I called in a day before I came to get my phone fixed. Called the day of me getting my phone fixed. Once I got to the store I was told to leave my phone and I had to pay before I could get my phone fixed. It is now approxiamately 1 PM, Roughly around 12:40. The worker called the owner and I was told to be back at 4 my phone would be ready. I am a college student, who attends college hours away and had to be back at school the next day. I received a phone call from the worker thinking its time to pick up my phone. He then proceeds to tell me that the owner hasnt got there yet but my phone will be ready by 6 P.M. I told them I would just come get my phone and get a refund, the man there respond okay. Once I arrived back at the store he tells me I cannot get a refund I would just have to wait and its nothing I can do about it, the owner will be there soon in about 15 minutes. 30-45 minutes roll around and then he arrives. His work was done in a timely manner once he did start the task and the screen is fine so far but my front camera is so blurry and it was completely fine before...Its only been two hours(Yes I wasted no time to give them a review). The customer service SUCKS. The worker doesnt have a clue about anything. Every time someone came in he would call the owner to ask questions.
