The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude but the other gentleman was very kind to answer my questions. They still did not have the part after I was wrongly informed over the phone and drove 30 minutes.

I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be surprised in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).

Website stated if I ordered in next 1 hour, 7 minutes, and paid for overnight shipping, I would receive the parts by 8 pm next day. Not only did I not receive the parts when promised, theyre website couldnt find the order, so I called Customer Service, only to be told they were closed (at 7 pm, when their website says theyre open until 9 pm, and the person the phone said they really close at 5....) Go someplace more trustworthy, that wants your business.

Great service. They always have the parts that I am looking for. The price is good.

My husband purchased a replacement refrigerator water filter here and the cost was $65. we checked on-line and at another local dealer and the cost of that EXACT water filter was over $20 less than they charged! When we called them, they said they know there is an issue with the price but they cant do anything about it. Buyer Beware!

Set up as a supplier for professional repair men, but the service counter is accommodating to the DIY guy. Friendly professional well stocked.
