Love this store and love our bed! We wanted to be able to test mattresses in real life before we bought, and were so glad Nest has this location in our neighborhood. Isabella is the best Nestologist! She answered all of our questions, gave us product details, recommended mattresses to try, and gave us plenty of time and space to form our opinion. We came back 3 times before we finally made our decision. Weve been sleeping on the mattress for a month now and we love it!

It was a wonderful mattress buying experience and as we are still making room for it, we were not pressured to buy that day like some other mattress stores do.The representative was sweet and knowledgeable and accommodating to the fact that we were shopping with our small baby.I loved how she answered all of our questions and when we asked one she didn’t know, she was able to call up the company and get an answer for us right then and there!My new favorite bedding store, too.

I already visited two stores before I came here. Im not expecting much but it came out interesting to me and so far it is the best store Ive been to. I bought the mattress which is exactly what I needed and fit my budget. The service here is amazing and the people are friendly. I had a great time coming here.

I must give a big thanks to the manager of the Albany store, Jason Ewing. My husband and I bought a latex hybrid, split with firm for him and medium for me. After sleeping on it for 30 days, we felt it wasnt quite right, so Jason arranged to send an inspector to our house, who suggested an extra firm for my husband. We tried another set up, (firm on one side, extra firm on the other) and settled on a third.I also bought an easy breather pillow, that is really adjustable, and its the first time I can sleep on a non feather pillow. In all of the changes, Jason was communicative, always polite and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. We are now totally satisfied and grateful for the incredible service we got from Jason at Nest Bedding!

Parking on the weekend is fine but not sure about weekdays. As far as inside I enjoyed my visit. Low pressure, good information and I enjoyed talking with the people inside. I would recommend checking them out

The level of service by Jason at Nest Bedding in Albany was simply off the charts. Our old Tempur Pedic mattress got to the end of its lifespan. We wanted to buy a mattress online, but we couldnt pull the trigger without actually trying out the mattress. The Nest store in Albany had every model of mattress that they sell, and Jason is truly an expert on every aspect of their mattresses. We tried every conceivable combination of materials and firmness, and ultimately found the mattress that was perfect for us -- we never wouldve picked the right one without actually trying them out.There was no hard sell whatsoever. Jason clearly wanted us to be as well-informed as we could be. His biggest priority was for us to choose the right mattress for us. Would recommend without any reservations.

I only purchased a pillow here, so this review is just for a pillow purchase. I did a lot of research before buying so I already knew what I wanted, but the staff was friendly and had me try a few other pillows for comparison. It was not cheap, but after a month I can emphatically state that this is the best pillow I have ever owned. Well see how it holds up, but it appears well made, and as you can add or remove filling to customize I expect it will do fine.

They will not honor their warranty, they will not take care of you, their customer service guarantees are lies. Buy your mattress from purple or another company that will actually honor their policies.Quality control of their mattresses is extremely inconsistent. My girlfriend and I are in chronic pain neck/shoulder pain now after spending >$2k on their hybrid latex luxury mattress. What is their offer to help us with this horrible experience? 50% off of a replacement mattress. What happened to warranties and customer service? avoid this place like the plague. We switched to a regular spring mattress that cost less than a thousand dollars and our neck/shoulder pain went away inside of a month. I urge you so strongly to avoid this place. They feel great in the store but they are not good long term sleepers.Nest Bedding’s CEO Joe Alexander said he had paid Derek a multiple of that. “My life changed because of Derek,” Alexander told me. “He made me a millionaire.”

Made a special detour to Nest Bedding while we were in the area because we saw that it carried Bed-in-a-Box mattresses as well as a couple of crib mattresses we were interested in. The owner, Joe, is super friendly and knowledgeable, and we left with a made-in-the-USA mattress protector as well as a crib mattress based on his recommendations. This shop just opened in September, so Im happy we could support a local business -- made even easier when the curated mattresses carried are well priced. Nest also carries mattress pads, protectors, sheets, and pillows. Definitely come by for a no-pressure visit; we almost want to buy another mattress now after seeing what Nest had in stock.

This is a great place to get a solid, comfortable mattress that is ecologically friendly. I purchased the Alexander Signature mattress in soft after spending several hours lying on the different beds offered at the store. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about all the products of the store and had a lot of experience dealing with customers with fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other chronic pain issues. In the end, we were able to find a matress thats good for me, even with my fibro, and comfortable for my partner as well. I would highly recommend Nest Bedding to anyone looking for an eco-conscious bed made with comfort and support in mind.
