This is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. I contacted them about delivery time and was told the item I was interested in had a 10 to 14 day ship time. I placed my order and checked back on day 10. The product shipped prior to my contact. I have emailed several times with questions and since Im working during the day, Im emailing in the evenings not expecting an answer for a few days. All of my emails were answered usually within minutes. I have received my items and they are exactly as described. I ordered the diy beadlocks for a few reasons. I couldnt bring myself to part with $500 plus per wheel and I felt I had the ability to build these myself. I can honestly say if you can stick to pieces of metal together, you can do this. They came out better than expected not because Im a master fabricator but because the quality of parts used. If your debating doing this yourself, give these guys a call and they can get you fixed up. Thanks again for the quality parts.

I can not say enough good things about these beadlocks. The DIY kit with drain holes is superior to anything Ive run previously. I never have to worry about water pooling in any situation from washing my jeep after wheeling to those Pacific northwest rain puddles I splash through. Im asked daily about these and proud to be able to recommend such a great product. With extensive design options (and always adding new ones), inclusion of balancing beads, and valve stems takes the guess work out of it making this kit easy to use for any beginner project. The website also includes a ton of builder parts. These guys take it a step further by not only offering such a quality product but awesome customer service. They are knowledgeable and happy to assist with any questions.

It took 5 weeks for my parts to ship. And they would not return my emails asking what was taking so long. I would not recommend doing business with them EVER!

Total metal innovations product line is second to none. Their DIY beadlocks are made with the best quality steel. The anti coning tabs, and water drain holes are features not found in other DIY beadlocks. The strength of the rings are very impressive. I’ve had logs, tree roots, and rocks smash into the beadlock rings with zero damage or failures. With the bolt saver option I’m able to get a socket on all ring bolts. Being able to easily check the torque on all the hardware. The strongest, best designed, and most reliable DIY beadlock on the market.

Tyler was great. It took about a week and a half for my order to ship. Once it shipped I got in in a couple days. One of my balancing bead bags was missing so I gave them a call and it was delivered next day. I got 5 thick ring beadlocks. They are great. And they look great.

A friend turned me on to this company. I checked out there website, which I thought was very user friendly.I placed my order for a set of the gear beadlocks. I ordered a set with 3/16 flanges and 1/4 beadlock rings, hardware and balancing beads. My beadlocks came very quickly. I was impressed.There were very easy to prep and weld onto my steel wheels. Turned out great. Highly recommend to others looking for a great do it yourself kit.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to do business with. I have called 3-4 times a week periodically for 6 months now and I have never gotten anyone to answer the phone or return my call. I have left voice mails with my contact info, emailed them, even reached out on Facebook. Not a single reply. I had a few simple questions about one of there products that I needed answered before I placed my order. I guess they are too busy to take my money. I would be very cautious when dealing with them. If you have any problems with your order or anything good luck trying to get in touch with them. If you don’t believe me just call the number listed on there site and Facebook page. I bet the don’t answer.

TMIs customer service was great when I ordered my thin ring weld on beadlocks. They quickly corrected the one small issue I had with my order and the quality of their products is great. No fitment issues or manufacturing errors in their products and they welded on very well and easily. I would definitely order products from them again in the future as well as refer any friends looking for DIY beadlocks or rock rings to Total Metal Innovations. Five stars!

I share Tylers passion for getting out on the trails!!! It was just my misfortunate he was on his way to Moab when I placed my order. That caused a couple week delay in getting my five weld on beadlock kits. The product is fantastic. I stick weld and therefore had to do alot of grinding, but the end result was great and no leaks! TMI beadlocks are great...just dont be in too big a hurry for the package to arrive. TMI also had a Locksale going on while I waited for my order and I didnt get the savings because my order had already been placed. Wait for the sale before placing your order. I also got the balance beads and valve stems. Balance beads are great...straight valve stems, not so much. I ordered the large hole lock rings and they block access to the straight valve stems. I had to break my wheels down and replace the valve stems with 45 degree angle valve stems to be able to easily air down and up. All in all the beadlocks are a great product and I like the water drain holes at each bolt hole...smart design!
