Store is opened, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I got an10% additional discount for trying to sign up for their retail account, which was nice. The clearance section was stocked full and I left with much more than I expected I would. Very satisfied overall!

They dont carry alot of mens inventory in store anymore. Was recommended to look online.

Store needs to maintain accurate hours online. Pretty frustrating to drive all the way here to find out they don’t open for another hour. Poor management.

The clothes are amazing, and they have good deals, but when I went into the store today the cashier was extremely rude. I figured that she might of been new, but that doesnt give anyone the right to have a terrible attitude with someone who is purchasing things from the store they work at. The girl was also rushing me to make an account- which I didnt appreciate at all- and also asked me to repeat details several times that she couldnt remember. Maybe Aerie needs to start hiring people with actual customer service skills.

Absolutely love this store. Aerie is the best, comfortable and cute while not being too expensive. Unlike other brands tries to build you up and build your confidence in yourself and make you feel beautiful rather than selling sex like many similar brands. It is about you not what other people think

My mother and I visited from canada and the girls working here helped us up until after hours because we werent done. They were so nice and friendly and joked around with us. The girls are also very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us with what we wanted.

The workers asked and directed customers but there was one person on the floor, by the name of Erin, who not only helped us but went out of her way to find things on her own.

Ordered items online, when it arrived they had sent the wrong thing. Went to the store to return it, associate looked up what they sent me and then tried to return it to me at that price which was less then what I paid. Tried to tell me it all works out since I found a replacement to what I ordered in store. I work in retail and I can do math, it did not equal out. Then since I didnt have the card I originally used on me, which I was told when I called customer service I wouldnt need, that it had to go on a gift card. Never shopping there again, Ill give the gift card to my niece.
