Went in look for wheels and tires and level for my dodge pickup, talked with Steve and was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get what I was looking for and what I wanted when other shops told me I can’t or won’t fit and quoted less than other shops in town very reasonable prices and I am extremely happy with the quality of work they did, above and beyond my expectations , my running boards had come loose somehow and they noticed and fixed for me free of charge and explained any issues might have with rubbing of tires if there was any ..... looking for a good deal at reasonable prices go here.... highly recommend

We ended up with a blown out trailer tire on our way home from vacation on I-5. South Pacific Tire Pros had our tire in stock, got us in immediately, and had the new tire on the rim for us in less than 20 minutes. Super friendly staff, phenomenal service, and great prices. Would definitely recommend them.

Trying to rip you off for the tires you promise you have a date for tires to come in and do not get them and you do not call when did you come in bad service all around

They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment which is a bonus. The service for the car was great. The customer service at the counter was excellent the guy was very friendly he did a good job they gave me some quote on some high mileage tires would seem very reasonable they rotated the tires I always appreciate that and the oil change was an excellent price I recommend everyone go there the only thing I would say is make sure you call at least one day in advance because sometimes the schedule might not allow for squeezing you in but I recommend going there

I took my car in to get a flat tire fixed, but after almost 4 months Ive had to put air in the tire almost a dozen times. I wont recommend friends getting tires from south pacific.

I would like to thank everyone at South Pacific tire pros. Steve and Jesse and the rest of the team are great at what they do. First Steve was able to quote me a price better than everywhere else I went for wheels and tires. Most importantly was when I went to get the install they found that 2 wheels had a minor blemish and right away contacted Niche and sent pics to make them aware and were able to get replacements on the way but rather than make me wait another week and a half for the install they put the blemished wheels on as long as I agreed as it was extremely minor. Their integrity,honesty and handling of the situation was very professional and I will certainly be a customer for life. I would recommend giving these guys an opportunity. They treated me right for sure and the wheel and tire combo looks great. I appreciate that they went above an beyond to make sure I got what I paid for when other places may have just thought it was very minor and not a big deal. Thank you to all of you!

Clean and professional repair facility. I had a tire blow out on my way down I-5 mid morning and they were able to get 4 tires delivered and ready to go very quickly. Would recommend this repair shop to others.Bowling alley and restaurant across the street are great places to wait as well.

I stopped here on a whim because part of the wheel well encasement was dragging in the middle of a 2 hour trip. I I served one of the guys have a really pleasant exchange with the man in front of me and then I received his kind expertise. Great customer service. I think his name was Jesse.

Jesse was great! I got two tires, an alignment, rotation and oil change for the same price as just the two tires would have cost me across town. I had them check my brakes, which almost always leads to a suggestion to replace at a great cost, but they said they were fine, saving me lots of time and money by not recommending a service I didnt need. Will definitely go there in the future!

The people at South Pacific Tire Pros are much more honest and helpful than the people at the South Pacific dealership. I have had my ups and downs with this dealer but the people in the shop have always taken care of my car when I’ve needed it most. From replacing my power steering pump, to the head gaskets, the driver side window motor and even replacing the wheel bearing. Any issue I’ve had they have been prompt to help and my car has never spent more than 24 hours in their shop. Even if my vehicle was not financed at this dealership I would still come back because I trust them. I appreciate that they are straight to the point with pricing, diagnosis, and service. No hassle.

I really try to give them chance after chance but they keep messing up everything I go in for. I bought 2 brand new tires a year ago not knowing i needed an alignment done well they are both bald now paying for 2 more tires. They prices are better than anywhere else for alignment but quality and service is lacking

Ive had vehicles serviced here for years, and had heard they had good prices on tires. I meant to order some tires for my jeep from them a few years ago, but I wasnt careful about the name and got a place down the street by mistake. (That place treated me well, too.) This time we needed tires for my wifes car and these guys had the best price on the tires I wanted. They ordered the tires in and put them on the next day. We ended up saving $150 compared to other places I checked. I will be getting a quote from them any time I need tires in the future.

These guys are wonderful!!! The first time I came in they worked so hard to meet my budget while also dealing with unexpected tire stud issues (they were breaking off because the last place we went stripped the studs). They are always willing to explain something to me and are really friendly. Love them!

Ive now had 2 oil changes, an alignment repair and bought 2 new tires here. Very reasonably priced, fast service, and no one has tried to sell me something I dont need. I definitely didnt feel hassled.

Theses guys are great they take their time and explain things and even bragged about what a great job our personal mechanic did rebuilding our from end.

They earned my business! Two other local businesses wanted to overcharge on labor and gave me attitude. These guys restored my faith in tire shops.EDIT: I felt the need to amend this review after my last two experiences with this business. They apparently do NOT want my business. I scheduled a alignment on my Mercedes and after dropping it off and leaving it for about an hour I got a call to come pick it up that they couldnt align it. They told me I had a bad tie rod end, loose wheel bearings and a bad strut. Long story short, another independent shop assured me nothing was wrong with any of those parts that would prevent an alignment.I wont be going back to these guys.

So, first let me say that I will go in and retract and edit based on outcome but let the dealership where I got the car know that I would be writing a review...On July 4th I bought a 2001 Ford F-150 pick up that had been gone over by this mechanics store.I was told that is was a great buy, solid rig, yada, yada,,yada.The finance guy really suggested I buy a warranty and said Not that this will most likely happen, because our mechanics are really good, but youre buying as is.... of course, wed make it right if something happened right away because we take care of our customers, but you should get a warranty with any used vehicle.I did. Best advice I ever got.Truck drove Albany (the dealership) and back three times- Home depot 4 times (6 miles each way) and finally, a month later, its first maiden voyage to Sisters Oregon-- or not.It made it just outside of Lyons before there was a cutting out feel. The guy at the auto supply shop said Hmmm, maybe needs gas additive cause of a clogged injector We put the recommended cleaner in.Meanwhile, we noticed that the brakes didnt seem to be firm.Took the car back home and straight to South Pacific Auto where it was purchased.Explained the problem, left the key. I had had the car less than 5 weeks.It has now been in the shop for over two weeks and if I get it back as predicted for the third time, it will be two and a half weeks- exactly one third of the time I have owned it, in the shop.It wasnt even diagnosed for a week.Then they were waiting for the warranty place to okay the repairThen a part was ordered but didnt come in till last Thursday. Then it was bad he found out on, I guess Friday. But, when he ordered it again, it isnt due to arrive until Tuesday. Supposedly I will get it back on Tuesday... or Wednesday.... or Thursday.... or ?????Moral of the story.Buy a warranty.Get a couple of mechanic shops on standby that will accept the warranty.Find out who can fix it and when.or better yet...Get a certified used vehicle or even better, new.On the bright side, Will is polite each and every one of the 5 times so far that he has told me it will only be another day or two.
