Great product, friendly staff, increased water consumption on our part because the water TASTES SO GOOD!! The price is so reasonable for the quality of the product. Wish we had done this years ago.

It was an amazing place to work until we merged with KoldKist and the management had zero clue what they are doing. There’s so much negativity in that office and lack of professionalism it’s insane that I couldn’t see myself working there anymore. They didn’t pay me for hours I worked and I’m still waiting for them to send me a check in the mail after they advised they didn’t have to pay me for the PTO I still had. It’s the least they could have done for the Warehouse Manger getting in my face and yelling at me. So if you choose Culligan of Oregon, just know everyone is so stressed and that will directly effect the type of service you receive because management doesn’t want to put in the work to make it better. :)

We had to drill another well in La pine the water was full of iron and other stuff . I call Callihan and they got right back to me. 2 weeks later we had a system put in took about 4 hours and hooked up water to fridge and ice. Nice job.

The last 3 months in a row you have missed my scheduled water delivery date. I dont understand how you can constantly screw up such a simple operation and how your customer service takes no accountability. You best believe I am canceling my contract with you first thing Monday morning.

In December of 2019 give or take a month I purchased a filter system to remove iron from my well water. I installed the equipment and then had CULLIGAN come back and do there set up on there equipment. It took meAbout a month or so to get the house converted over to using my new treated water With new plumbing and such. Water was like pure pea yellow. Called and got an appointment had a tech come out and his conclusion was that the chlorine was to low and the alkalinity was to low so we made these adjustments and in just a day or so the water was pea yellow again. Called again and the tech brought out another mini filter of what I had installed and deemed I had colloidal iron which was nearly unfilterable. He resigned shortly after and I was still having water issues of pea yellow. After more phone calls and dealing with terrible office staff finally getting ahold of a manager and explaining everything going on. Once this happened the tech and there water tester had been over numerous times and sent water to there lab again and had there “pros” check it all over. I was being told my water had all these crazy things in it which made me believe all these other companies were crazy telling me they could fix it. They kept saying I needed moreStuff but yet nothing was fixing it. In the midst of all this there manager was about the flakiest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with even to the point of standing me up one evening to meet and try some things. After this I was told by him that they would take anything back and whatever I needed would be sold to me at their cost and was scared to death of me calling and talking to his boss which I wish I would have now but it seemed unnecessary to get someone in trouble over with the wxpectations things would be madeRight on the end. Finally the tech and I figured out the chlorine being injected was causing my yellow water and letting all the iron pass my iron filter. So we finally figured out a solution right, well that was nearly a month ago. I constantly have to call for updates to find out statuses what’s going on. They still haven’t brought the chemical tank out for my iron filter which was talked about a long time ago now. Now the manager has totally back tracked on the softener price that we discussed and thinks a measly 300 bucks off a 3300 dollar softener that was going to be sold to me at cost. Now I’ve been waiting for a call from his general manager to discuss these matters for 2 days now. Still not gaining any ground on getting anything accomplished. I spent a little over 4K on stuff from them and to have this typeOf management support is an absolute joke. Maybe I’ll finally get a call from a manager after they read this.

This company used to be quick on responses and lately it has taken us multiple phone calls and days to get a responses on things we needed for our water system. Hope things turn around soon, very frustrating process.

We had Brandon come by this morning and he was super helpful and professional.

Give us a reminder when to deliver and very easy to communicate with them. They answered the calls right away and provided the right service whenever needed.

They are always willing to work with me when I need help with my water needs. They have not let me down in the 15+ years that I have been using their services.

I was told by a few pump companies that I could not get my Culligan water softener repaired, that they no longer made parts and/or they were out of business. I looked up their website and contacted them. I got a response very quickly and they were able to send Matt out to repair our system. They are very professional, give accurate quotes, and I am a VERY happy customer.

I needed to buy a whole house water filtration system. Called and emailed them multiple times. Left multiple messages for their sales guy to call me. He never would called me back. Iguess their business is good enough without selling to me.
