I had the opportunity of finding a collision place to get my vehicle repaired after experiencing being in a vehicle collision. After a could have been better experience from a previous repair shop I decided to go with Gerber. I AM GLAD I DID! Their office made sure My rental was ready when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I didnt have to do a thing! Nick, our rep- did a fabulous job staying in communication even though though parts and labor seemed to be delayed. I couldnt have expected better service from having had to deal with a vehicle accident. If you are looking for a place to go, this is it!

Great work, Super friendly, and they treat you like family. They go the extra distance to explain the process and inform you about whats going on. They are a great group of professional staff and youd be hard-pressed to find a better repair shop than this.

I hate to say this but I have been going to them for years now for different cars that my family owns. They treat you like family there and really has your best interest at heart. They keep you informed well and does the best auto body repair. Even if my insurance has other approved shops, I would still go to Gerber Collision. The whole crew is just really great. I would recommend people to go there anytime.

Had my car injured when I wasnt in it, it was parked. Took it there as it was closest. They kept me updated during the whole process, to replace my bumper cover, fender, and all the bits that entails. Addressed any concerns and issues that arose, and even though it sucked being without my car, but they were prompt even when new problems came up. Like the joke goes: I dont want to have to see them again, but If I need to get bodywork done, Ill take it there gladly.

I came in very opened minded even with reading all the negative reviews. The one thing that made me extremely upset was the lack of communication on with my car and the interactions with a few people. I didn’t have an issue with them having my car for an extra week. My issue was no one telling me that my car wasn’t going to be done at the time they had predicted it to be done. I kept checking on the app to see if any changes had occurred and towards the end of when my car was suppose to be done, they would change the time. I called 3 times (each time was when I saw that they changed the pick up date and time to a later date) only to be it would be at a later date and a poor excuse as to why no one called me. I was told my a very nice lady (when I called the second time) that they had finished up with the repairs and my car was being sent to paint and wouldn’t be down till Friday. I saw on the app that they changed my date again and called, and Tyler told me on Friday that my car was still being set to paint. And it would be done on Wednesday and was told that they didn’t know if my number was a valid number....My phone has voicemail where people can leave messages if I’m not available, so saying that they tried to talk to me is not a valid excuse, especially when my phone can pull up every conversation I had with them. The customer service was subpar. Every interaction I had with tommy, was extremely rude except for the last one where I knew she could tell I was visibly upset (also her commenting about it didn’t make the situation better, don’t tell someone who is upset that they look upset). Tyler was nice and there was another lady who was nice as well.Edit: Talked to the manager. Left the conversation with more of a reason to not come back. I was told that the reason I was given bad service from the receptionist was because our vibes weren’t matching. Not once when I talked to her did I yell, or saying anything rude to her. Weird how I can get along with everyone else but her? Yet it was my fault?. I was also told that the reason I wasn’t given updates, was because they couldn’t verify my phone number. I had conversations with Ivan, Tyler and tommy, I don’t understand why I was given that excuse. I haven’t changed my phone number and have picked up the phone when they’ve called when I could. The manager was also under the impression that I was upset about how long it took to get my car back. That was never the case. My whole issue is them not following up. If they had the time to update the app to say a later pickup date, they should have time to also give me an update. They did offer to clean up the grime that was left in my back seat but after the conversation, I didn’t feel comfortable going back and would rather take it somewhere else.

I had the side of my pickup bed and tailgate painted by this shop. They did a mediocre paint job. The paint has an orange peel appearance and there are particles embedded in the clear coat.

The first time i went there someone stole my 53 dollar jumpercables. they replaced them, so i was happy. I told them they had a theif working there and they seemed not to care. then i got hit and wasnt even going to take it there but i gave them the benifit of doubt and let them work on it again when i got my jeep back it didnt drive like it did when i took it there and was unsafe to take down the freeway and the seatbelt didnt work. I actually had to unbolt it and put around my shoulder just to get home and to top things off my inside door frames were missing so i took it back and they basically told me im burnt that they cant fix my steering even though it drove and steered fine before so they took it upon themselves to do a front end alignment even though i didnt authorize it they never call me they just did it and now its unsafe to drive and im having to go to the courthouse and start a lawsuit ive got better things to do than this what about their 100% guarantee that they dont stand behind the only thing good about this is the hot redhead that works there they at one point said that my problem was because my front driveline had rust on it . to that i would have to say tyler give me a break i might look stupid but im not rust on the driveline smart money would steer clear of this place because not only do they NOT stand behind their work but there theives there. tyler the manager actually had the gall to argue with me about my door frames saying that his guys didnt take them so i guess someone broke in to their building and didnt touch anything but my door frames that could happen i guess trust me this place is no good and they wont stand behind that 100% guarantee they have written across their advertisement
