I wanted to make a small purchase of 2 shooters behind the counter that were marked 99cents. He rang them up and the were more than that, so I said something. The cashier gets mad at me and says sometimes they dont put stuff in the right slot. So why is he getting mad at me? He needs to get mad at the person stocking stuff. Typical stupid people of small town colorado.

My go to for booze....drive thru so convenient

I wont be going back. I bought a bottle of vodka to celebrate my honeymoon. The bottle was already open and the backseat of my car drank more than us newlyweds will. I called and was told I wont be refunded and my liquor will not be replaced. Great way to get customers to return. 😐😐😐 😒😒😒

The cashier lady with the weird haircut was rude. Acted like my husband ruined her whole day by asking a question. If she hates helping people and it’s such a bother then why work in retail where you have costumers asking questions from time to time?

Ryan the owner and his team have gone above and beyond in customer service. We moved to Alamosa from the Boulder area and being a small town there arent as many options in the low gluten beer variety. Ryan went out of his way to stock Stone Delicious IPA (lower gluten) just for me. That is incredible customer service! The selection is consistent and the best in Alamosa! I only shop here.

Ask for a 12 pack and they will give you a 18 packUp sold me twice, i asked for a specific amount and they ignored me and gave me more , also I was waiting over 6 minutes at drive thru , I honked and tapped window , lady comes out shouting at me that I need to hold on , she could have been cordial and asked me this from the beginning, i wasnt sure anyone knew I was there being patient, !Needless to say lost my business!

The first time we were in there two women working were being very crude and using very foul language loudly, no regard for the customers. The second time the same two women were in there and didnt bother to look up from their cell phones so we left without purchasing and went to another store. Wont be back.
