My son was able to find a bike that would work for him and David was very helpful answered ALL of our many many questions.My son is happy with his bike and we would purchase from Powersports Plus again.

Horrible customer service we took a trax car in for repair as we have always done and the man let us stand there for almost 10 mins before I had to bother him on his computer to tell us they no longer provide this service. I could understand if he had customers or was on the phone but not the issue. He never looked up from his screen and acknowledged us when talking we have bought several ATVs and safety equipment over the years but service has gotten so impersonal there lately

I would give this place a zero if i could however of course at least one star must be given. The service department has no problem riding your bike (150 miles to be exact) and the “manager”accusing you of wanting everything free when you decline their measly senseless solutions to rectify their wrongdoing. Yeah avoid this place people they are horrible people with horrible customer service!!!

Maybe my expectations were just a little bit too high for what I was looking for.My online experience (because I’m 150 miles away) left me just a tad bit disappointed.However, my in-person experience kinda made up for it.I was very pleasantly greeted & patiently awaited the salesperson I had been working with online.The selection of motorcycles left me a little deflated. David and Eddie were great to work with on our purchase of a Polaris Crew 1000. We ordered the unit and asked for certain accessories to be installed once it arrived. They had everything in stock and installed a few days after it arrived as promised. We are very happy with our experience and will be back!

Setup new tires and installation on the phone, got there today, they didn’t show an appt for me. Didn’t matter, took me right in, got the job done, while I waited, in a reasonable amount of time. Price was lower than estimated, folks were nice. I’ll use them again, and you should too. A dealer in Tallahassee said “we can’t help you, we don’t work on bikes more than 10 yrs old”. Didn’t hear that nonsense here. Drove an hour, due to my local shop giving high estimates, even after yrs of patronage, new owners don’t seem to care about repeat customers.Give em a try.

The sales team definitely needs to work on customer service! Was interested in an ATV with cash on hand but couldn’t even get an email, text, or call from them confirming whether it was available! I know if I was corporate I’d be upset about sales losing a sell due to the fact that they can’t communicate!

After posting this review there was a response from the Customer Service Manager. I contacted her and explained what had happened. The manager was contacted by her and got involved, information exchanged and everyone walked away happy. As a result I changed the star rating. Every business will have bumps in the road. It is my opinion that how those bumps are resolved determines the quality of the business. This one did things right.****************************I got back after being out of town for a week to find a package shipped to me with a return address from PowerSports Plus Albany. I did not think I ordered anything and after opening it I was sure I didnt. I spent a little time finding a phone number for them and then took time out of work to call them to tell them that they probably had a customer who was upset not receiving what they ordered. That customer would be upset as they most certainly had paid for it. All I wanted was to return the item to PowerSports.The woman that took my call had no interest in either getting the part back or resolving the issue. All she wanted to do was to give me two other numbers to call so I could sort out their shipping problem.I have been running my own business for thirty years and I remember when the customer was important. I have now spent enough time trying to help out here and the part is going into the garbage. I do not have any vehicles that might use it and PowerSports does not seem to care about the customer that is still waiting for their part. There was no attempt made other then to tell me to call someone else despite the PowerSports name being on the shipping package.While this is likely not the owners position it was that of the woman who took my call and wanted nothing more than to get me off the phone. This was despite my repeated attempts for her to at least take the information from me regarding the part number or description. I even had the routing information for them. For all she knew it may have been a very expensive part. All she could say was that there was nothing she could do and the fault was with the distribution service. So I should call them. When I said I would not and I would toss the part she hung up on me.The result is the part is in the trash and PowerSports has a customer still waiting for a part and one, me, who must have ordered from them at least once in the past as they have my address, who has a rather negative attitude about their desire to please customers.

This place is all about customer service!!! I submitted a inquiry through the website and since then it’s been nothing but the highest quality of service. I drive by the local powersports to go 2 hrs to buy a crew, then go back two weeks later to get a probox top and a winch. Go see Sandra for sales and Ben for parts. They get it and in this day in age not many companies do! I’ll be back to get my services also. 4 hrs round trip

This place is great the receptionist greets you when you walk in. They have so many brands Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, and Artic cat. I came all the way from Florida just because of there service and prices. I would have made a big mistake buying anywhere else. My local dealer would not even return my phone calls but Eddie at PowerSports Plus always answered my questions and kept me informed. Great place with great service... I went to purchase two dirtbikes. One for a Christmas gift for my son and one for me to ride with him. Its been about 16 years since Ive ridden so my knowledge was a little out of date, but Travis was absolutely awesome. He was very knowledgeable and simply pleasant to speak with, both over the phone and in person. They didnt have any 125s for my son readily available, but he went above and beyond to secure one for me. I got a 125 for my son and a 230 for myself, and the entire process was excellent. He answered every question I had completely and efficiently. Travis is an awesome sales rep and a seeming pleasant individual.Clay handled all the paperwork, and he too offered a great experience. If he or Travis were bothered by my indecisiveness, I couldnt tell. They were both very patient and nice to talk with. I even left my debit card there but Travis called to let me know immediately.The entire staff was just great. One guy (I didnt get his name) made calls, sent emails and texts, and ultimately made the decision to let me have the Honda 125. He made Christmas happen. He was our Santa this year.The pick up was just a pleasant as the purchase. Travis continued to educate me throughout the process. He even walked me through step by step of securing my bikes to the trailer.I went in as an uncertain shopper and left as a happy customer, not feeling hustled or haggled. It wasnt about the commission for them, or at least it did seem like so. It was all about serving the customer to the best of their ability and providing a great shopping experience. The young lady at the desk even offered my wife and I coffee and snacks. They were great and if I could give more than five stars I would. I will be shopping with them in the future (my wife wants a four wheeler now,) and I will recommend Powersports Plus of Albany to anyone seeking motorcycles, ATVs, UVs, dirtbikes, with great, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.

I bought a brand new 4 wheeler. Paid $6500 cask for the Polaris 450. Had it 3 days and the clutch went out. Dropped it back off for them to repair it. They took 2 two weeks to fix it. Finally I picked it up. It ran a week and the clutch went out again. Again I brought it back. They’ve had it over a week now. I called this morning. Had to call twice because service never answers their phone. When I got the guy on the phone, he said they haven’t even looked at it yet. He says, his tech is on vacation. WHY DO YOU LET YOUR ONLY TECH GO ON VACATION IF YOUR SHORT HANDED.? Terrible service. I will never buy from them again. I’ve had my brand new 4 wheeler a month now, and literally, they’ve had it in their shop for most of that time.

Service department got us fixed right up on some warranty repairs. Kevin in service was great and personable!

If I could give them a negative number I would. Theyve had our four wheeler since March. Charged us almost $1000 to get it going. Called numerous times before they finally said they had it fixed. Brought it home, still has the same problem. Took it back and they still havent gotten it fixed. Im over them. Sadly theyre the only repair shop in Albany Georgia.

By far the worse experience I have had dealing with them. They have had my side by side since February 2020, and still has not gotten it fixed. All the work is under warranty because its a new unit, and they cant even get it fixed. About to hire a lawyer, because Im tired of paying for something that I cant use. I will never use them for anything else. I would rather travel out of town to get service done than to use them again.

Passing through town and needed a replacement tire for my Victory. They got me in first thing in the morning and had me out in about an hour.No hassles at all, and respected the fact that I was traveling through even though its the last few retail hours before Christmas, they were short staffed, Im riding a brand they dont sell, and they had a backlog from the day before of service tickets.Much thanks to the staff for keeping me going.

Friendly and very helpful

On a well planned 3000 mile adventure on our Goldwing we had a problem, on day 11, with tire pressure in the front tire. We discovered that the stem was leaking and needed to be replaced. When you are on the road it is always comforting to find that a Honda dealership is near by. PowersportsPlus, Albany, was 15 miles away but when you walk into a place unknown, you never know what to expect. They were super nice, very helpful, and took us in right away. They were really great, and the service department took our situation under advisement. We were out of there in about an hour, all fixed up, stem replaced, and grateful!!! What service!! The owner?/manager?/nice guy! [that wants the big black motorcycle up front for himself (but his wife says “not now”)]. ...who was going to his son’s preschool graduation today (congratulations) was friendly and treated us like we were friends, Thank you all so much!!! Saved our trip!😁 🏍

People there dont like to talk...about the products they sell or their prices. Was looking for motorcycle gloves and sunglasses. Their inventory was a mess. No one lied or deceived me at least.

These guys take customer service to a new level! I had everyone from Nick, my sales guy, to the service manager and even the general manager make a point to say hello and see if I needed anything. Grant, the new General Manager, has customer satisfaction as a top priority and it really showed. I compared price with other dealers in SWGA and these guys were by far giving the best price! After the sale, Nick continued to answer questions about the unit I bought and continues give advice about added accessories. I would definitely recommend these guys. They do what they say their going to do, the first time, and make the buying process easy!

Absolutely worst service ever!!! Service manager had a horrible attitude! Had my polaris for 6 plus weeks and when I got it back still had issues of running hot. He even tried to argue with my dates after I had my receipt saying when they started the servicing on it! Tried to reach out to general manager and havent recieved a call back! Very unhappy with recent service/price. Was told I wouldnt be charged for diagnosing problems on my 2 units if I paid them to do the work. Then I was forced to pay $99 each for diagnosing problems. I was notified that the bill would be over $7000 to start which was a slap in the face. I asked if they could fix for $5000 I would let them perform the workwas told they could after much deliberation. I have had all service done here in the past but things like this make it difficult to do business here. The last new unit I purchased came from here but I will need to look elsewhere for future purchases. On my receipt says the air box was glued shut and they couldnt even change the air filter. Well guess what- they installed the last air filter when I had them do a rebuild on the engine .They have done all of my service work. Then I have an employee threaten to rechare the original over $7000 ticket because I questioned why they charged for diagnosing after I was told I wouldnt be charged and I spoke very unprofessionally to him. Sorry for the language sir but you were out of hand! I am just angry about how I feel totally cheated and I have spentany thousands of dollars here. I feel cheated!

Customer Service is Horrible. Items sold to me were never in stock!I ordered products that were listed on their website and figured that I might as well order a few small screws along with the other parts.They sent a few small screws at an exorbitant shipping rate/handling rate. Earlier an email was sent to me saying that all the items will ship/be available at a later date..After calling they did not have the items ordered in stock yet HAD THEM FOR SALE ON EBAY!!!!! They also still have them listed for sale on the website!After the phone call and followup emails they could never give me a satisfactory answer or even attempt to correct the situation. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.The parts needed were easier to order from someone else on Ebay.STAY AWAY and BE HAPPY.

They sit on your order for a couple days before shipping out. Good prices though. My second order I emailed and asked if they could ship USPS Priority Mail instead of FedEx Ground. They did it, and it cost less and arrived in 2 days after they shipped (Ordered Sunday, shipped Wednesday, arrived Saturday)

Do not buy here. I ordered a part that it turned out was not needed. The part was unopened and unused. I looked online at their return policy and it said it was subject to a 15% restocking fee. That in itself should be a good reason not to buy here, but it gets worse. When I tried to return the part they would not take it back. Even though their website said that the part was in stock when I ordered it, they said it was a slow moving part and the manufacturer would not take it back. Plus, I subsequently saw the same part with the same part number available elsewhere for 30% cheaper. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.

Powersports plus of Albany is the best powersports dealer in south west Georgia. They have some of the best customer service its a great place to go for all of your R/C needs.

Visited parts department today to get an oil filter and DCT filter for my Honda Pioneer 1000. The parts guy did not know what a Pioneer was, who made it, or the fact that its a SxS. Keep in mind this is Honda dealer. He was able to successfully find the parts and the prices were in line with Amazon. The store is definitely devoid of accessories for the Pioneer line. I would take your Honda business to Opelika who has knowledgeable parts guys and a better stocked store.

Its been good every time Ive been here except one time and they just didnt have it in stock.

Ordered an OEM part from their website. My account was charged and then promptly refunded, however I received no confirmation email or cancellation email. I spent a week waiting for a part they never sent.

Worst service dept ever. We live 3 hours away and purchased from Powersports Plus. Was told our unit had parts ordered and told it would be ready 3 weeks before it was. Then when I went to pick it up, I WASNT fixed. To make matters worse, they unload it off the trailer and take it back to the shop, spray lubricant on it and told me it was fixed. Now 1 week later, its still got the same issues it went to the service dept for and its now LEAKING oil (they done and oil change)! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Website claims parts will ship in 3 to 6 business days. Eleven days after I place my order, I learn that the parts were sitting in their warehouse for a WEEK. Customer service would provide no explanation and refused to expedite the shipping when it finally left their warehouse.
