Called three times couldnt answer any of the times I rang. I dont know how you even stay in business that way

Over charged for quoted towing price and said they cut me a deal. Did repairs without consent, put a stripped lug nut back on my tire and over tightened the rest. Appears professional with poor communication and poor mechanical work. Id recommend to NOT go here!

Scheduled to have a 2 machines moved, both together around 3.5 tons. You’d think they’d bring a boom truck. Nope, they load the first machine by wrapping a chain around it, not nylon, and wrenching it up the trailer. Oh yeah doing that they carved a massive groove into the shop floor of the guy I bought it from. They also ran the trailer into the in two places and chipped. Once it was delivered they smartened up and brought the boom. Not before denting the more expensive machine while setting it down. Once it was all over it was magically twice the quoted price. I guess the customer pays for them not using the correct equipment? Anyway, this was a very bad experience and definitely wouldn’t use these guys ever, ever again.

Josh the owner has always been very nice and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. My tire went completely flat in an area that didn’t have a shoulder. He arrived quickly and made sure to park behind me to keep me safe from traffic. My tire was switched out in a timely manner and I was able to continue with my errands. I will only use All Rite towing from now on!

Josh was very sweet and friendly. He helped me jump my boyfriends car and as he was helping me I went to start my own car which also ended up not starting . He helped me get it started.. he also offered stay with my car while my mom followed me in my boyfriends car home so I could then return to get my car. I was very impressed with how he treated us and will use his services from now own. Thank you for being a kind person and brighten up my day :)

I was skeptical at first cuz my appointment was at 9:00 but they didnt have my interlock device for my ignition they said they werent getting it till 12:00 and I had to come back at 3:00 but I was happy camper by the time I left there my all my lights and blinkers worked my truck ran better and they failed to tell me that 7 minutes after I left there Id have to blow into that device again in the middle of traffic that is all good never good crew

Our tire blew on our way back to Beaverton from Roseburg about 14 miles south of Albany. With my luck the jack broke. Thinking we were going to be stranded for hours on the side I -5 North for hours waiting on help within 25 minutes Levi showed up within 35 min, we were on our way home. Levi was super nice and professional and took extra care to make sure that the car was safe to get drive.Thank you,Rae Forrest

My kids locked my keys in my car over the weekend while my headlights were on. Even though it was the evening and on a weekend Josh was happily available to come over and unlock my car. Since the lights were on he also was able to jump start my car while it was in our small garage. Josh was affordable, professional and very kind. I work for the Albany Post Office and All-Rite Towing is the only company we call when our vehicles break down. All-Rite Towing has worked with us for several years now and I am nothing but extremely satisfied by the level of integrity and hard work Josh and his crew puts in. Whenever I call I am greeted on the other end by a sincere and genuine voice that is happy to take the call. I am always amazed at how fast they arrive to help, I can always depend on their consistent work practices! I also want to make a shout out to Roy who has helped me with my personal vehicles several times now. Roy has made it to me in under 20 mins every time I called and shows up with a smile on his face. Roy is fast and efficient and offers good sincere conversation, it helped me take my mind off the 7,000 lb broken vehicle he promptly loaded onto the bed of the big rig. I also learned a few things about my suspension that I didnt know while conversing with Roy, thank you buddy! I appreciate you guys!

Our car wouldnt start so we called All-Rite to come and tow it to the mechanic. When they got here, the representative took a look at the car and told us we were using a valet key and not the key with the chip in it. I got the right key out and it started right up right away. I was so embarrassed and was willing to pay for their time but they didnt charge us anything. I was so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help out! Weve used them many times in the past and they are quick to show up where we need them and are very friendly. We will call All-Rite for all our towing needs in the future.

What a great job these guys did.I had a 32 foot RV stuck up to axle in mud on a precaroius hill-side (and I live in it!).Had 1 tow company come out and the guy broke his tow truck trying... I was concerned if I was ever going to get it out.so I tried All-Rite (they quoted $100 cheaper than the other competitor) and they came out right away. They sent not one but two guys who really knew what they were doing. one of them even gave me step-by-step directions while I was behind the wheel of my RV, like when to brake and went to put it in neutral, etc etc. They even put down planks over mud were needed. bottom line is they got it out. on top of it all they were super relaxed and not stressed and professional the whole time like it was no big worry, because I was pretty worried by the time they arrived.A job well-done!!!

Wish I could give 10 stars. My son went off the road just outside of Corvallis in the early morning; totaled his car, but he walked away. He called All-Rite, who told him to get himself home and not to worry, as theyd pick up the care and clean the area. In subsequent phone calls they were most helpful and understanding. Met us at their facility the next day to get my sons possessions, which gave me a chance to thank them for their professionalism and courtesy. It was my sons first car, so he was very upset that he had wrecked it, but they told him it had done its job in keeping him safe, and that cars can be replaced, but sons cannot. Thanks so much from a grateful father.

I called for a tow quote in the city limits and asked about a AAA discount at which time the man told me AAA would be free if I called them. He could have taken advantage of my foggy headed stupidity due to a cold I have, but instead he treated me right! Many thanks for your integrity and doing the right thing at the expense of a sale. BnR wanted 300!... For pulling my 4cyl.truck out of an embankment, so I called AllRite, they were there in 30 minutes. Charged me 130.00 and had my rig out in 10 minutes!
