Its sooooo convenient, and has great prices on anything you might need. I go here all the time and am never disappointed. There employees are so nice, especially the door greeters! If youre looking to buy groceries or even just a quick snack for a party or something, this is the place to go! They also have a large selection of fresh produce ranging from cherries to eggplants, they have just about anything you would think to try. Their bakery is pretty good to they have a bunch of fresh breads and cakes and delli foods too! Also they have a really great selection of toys that would be great if you need to find a birthday present for someone. They have a huge selection of all the latest and all the most classic games so if youre bored out of your mind and need some new games theyve got youre back there too. They also have a whole bunch of other really convenient sections such as the technology section where you can find all the best games, consoles, phones, and phone accessories, TVs, movies, etc. , the home improvement sections with paint, tools, lightbulbs, clocks/ wall decor bedding, etc., and finaly the gardening section, with flowers, gardening tools, lawn care, and lawn decor. Chances are if you need somthing, youll find it at Walmart.

It was alright, my debit card chip wouldnt work in the reader at the checkout. The lady told me to keep trying. After trying 20 times different ways, I ask if she could just enter my card. Shes said no. She finally called a manager over who transferred it to another register, where my card worked fine. That means they have bad card readers at their registers and their store managers must not care to keep them working.

Deacent Walmart, had everything that needed to pick up.

Asked an employee for help twice. First time she was upset that she had to stop her restocking duties and go find another employee that had key to shaving products. Second time I asked her if she knew where ear plugs were located and she said quickly responded no. She needs another job!!! Never had an employee at Walmart store not know where items were located until today.

Great staff overall knowledgable and nice. Seasonal area is cool except Xmas stuff is out already and not even Halloween yet.

As if you have a choice but to use self check out....They never have a close to decent amount of cashiers. If you use self check out be sure to use a card because it will eat your cash without giving you credit and managment will ignore you when you ask for help. When you call to get customer service nobody ever picks up.

Good clean store. Good prices and most things were in stock. Didnt have any employee interactions.

Tried calling to ask a question during business hours. Sat on the phone as it rang for over 20 minutes with no answer. I decided to try calling the different departments with the same result. This store clearly doesn’t care about their customers if they can’t or won’t even answer a phone call.

There are over 100 guests waiting in line. There are two regular check outs open, one 15 products and under and the self check out line- this one extends into the fruits & vegetable department. This is poor management practices flourishing into a grocery hell. Walmart managers get your guests checked out in a timely fashion. This is pathetic leadership.

Theres a lot of profiling that goes on here at the Walmart especially done by the workers specifically supervisors. If anyone is dressed different or pays with EBT/ WIC THEY judge you or assume you are stealing and follow/ harass you

Today I had the best experience at my local Walmart and I owe it all the a guy named Kyle I’m electronics. He was pretty new at the job and my friend and I asked him if he could get our photos printed under an hour. He seemed a little nervous because he didn’t know if he knew what he was doing, but he was practically a pro! He got our prints out in less than 15 minutes! He was very kind and clearly a quick learner! Good job Kyle!

This is a really nice Walmart. They have a huge grocery section. I love the convenience of their Pick Up and Delivery service. Ordering online and then picking up my order saves me time and money, not to mention being able to stay safe from the virus. You simply order your groceries from their web site, pick a time that is convenient for you to pick them up, show up and within minutes your groceries are loaded into your car. It definitely saves me money too by not adding this and that to my cart while shopping.

The employees are always watching every single person as if they were planning on shoplifting, to the point that not one person can do any shopping without basically being harassed and stalked throughout the store, but come time any and all shoppers need some assistance or help with something, then there isnt a single Walmart associate willing to do there job or even attempt to go out of there way to even acknowledge anyone asking them for help!!! Being how 85% of the stores inventory is locked down or locking up in a glass case, all customers will require some sort of assistance period no matter what kinda product they are inquiring or wanting to purchase period. Its absolutely the worst Walmart Supercenter to be forced to deal with throughout the entire Walmart franchise and even the entire nation!!!!!

Many helpful staff while looking for things as an outer- towner

I don’t normally post reviews but this Walmart is very disappointing. Went today and not a single cart available in the store. Plenty out in the parking lot. Shelves very empty. To be fair it’s Labor Day weekend but it happens all the time. We went there 4 different times over 2 weeks and they didn’t have 1/2 gal 2% milk. Also, expired food still available for sale on the racks. A lady shopping there one day told us to make sure we checked the dates. Sure enough the item we picked up was already expired. An $18 salmon we bought didn’t make it home. It smelled so bad we had to throw it away. Will probably get groceries from City Market from now on. Too bad it’s the only Walmart for miles. They should try harder!

Cashier was Nice, but there was almost no fishing items. There was also a squirrel in the mens clothing eating a shirt. I told a worker and they said its common.

I love Walmart prices! They have a wide variety of flowers every spring. But this visit, all of the flowers were bone dry and almost dead. So keep an eye open for fresh flowers when you go!

Little busy, I would bring a mask, but the bathrooms were clean and the employees I interacted with were very informative.

Women sitting down, apparently the one who was supposed to sanitize carts, said if we wanted one, we should bring one in from the parking lot. 2nd time in 5 days this has happened.....so glad Wal-Mart ran all the businesses out of town....prices are more expensive than local City Market and Safeway.....thats if you can find anything....no coffe pots on shelves but lots and lots of full, boxes down the aisles....

Store is not kept clean! The fruits and veggies that are supposed to be fresh are wilted and rotten (at best). There is trash stuffed in the Bulk bins, While the workers stand around & talk. You might as well give up & go home, because satisfaction is NOT an option here!

Honestly they dont even deserve this star they are not stocked in 45 percent of the items Ive been looking for a ps4 controller there for 4 months and not one has been restocked and also they took our GameStops buissness forcing them to close and now the competitors of GameStop dont have anything to offer the only reason I shop there is because it has the brand of dog food my dog enjoys and only place I can get it is if I order which I can do but it is much more convenient to not have to.

Alamosa store...I dont know why I keep shopping here. Mostly because Walmart has pushed all other businesses out of our area. But to share my most recent experience, upon entering the store, there were no shopping carts. So I walked to the other entrance to the store only to find that there were no carts there either. I went searching for a cart in the parking lot and ended up walking well past where my car was parked.I only needed to pick up about 12 items but was only able to find maybe five of them.They were common Items.Someone needs to sit down with management and give them a come-to-jesus talk. I can go to any other Walmart Superstore in Pueblo and Colorado Springs and find everything I need.

Going to Walmart is always very interesting. You never know how many customers may be there at any given time. Sometimes you might go to Walmart and theyre being only a few people there. Other times you go to Walmart and there are thousands of people there Walmart is completely full. I have went to town and seen Walmarts parking lot completely full of customer shopping. Those are the days when you would much rather just go home and wait for some of the traffic to you leave Walmart before you go into Walmart. Because through service at Walmart seems to only be half half professional and oftentimes some of the employees at Walmart dont even seem to want to help you. When I go to Walmart I always expect trouble getting any employees to help you because they dont ever seem to really want to and sometimes they can be very stuck up and unprofessional.

Today we had the sweetest, kindest, genuinely caring cashier. Her name is Hannah. She was new and doing a fabulous job. I had a bag of apples that didn’t have a SKU number on it. So Hannah set it aside waiting fir help on how or what to do.Melissa came over and after 5 attempts to get help from Melissa to help even when I asked Melissa screamed and yelled at me telling me she was only one person and couldn’t help everyone at once.You see a young handsome Neal that was the cashier next to us went to her and asked her for help, Melissa was all sweet and flirty going over to help him and not Hannah.. she never said excuse me or anything just pushed me, she assisted him with an over rude and then shoved me over and I said excuuuuse me, she yelled at me SOOOORY I responded with your not sorry your sorry we don’t like your behavior you are rude and nasty to Hannah after she asked for help 5 times then you screamed at me. You’re very unprofessional! She got on her phone and asked for security to come as she had a lady yelling at her and threatening her. (Me). I went to customer service and asked for the store manager, to be told the line manager would handle it. However she didn’t.I went to my car and called the store for Adam Lopez and was put on hold 4 times and hung up on.First of all I love people and purpose to set them up for success, and to have another person be so hateful to a fellow employee simply asking for help... is not acceptable! Then to scream at a guest is t okay either then to push me twice just terrible.Hopefully corporate will take care of this since I did call them. Elizabeth from corporate was extremely helpful.Hopefully Melissa would no longer be there.

This Walmart has a dramatic shortage of staff. This makes for long checkout lines.Garden shop had no staff and an open door, this is a serious management problem.

Very unprofessional. No one answers the phones and if they do they will just leave you on hold till it disconnects. The website and in store merchandise are vastly different. Something in-stock at location online will be no where to be found at the store and same with something unavailable will be in full stock. Unfortunately its the only store of its kind around so they just dont care. Dont even get me started on the auto center...

Picked up last minute supplies during our travels. Many items get scarce in small towns. Most large Walmarts have most of what you may need.

Its Walmart. You dont go in with real high expectations.This location is usually out of at least one thing on my list. Cluttered. I go here because its 2 minutes from home.

Would live to give no stars. Went to self check-out before an emergency trip. Got things needed for trip including aspirin my husband and I have to take daily. Forgot a bag. The person that came right behind me took my purchase. I know this for a fact because the manager pulled the tape. ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP FROM THE MANAGER! Was told since it happened in self check-out there was nothing they could do and that Id just have to repurchase the items. Two of the things I had bought, including the aspirin, were the last on the shelves. The person that took the bag could have said something or management could have helped. I shop online or City Market instead.

So sick of them having 20 registers yet only 5 people running them. They need to get more cashiers in there. I cant recall going in their once that 90% of the registers are closed and the lines and wait times are ridiculous.
