Staff were great at getting appointment set up and going over the vehicle thoroughly. The website didnt show appointments available until the following week, however a quick call to the service department and they accommodated us with the date that we needed.

Charged 112.00 for hood insulation that I can buy for 58.87....Cant take very long to snap in...15min...degreased inside engine,would give it a 7,left oil spots...I had to clean outside of hood and front lights,oil...Even finger prints on hood. If your going to do a job,do it right,make it look good !! Charged 170.00 for labor,seems very high. I would of done it myself if i checked the engine on my wifes car. Cost would of been less than half ,and I would of saved 3hrs on the road.

The body shop manager was very through and friendly in doing his job. I was very pleased with the end results. The salesman that I did business with was courteous and professional. I was also pleased with our dealings. If you ever have a problem they try to solve it in a timely way.

As a over 30 years customer of Depaula, I dont know why I did not change years ago. Chris in the service was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My vehicle was done correctly and on time. Everyone from service to the casher, wonderful !

This is why I avoid dealership service with leaving the car! Make an 8am appointment over a week ago for a simple oil change, tire rotation and to check the muffler for a noise under the car when accelerating. Heard nothing all day, finally get a response shortly after 2pm that it hasnt even been looked at yet BUT I was next in the pile. Nope, will go elsewhere, unacceptable for the simple service I was getting done as well as when I dropped it off there was only one other car in front of me checking in and not many cars being worked on from the night before. IF they were that flat out slammed like he mentioned, then I should have been notified that when I dropped off the car for MY 8am appointment, not in the afternoon! Was going to be looking on their lot for another car but because of this service, I wont be buying from there again.

I made the appointment on Sept 27th to be completed on Oct 5th. 8:30 appointment, at 8:40 they tell me the tires I wanted werent available. They said they could order the tires and theyll take 4 days. (Apparently this couldnt be done in the 8 days since scheduling the service) I asked why they didnt order them when I scheduled the service and he didnt have an answer for me. They offered other tires that were more expensive. $600 extra, the old bait and switch. I said dont worry about the tires, just do the oil change. (Which is free) 10:23 am I notice my car was out front. 10:56 am I go to the counter and ask what is going on. He is finishing my ticket. Shocker they still did the alignment and tried to charge me for the oil change. (They always try) I would advise people avoid this dealership like the plague. Basically didnt even order the tires and hope Ill just want to get the service done and pay 600 extra dollars. I wish I could give negative stars.

Happy with a new vehicle. However perhaps a little more transparency and communication between salesman and finance person. Relatively seamless process, just at the end the words didn’t quite match up between the two of them. If it weren’t for that, I would give a higher rating. Lessons to keep in the back of my head for a next time.

Talked to internet sales begining of week and made appointment for Wednesday. I show up and they give me a sales guy. We start walking all the way out back to look at the Colorados as thats what I was interested in. He then proceeds to leave me there and say if I have any questions to let home know. How can I look at a truck with no sales guy and no keys to get inside! I left and took my business and trade In to depaula. The experience there was excellent! Bought a nice z71 too.

I had recently bought my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse to another mechanic in Albany to get serviced and it sat in their shop for 5 days just for the owner to tell me he could not find the problem. What a waste of time! A co-worker of mine suggested DeNooyer. I typically dont like going to dealership for service but Im so happy I came to DeNooyer. Within a few hours my Traverse was fixed and I was on the way. The staff was very courteous and professional. Did I mention I broke down in Albany and was stranded for days waiting for the other mechanic to fix my Traverse. If I only would have taken it to DeNoor Chevrolet first.

Im late posting this, Im sorry George!! Ill try to make this short. We had to get a Recall/extended warranty done for our break system. Seeing the vehicle came from Canada originally he had to jump through some hoops to get it done. It was done the very same day we scheduled it for, even though we hit a bump with everything that had to be done for the paper work. I am so very greatfull for all the hard work and time!! Also we have yet to loose breaks again since we had brought it to be fixed, praise God!! Thank you to the Manager, Cashier, Service Writer, and Tech that put in their time and effort. We really appreciate it!!

I brought my 2017 Silverado in for an inspection, an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am. At 4pm my vehicle was not ready. It was not inspected and I had a $480 bill. I declined a rear brake job ($764). My personal mechanic looked at the suggested repairs and could not find anything wrong with the brakes on a truck that has 43,000 miles. On top of getting charged for an inspection that was not done, I was extremely unhappy with the other Fluff charges. I will not be going back to this dealership. I love my truck, but DeNooyers is not the only Chevrolet dealership in upstate NY.

It was an oil change. I did not confirm the levels after my visit. If it was done incorrectly, you will owe me a new truck. The service was fast and polite enough. However, it did require scheduling nearly two weeks ahead of time.

I drop off my car, get a call 30 min later saying they don’t have the part. In which I call THEIR OWN parts department. In which the guy says he is literally looking at it. Which tells me someone didn’t do their job. They service guy is giving the absolute worst attitude because he got proven wrong. Finally they get the part on my car and come to find out, the service guy is missing a piece off my key ring. 100% will not recommend to anyone. I’m disgusted by the customer service.

I received an email saying I was told that I need to have a fuel induction service performed and that I chose to postpone this service. I was never once informed I needed this done. And if so I would not have postponed it being done.

Your financial team ran our numbers, presented them clearly and we purchased an additional warranty while staying in our budget. When it came time to get our vehicle, we were able to save a ton on our insurance because your insurance department got us better coverage at a lower rate. When John Cordi ordered the part for my 2020 Traverse last month, the manufacturer sent the wrong part. He was very apologetic, and ordered the part again. He worked with me to find a new date to install, and got a ride for me to and from work each time. John is very helpful, very friendly and a great asset to your service department!

Duane and his crew were great. Went above and beyond to help me get my repairs done in a timely and professional manner.

Sales seemed to be pretty good however, service department needs work. Not only did they keep our truck longer than we were originally told but they also didnt complete all the work. Then continued blamed us, the customer, for possibly not mentioning all the work that needed to be completed when we 100% told them what we were looking to have done then they even called and confirmed it. Extremely disappointed.

Service was very timely and the 1 issue I had was addressed by the Service Writer should it continue.

First time buying from Chevy and DeNooyer and what a disappointment. When I took possession of my equinox and after paying for remote start they lost one of my original keys plus 2 of the valet insert keys. There staff told me they would be in touch, with a time to come by and get my keys as they were putting an internal order in for them. It has been 2 months and the sales person Dalton and management Rebecca have stop responding to my Texts and calls. Way to go DeNooyer hope everyone else gets there keys before they leave or you will never see them!

This dealership is the perfect example of why everyone hates car dealerships. Firstly, the salesman tried to physically attack me, then he said he’d make sure no one in the dealership would sell the car to me. Then the sales manager called me to apologize for the salesman’s behavior and assured me she’d follow through on the sale. Then they sold the car from under me even though I had a deposit on the car. This place is the worst. Avoid at all costs.

This dealer is not on the up and up. They advertise vehicles they cannot sell to the public on Autotrader at wholesale prices. This generates internet traffic that internet salesman Michael Miller tries to turn into sales or he is just trying to look good by getting phone calls. Either he or his team is not playing fair ball or the dealer is not advertising with integrity. In my 35 years of sales experience if this type of stuff is happening on the surface then lots of other weird stuff underneath. Everything I needed was either offered or supplied. Quick turn around considering the requested services. Drive in service which is good for bad weather. Its also nice to see the same employees for a long period of time. Simply no complaints.

I paid off a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT after 5 year loan. Car gets to 80,000 miles. Car’s engine is no longer “good.” According to a mechanic at Denooyer, (paid diagnostic). Go to trade in car they offer me a $1000 trade in credit for my Pontiac 2008 G8 GT sitting on brand four new 245 45 r18. Towards a soda-can-of-a-car 2017 Chevy Cruze RS. Which was soon to be totaled, by a female illegally driving in the median on 9W. Have in mind: I literally just put $1000.00 tires on the G8 GT that week, from the Firestone in Latham. I do not recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet...They have also been accused by CarMax for rolling back the speedometer in Detroit! What happened to the Pontiac brand is atrocious and General Motors should be held accountable. Along with every single salesman who knew about rolling back electronic speedometers.

Bob and the technician didnt give me the run-around, they were transparent and honest which in my opinion is more respectable and worth more than any car they sell or buy. First time here at Denooyer and not happy with the service and response time. I felt like I was taken advantage of on a somewhat simple fix. Then they recommended thousands of dollars of extras on items that i recently had fixed professionally at another location. Sorry but trying to boosy up the amount of service is not very cool to someone who knows the business.

I had an accident and my driver side fender and mirror were crushed, with my RED 2011 F350 SUPER DUTY. I brought it into DeNooyer Body Shop. I was very concerned about the paint matching being that the truck is red and 7 years old. When I picked my truck up it look like a brand new truck. Vince and his crew went above and beyond and did an excellent job. The paint matched perfectly and so did all the Body Lines. I would highly recommend them!!!

This morning on the way to my work I had noticed a small rattling coming from the shifter column that seemed like something was possibly vibrating loose as I was getting a progressively chattering sound over the past few weeks, but wasnt quite sure.DeNooyer Chevrolet is right on my way to my office job and I thought to maybe stop in and see if what I was experience was normal. Each time I have visited this dealership its always super busy with such great staff that is extremely friendly and very hard working group of people.I explained to Chris Leonard in the Service Department what was happening and he came right over outside and took a look at the shifter for me and corrected the issue within 10 minutes. Car broke down on the Northway and needed warranty repair. The shop was recommended by another mechanic and tow operator as being best Chevy shop in the area. Work was done in timely manner and they kept me posted on status. If they were not so far away (over 150 miles) I would bring my car to them again for service.

I went to look at a truck at this dealership and I could not have been treated with more disrespect. The young salesman knew nothing about the truck and he saw that I was also younger and didn’t go over anything with me about it. Threw me the keys and even made me put the plate on to drive it. Then I go inside to discuss and he had the owner come out to tell me how down payments work. I had recently found 2 other trucks the same price and features DePaula was willing to get me into the price I was looking for. But denooyer made it seem like the payments I wanted were out of this world and to have someone try to explain down payments like I’m a child? This place and the people here are a joke. Definition of a classic dealership. SHOP ELSEWHERE you will find better prices and people who will help you.

Last oil change from denooyer they never rotated my tires! I had them perform a transmission flush and transmission fluid was cover in the engine department! It was so bad I thought I had a leak!

I was just in for an oil change. Everything went fine. The waiting area was clean and convenient and offered complimentary beverages..

Frank was my salesperson and he was awesome. Gave me choices and options. I was looking at a used vehicle then decided on new as I was tired of other peoples issue vehicles. It was a process but we got things worked out. Krysten was a huge help. There were scratches that I pointed out when I test drove the car that were still there when I returned to sign paperwork and pick it up. She brought back to the shop where they buffed it out.Unfortunately someone made a deep scratch in the sill of the drivers entrance which I was upset about but didn’t seem to bother anyone else.Besides that I am extremely satisfied and will get all my service with DeNooyer and friends and family will be directed to your dealership.
