I had a young man with an awesome beard fix my IPhone 11 Pro. He made it look brand new within 30 min. Not only that, he charged me $400 less than what I was quoted from apple for the repair. Best customer service and prices in Albany. They are located inside the Albany Mall in between Chick-fil-A and Chuck E. Cheese.

I have many questions!! they did an awesome job on the screen but screws were missing..... they over priced my sister it was suppose to be $190 but over charged her for $248.... battery was at 100% for the longest but completly cut off now it wont turn back on?.....

I had a very great service on Saturday. I went in to get a replacement phone for my mother. The guys their were helpful and took the time out for my mom and I too decide which phone would be compatible for her. We were pushed for time and even though we were at the shop for like an hour he still went out of his way and changed the number over and activated the phone for us. Will always have a loyal customer now!!

My son always use Smart Repair with his Iphone 6s. Any problems he has had Ahmad has always been able to repair his phone with no problem. If you are having issues with any type of phone go check them out in the Albany Mall

This place is a complete joke! I went in and purchased a phone and it was not cheap! Within 24 hours the phone starting messing up so I took it back the very next day and he told me I could exchange it but I had to pay $60 more!! They are rude, unproffesional and have very bad customer service skills! I don’t know much about phones but I realized after taking it to The Phone Revival and getting it looked at that the Smart Repair most definitely sold me a bad phone. It was bent the finger print unlock didn’t work. The volume went in and out it was just all around a horrible phone!! I would never send anyone to this place!!! They are completely horrible and I will NEVER go back here myself!!!! They do not give refunds because they KNOW they are selling bad phones! A complete waste of my time and money!!! Even the one American guy that works there told me that this happens all the time and they often lie! Horrible experience here!!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve the one star!

Bought a new screen and glass from them on Friday come one week have lines in it hes says it was dropped and it wasnt just excuses so they dont have to warranty it 😡never again will I go here poor service and warranty

Had two separate repairs done of this place. The first time they replaced the back on a Samsung 9 plus. This time it was a Samsung 9 plus back and the charging port. Vega job good prices.

This by far was the best experience I’ve had when it comes to repairs. Not only do they do an amazing job it’s also very affordable compared to other repair shops, and the fixes don’t take but 20-30mins tops

I had a cracked screen on my cell phone and couldnt find anyone descent to provide me with good service. Im really big on customer service so thats the first thing I look for whenever I enter a business. Smart repair is located at the Albany Mall next to the Chik-Fil-A or a few stores down. Immediately I was recognized and greeted with a smile from the gentleman behind the counter although he was serving another customer. I did have to wait for a few minutes but I didnt mind. After a certain period of time had expired, another gentleman walked up to me to find out my problem. I was told I could leave my phone and go shopping or I could wait. I chose to shop and buy the time I was ready to go which wasnt long, my phone was ready and looked brand new. I think the owners are brothers but at any rate, I give them 5 stars.

The employees are very polite, they work at a fast pace. I am very please with my phone I had no other problems I recommend smart repair for anyone.

Great experience! I went in to get my Blu Vivo Air phone LCD/Touch Panel replaced as it was not working after being dropped. Went in got an estimate ended up ordering the part I needed myself since it was cheaper that way. Brought my phone and the new replacement part back they installed it and also took the back off of my old phone (same model but water logged so useless) and put the back on to my current phone since the back was shattered on that one all for 60 bucks! Took 2 hours and now my phone looks brand new and works great! Thanks Smart Repair!

Y’all better heed these reviews before going into this store. These people are scammers and all they care about is taking your money. They sold me a bad phone and after 12 hours it broke and they refused to fix it and insisted that I broke it. I took it to PHONE REVIVAL AND THEY FIXED IT VERY WUICKLY AND TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS THE CHARGE PORT WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO BREAK THE INSIDE HEAD OF THE CHARGE PORT. These phones are over priced. I hope this store goes out of business soon!

I love this place , they have good customer service and great prices with quality repair.

Would give less than one star if I could. Charged $95 to replace ipad screen. Month later screen slid off so they reglued it. Screen slide off again a month after second try now they want another $65 dollars since it has been more than a month since originial repair. Why would i pay you more when you could not do it right the other two times. Dont waste your money here.

The only repair store in town that had my camera glass screen in stock. He repaired it on site and I was on my way back to work.

Terrible job. cost 166 dollars to fix my shattered screen. after replaced, the new screen started to freeze. (my old screen never froze) took it back over there for him to fix, and he said that it was a bend in my phone and i just have to push a spot on my phone and it should quit. the moment i got in my car it stared freezing again. DONT GO IN THERE.
