HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! EXTREMELY UNPROSESSIONAL! Jeannette (the owner) sold me two mattresses. I paid in full and was waiting for my delivery, it did not arrive the day she had promised. For the following days I continuously called and left multiple voicemails, she NEVER answered or called me back. I had to go and call her other locations to finally have someone in another state call her. Finally after coming in contact with someone in another state, she again promised she would deliver the mattresses- but never spoke to me directly, she had the other person call me and tell me. Finally, the mattresses were delivered- but one of them was not the correct mattress. She gave me one less quality than what I had paid for. I have tried coming in contact with her as well as contacting the person in the other state who had helped me before but now the other person also stopped answering. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, horrible experience.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Bought 2 mattresses with the delivery date of 10-14 business days. Sitting at 21 days later still no mattresses. I called on day 14 and was told we will get back with u, never received a call back. Called again and was told I would have delivery the upcoming week on Thursday. They told me we will contact you Wednesday to schedule your delivery time. Wednesday at 5pm I call them inquiring about my delivery and was told oh we havent received your mattresses yet, and we dont know when we will. They stated they dont have contact info for the shipper, so couldnt tell me when they would be i . I kindly asked for my order to be cancelled and they stated a 20% restock fee would be charged. I asked how do you charge a restock fee if you dont have it in stock? Still refused to refund my money and stated their internet was down and couldnt help me. So if you want to receive the products you pay for go somewhere else.
