The engine in my camper was diagnosed to have a dead cylinder. The Adams Autoworx team went beyond what was required to check out the entire van to help me determine if it was worth making an investment in. They also explained all the options and associated risks of each. We ultimately decided to re-power the van with a rebuilt engine from Jasper. They have integrity in their work and take the time to help you make the right choices. They also worked with Jasper to make sure my engine had all the best upgrades to suit demands of the camper.

I brought in a used car for a pre-purchased inspection. It was a Monday and the place was packed. But they managed to squeeze me in in order for me to make a timely purchase. It was a very fair price, and the assessment was spot on, which enabled me to decide whether I want to buy the car. I was very appreciative. Plus, they were giving me free advice on which cars to purchase.I used to bring my cars to the same location under the previous owner, and they were excellent. There’s a better than 50/50 chance the new owners will be even better than the last, which is saying something.

I brought my CR-V to Adams Autoworx to replace my brake pads and rotors. Ronnie inspected all the brakes beforehand and suggested which ones should be replaced and which were still good. He also offered to include a visual inspection and help diagnose my check engine light. The car was ready on time and I paid exactly what was quoted. Great experience overall!

I have been searching for a shop that I could trust to work on my Lexus for a lower price than the Lexus service center. Found it, well, so far so good.The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there is wifi access. So, I was able to work while waiting. The guy who helped me was thorough and I appreciated that he showed me exactly what was going on under the hood by inviting me to take a look while it was up on the rack. That builds trust and I value that. Ill be going back to have some more work done.

My Porsche died and had to be towed to Adams Autoworx. They were amazing, reassuring that they would investigate and get right back to me which they did. The clutch needed to be replaced. Ronnie was very kind and efficient. He gave me status updates and had the car finished in 4 days. I highly recommend this garage and their mechanics. I will not go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying what a great job Ronnie and his team did. When my wife’s car needed repairs I started looking around at a few auto repair shops and they would not work on my car because it is a VW Tiguan. There was no hesitation on Ronnies part to work on it and they did great job. My wife’s car is running like new.

After I had repairs done at Adam Autoworx, one of the main concerns I had, which was that the up view display on my Prius would be black even when running this seemed to also make the car not turn off. I have previously had multiple people and businesses try to figure out what the issue is to no avail. So, when it was still a problem after the other work was expertly done I was disappointed but not surprised. But I was delighted that when Adams Auto followed up to see if I was happy with their maintenance work and I let them know that while the work they had done was great, this display and stopping issue was still happening, Ronnie immediately ask me to bring it back at no cost to me and found the issue.I appreciate their high bar of self-accountability they use to find and address all the issues my 16 year old Prius had developed rather than being happy with most getting care of, and I believe that thanks to Adams Autoworx diagnostic =abilities, I will happily have this vehicle for years longer.

They were able to fix an ongoing issue in my car and tune it up by the day after I dropped it off. Before they did any maintenance I was sent a detailed report with pictures of everything they recommended fixing to insure complete transparency. They also helped me figure out my warranty to see what they would cover which was a big help!

They performed some complex work on our Audi than our usual mechanic felt comfortable doing, and did a terrific and fast job of repair and for much less than the dealers estimate.

Excellent customer service! I was visiting from out of town and recently had an issue with our car left locally. Needed it checked prior to driving out of town with family. Staff quickly understood, immediately placed our SUV on the lift and diagnosed the issue. Great customer care and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I brought my 2000 Volvo S70 in here to get diagnosed when my check engine light started blinking. The cost for this diagnosis was over $100 less than what another shop had quoted me (good start). Once the diagnosis was complete they quoted me a fair price for the repairs. Since the car was so old and would be needing a timing belt replaced in the near future (which Nippon also confirmed for me), I decided not to have the work done and move on to a new vehicle. They were very understanding of my situation and even allowed me to keep the car there for a few days while I figured out where I was going to have it towed.Fair prices, honesty, and courtesy... This is a great shop and I would recommend them to anyone.

Nippon is fast, very friendly and have competitive prices. Tom has told me NOT to fix things which I take as a good sign. Because Ive done business with them over the years Tom or one of his mechanics will deal with little pains in the on the spot, usually for no charge if its just some kind of adjustment. This place has been around a long time and they do know their cars - most are Japanese but they did a fine job tending to an old Buick of mine. This is the kind of experience that shows small business at its best. Definite thumbs up.

I took an 11 year old car to Nippon and owner Tom said he could keep it running for me. And he did, for an additional 15 years. Ive always had speedy, top notch service with Nippon. Ive referred a number of friends to them. All the individuals who work there are knowledgeable, concerned, and helpful. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Honest shop. I went in the because the maintenance light required light was on in my car. They said the light goes on based on mileage and the quick oil change place probably just forgot to reset it and they reset it for free
