what aisle I needed to be looking in... Coastals employees product knowledge, for lack of better words, sucks big time

I really feel that customer service has completely gone out the window in this store. I was in there for almost an hour this morning and 1 person said hi or even acknowledged me. I used to work for this company back in the late 90s and that never would have been tolerated by Mr. Wheeler or any of the managers. Its really sad.

Chris is a great employee. She went out of her way to go get the kibble we needed out of the warehouse so we wouldnt have to go all the way to Salem. We really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help!

It was my first experience with driving through and having things loaded into the truck for me, and if that wasnt just the best adult Christmas experience!?! Everyone was very helpful, as usual. Happily enjoying my summer garden purchases.

Purchased 2 pairs of jeans. Was not allowed to try them on. I got the size i normally get and one pair was made smaller(couldnt button them up). So i brought them back. I was greeted by Toni. I tell Toni my issue. Toni then accuses me of washing and wearing said jeans. (Silvers) i laughed cause i wasnt able to button the jeans but she was kind enough to still think i could actually fit them🤣😂 i explained my issue AGAIN that these jeans were made smaller and did NOT fit also the pockets of silvers will turn from a beige color to a bluish white color do to the heavy dying of the jeans when washed. Toni then accused me of wearing the jeans. I AGAIN explained to her that I a paying customer was not afforded the option to try these pants on first and again that they also did not fit I couldnt button them up it would have been impossible for me to wear them otherwise I wouldnt be returning them. She then picked up the jeans and SNIFFED them!! Toni told me the jeans smell like laundry soap and that she could not return my jeans. Because she will lose her job! That she needed to check with a an associate. Meanwhile a line is stacking up behind me. I remind Toni that without me a $paying$ customer there is no her and that i was well within Coastal Farms Store return policy I also had tags and receipt. Scalls and Associate up. The associate comes up looks Adam says yeah return them so Tony again begins to smell the jeans hold them up in the air tell the associate how I wore them and watch them in front of a line of people who I now feel embarrassed in front of because this Tony is making such a big deal out of a pair of jeans but I paid $90 cash for that did not fit. Anytime I tried to give her an answer or a resolution to one of her questions she insisted I was not telling the truth that I had washed and worn Those Jeans! I EXPLAINED again to Toni that I was denied the ability to try these jeans on prior to purchasing. Toni then stated that the dressing rooms have been open for a while now. (Simply arguing with me no matter what i said) I can promise you if the dressing room was open when I purchased those pants I would have tried them on because I am a single mother of two children and do not have the time to keep going back to that store to return pants that dont fit that I paid my hard-earned money for. I flat out dont have time to waste on it. After a few more Choice words from Toni and a mini side conversation with her associate she decided she was going to go ahead and return my jeans!!!! How ridiculous? This woman acted like she was some kind of detective investigating a huge crime that had never been committed!! I used to purchase all of my jeans at Coastal Farms($1000s on boots and jeans) thank you Tony because of you and your SH** customer service I will never be back to that store!! EVER! Nor will I recommend it to another person. Nor will I ever have anything positive to say about the store because of that one terrible experience from Toni

They have everything. Im worried you Didnt hear me correctly. They have EVERYTHING! The people are helpful and friendly. They stop in the aisle and ask if you need help finding anything. Some of the aisles are narrow, the shelves are packed, but it all works.Its efficient, one stop shopping, they have unique items most stores dont care to carry, bee keeping safety equipment anybody?Higher quality items, its fun to browse. Fleece lined stretchy pants, flannel shirts, work boots, dog food, everything.

Truckers delivering here, if you have an 8am appointment, they had the gate already open at 5:45am and had me back in a door! Plenty of room to back in to the doors at the far end. Being allowed to arrive over two hours early just made my day! Thank you!

I went here for a 4x clothing for a large man and a person was available on the floor to assist me without asking. I experienced polite excellent service. The staff noticed the items I had were heavy and took them to the front for me and returned to ask me if I needed anymore help. I loved this, you dont see customer care everywhere nowadays

I really like going here.Pros:The people are friendly.The store isnt so big I have to spend a half hour finding what I need. However there is enough variety in products I can usually find everything Im looking for.Prices are usually comparable to its competitors.Cons:As far as cons, Ive never had a bad experience at any of the stores.

Manager of the animal supplies has no idea what shes doing and thinks she can give unsolicited vet advice that isnt even accurate. If you need medication for a sick horse go somewhere else because she will waste your time and not even give you what you asked for in the end which was an over the counter drug.

Propane price was low but the kid who filled my 3 tanks today, left a valve loose and our car filled with propane...about threw up on the way home!!

I purchased a pellet stove from Coastal on January 25, 2021. The shipment came in on March 10th and I never received a call that it was in. I then called on March 15th planning on canceling my order to find out that it was there. I was told they called and left messages but neither my husband or myself ever received a call. When I have called I got people who could never find my paperwork and was frustrated every time I asked when my shipment would be in. I am very disappointed in how Coastals stove department handles their customers. When you spend over $5000 on a purchase the least they can do is communicate with you. We decided to keep the pellet stove and have A Chimney Pro install the stove. Hopefully when he picks it up there isnt any other issues and all the pieces are together.

They have everything you need. Went in specifically to get an electric fence to protect my chickens (that I purchased there as well), and boy are there a million different ways to give shock therapy to stray dogs and coons.Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great place.

Great store but they attempted to charge the difference between a sale price and the current price when we attempted to do a straight across exchange to get the correct size for a pair of pants. It ended up as a straight exchange with no additional charges but this was our first experience with a store wanting to charge the price difference when doing a straight across exchange to correct the size of an article.

This Coastal location has an absolute amazing selection. They carry all the work clothing a person could want. I was very happy with their full Ariat Rebar line. I will definitely be going back to this location for future purchases, and would recommend them to anybody looking for great work wear.

I had a great experience today with the small engine repair department at the Albany store.Jason helped me without even taking my mower off the trailer, I was fully prepared to leave and have them schedule it in.He said let’s just look at it, 90 deg. out he was able to fix in minutes what would have taken me all day.He also took the time to show me a quick secure way to tie off ratchet straps.Helped me above and beyond thank youCoastalJeff Lehr

Huge variety of products for every animal or farm need. They even have Missme jeans!

They sell wood bundles theyre great it helps the community the wood bundles are made by Albany helping hand volunteers that help their shelter keep going please buy their wood bundles and they also have cord wood and just drop by and pick up some firewood theyre awesome people , keep warm woodlot, just passed Coastal farm on the right side of the road.

Over priced on almost everything but they carry a wide variety that will keep you coming back anyway. They used to have good service but that is gone They only stay open to 6pm so don’t expect to go there and get what you need after work if you have a normal job best to plan on a weekend they don’t care.Not what the country needs.

I was told there were a few freezers in stock. Drove 15 min to pick up. Talked to a couple store reps, waited another 15 min to hear they were wrong and freezers were not in stock. Waisted my time and gas. Frustrating.Went to Bimart, they had them in stock, and cheaper and just as good as quality. In and out there in 5 min, and they helped me load it.I’ll use coastal for what I absolutely have to, but Bimart for everything I can.
