This is, by far, my favorite mens apparel store! The courtesy, expediency, and professionalism that you can expect to receive in this establishment is fit for a mafia Don! I will be returning for more business!

I seem to be one of the few to have had a poor experience here. I’m sure typically these guys do an all around great job, however I wanted to share my experience and frustrations.We chose The Natty Dresser based both on reviews, and I wanted to support a small business from my hometown, however, if I could go back, I would absolutely take my business elsewhere.Yes, everyone looked great in the suits we ordered, but there were a couple issues.1. Every person in my wedding party was told the same thing: get measured, and suits will be in 1-2 weeks before the wedding so everyone could try them on and they could make any adjustments needed. Every person in my wedding party was told these time frames, however, the suits did not arrive until 3 days before the wedding. I understand issues happen outside a business’s control sometimes, my issues comes from me calling in, telling them what they told me, and having the person on the other side of the phone laugh at me and say they would NEVER give us that time frame. Own your mistakes. Don’t sit there and laugh at me and tell me I’m wrong when you told 6 different people the same thing at 6 different sizing appointments.2. Since they got the suits so late, several members of my wedding party had to take a day off work to come do a last second fitting. The biggest issue there was one person had to come from Tillamook. A 5 hour round trip. He came in, his shirt did not fit correctly. Saturday comes for the wedding and they sent the same shirt that didn’t fit right. So essentially he did the 5 hour round trip for nothing because they didn’t fix what didn’t fit. This was the same thing on another groomsman. He came in to make sure everything fit and they could make adjustments but on Saturday they sent us the same shirt that didn’t fit.I understand mistakes happen, but the rudeness of the staff to me, and the failure to own your mistakes when they happen is unacceptable to me. Suits were great, but if I could do it all over again I’d get my suits elsewhere. They aren’t worth the extra stress they added on an already stressful event.

Very nice shop, and very polite staff. Unfortunately their services are a bit misleading on there website. They do not offer fully custom dress shirts, but rather dress shirts with a few variable size points (neck, sleeve length, and chest) with the rest being standard unchangeable sizing. Which isnt what I needed or was looking for. Would have been nice if that was more clear on their site before I went into the store.

This used to be my favorite mens clothes store. They have high quality and had good service and Id have given them five stars before my last experience. They still have high quality but when I went in a couple weeks ago none of the staff were wearing masks. The owner came up to me and I asked him to put on a mask which he did but then he said that the governor was just making a suggestion regarding masks in public businesses which is untrue. It is a mandate enforced by Oregon OSHA. And even if you were resistant to the mandate, youd think that seeing a customer in a mask would prompt them to put a mask on out of respect if nothing else. In the future I will find a different retailer who follows the state laws, who believes in science, doctors and epidemiologists and who believes in protecting their customers health rather believing the unfounded claims of the uneducated influencers on the internet..

Ronnie is fabulous. I needed to rent a Dad suite with only two weeks notice. No problem. Thats the words my wife needed to hear.

Awesome service! While this store mainly caters to mens fine clothing and accessories, it was recommended to me for alterations. I went in yesterday for the first time for a professional opinion on a womens jumpsuit I own and possibly needed to get hemmed. The alterations lady was very kind and helpful.I also brought in some heels that were a bit scuffed. The paint had come off in those spots. Id asked if there was anything they could do about that and they very graciously touched it up with black shoe paint or something similar overnight. Got a call the next day and picked them up today! The staff there all seem very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I bought some shoe polish. Overall great experience!Ill definitely be coming back for shoes or clothes for my husband in the future. And Ill be taking any future alterations work I need there! Very sharp store.

I was so impressed with the service provided by the personnel at The Natty Dresser. On our first visit we were helped by Nathaniel who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. On our second visit we were helped by Oscar who was also attentive and efficient. I would also like to mention that on our first visit I witnessed Oscar assisting another customer who was difficult and rude, Oscar maintained his composure and professionalism throughout the interaction, which I was quite impressed with as he never lost his smile. All in all it was a very positive experience and we will definitely return again for next years tux rental as well as other purchases throughout the year.

A fantastic little shop with excellent customer service! Im slowly improving my wardrobe and The Natty Dresser has all of the clothes that I want in my closet. Their customer service is excellent and everyone is very personable.They also offer altering services at a reasonable price.

We spent an hour trying on clothes, shining shoes, joking, laughing, and just having the best time. We got a beautiful jacket and shirt and pants which they even rushed to alter. Superb!

In to get the kid stuff for band/choir. We checked sizes, they understood my concerns when it came to the hem we need. We ordered what we needed. They made the notes for when the order goes in and the note before they hem it. This kid loved to grow in that time on me.

We are very lucky to have such a beautiful clothing store for men in Albany. You can find gifts for the well dressed man in your life or for the not so well dressed man that needs a little boost in his wardrobe. I needed a suit for a family members wedding and this is just about the coolest store Ive ever been into. Your paying for the whole experience here not just your typical rent a tux. Worth every penny.

I went to The Natty Dresser to have a vintage suit altered and lined, and another vintage skirt lined. Initially I had some real trouble interacting with one of the seamstresses and was getting very frustrated. However, within minutes of having a very polite discussion with the manager (its always easier to get help when youre nice to people) the owners popped out of the back, immediately apologized, and asked what they could do to fix things so I could feel good about working with them. They did exactly what any business should if they pride themselves on customer service and getting word of mouth recommendations. I definitely recommend this place, my suit and skirt turned out very well. You can run into problems at any business, but here you can trust them to make things right should the need arise.

I found the staff to be both knowledgeable and fun to interact with. They really know their stuff! It truly is their mission to get you looking good. Will shop again.

On Friday October 27th, 2017 I was sent on a mission to fix a seam that tore in my girlfriend’s horse show jacket and needed fixed ASAP. I went to The Natty Dresser because I figured there would be no other options that I would trust this jacket and job to. They did not disappoint. Not only were they able to fix the jacket, it was done in a matter of 15 minutes. They have earned a loyal customer and I will continue to recommend them.

Made an appointment about 6 weeks ago to come in and look at suits and fabrics for my upcoming wedding. The staff here at The Natty Dresser were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable with the process.
