Husband says its great for low use tools.

The worst customer service ever! I unexpectedly bought something that was too big to fit in my trunk. I asked them if I could run down the road to get my friends truck. The guy working there straight up told me that if someone else comes in to buy the item that I just paid hundreds of dollars for, they will sell it to that someone. I had to leave my son there to make sure they wouldnt resell what I just bought. To top it all off they complained about having to load it. Extremely rude!

Best tools for what you pay for my line of business but you get what I pay for so you know.

Store is well organized and products are displayed so that each is easily seen with boxes beneath. Staff are helpful. Good prices.

Clean, well stocked, usually very helpful. Today not so much. Was charged 12.00 to return a tool that didnt work. No inspection to verify my claim that it didnt work. I had it for less than ten minutes. Hard to swallow paying 12.00 for you to restock a failed tool. That you will resell to someone else.....

Overall we really like the store.The staff sometimes act put out when you ask them a question or for a rain check if something is out of stock. That is few and far between so not to big of a deal however.Really look through the catalog though as sometimes you can find better coupons in different places.

If you want to feel embarrassed and humiliated instead of having help to find what you want to buy , that is the right place to go,. Something changed at this store for the last weeks . Before the employees’s environment was respectful and available . It was our favorite store to buy before Lowe’s or Home Depot.Went to buy some drill accessories with my husband last Saturday , when I asked one of the employees at the cashier area , he did not have any customer around, he kept asking me questions in a bully manner about the piece I needed and didn’t guide me where to find the drill accessories; he was rude with me ; felt frustrated and embarrassed, for sure not comfortable to ask more about the items I needed to buy. This behavior was in front of another employee that was at the entrance of the employees office , probably his supervisor, what makes me perceive this employee’s actitudes was ok for him too.Months ago there was a lady supervisor very willing to help find the items in a courteous and knowledgeable .On prior visits over the last weeks it was clear most of the employees were not confortable helping us to find items . But last Saturday experience was not good at all.My husband and I will avoid to buy at that store again. Other harbor freight stores have helpful and kind employees.

I love Harbor Freight. They always have coupons to use and choose from and the stuff there is cheap enough to where its not like dollar store items; theyre actually durable for the most part. For warning, the super glue there is fenominal..it works wonders!!

Finally chose an item, which happened to be in the wrong spot on the shelf, and, required assistance; but ended up not in stock.... They cant guarantee itll be on the next shipment at the end of the month.....💀

This is THEE toy store for real men and wanna-bes working on stuff. If you need the basic tools for the job and a few precision tools, they have it at a huge discount. Their work range is A-to-Z and every profession is THERE. And, where else could you buy an American Flag with embroidered stars for under 10-bucks.

Harbor freight is great. This one in particular is up to the standard. Clean and organized. I just wish the staff were a bit more helpful sometimes.

Still requires mask, depending on the staff that is present.

We shop the store everytime we go to the big city. Good quality of tools. Good return policy and always ads to save you money.

The employee that I talked to wasnt helpful, just pointed in a direction for my requested item. He ended up being my cashier, but, after I paid,, he just handed me my items, un-bagged. I had to go behind his plexiglass to get a bag to put my things in...strange...

I believe what their friend referring to hear is the Harbor Freight store that is in Alamogordo New Mexico which is the only one Ive been in for the last two weeks and I would like to say that the employees and there were very good much more interested and helping the person compared to the one thats closest to me in my own count of El Paso

Large chain of reasonably priced tools. You can choose the quality range and price. Frequently can find a lower price here than in the major home improvement stores. Always worth checking depending on your needs. I believe recently added pro grade tools as well.

This is the most organized and cleanest Harbor freight that I have ever seen. Friendly staff and always a bargain. If you forget your free item. They remind you that you get one.

Lots of stuff. Some good some not so much. Have used their tools for years. Mostly buy them when I may only need it a few times as some arent terribly durable. Staff seems haggard.

I was comparing quantities on the rolling tool cabinets. Between Husky and Us General. I think Im going to be purchasing mine from Harbor Freight.

You get what you pay for! That being said, they have a wide variety of tools and other items one might need.

Love this place. Clean, well stocked, friendly people. We call it Hobby Lobby for guys.

Some of the tools want last , but they have some that do. They r cheaper on somethings but Home Depoe is cheaper on something were there not.

Whatever you need in the way of tools, Harbor Freight has it, reasonably priced too. Ive been dealing with them for 30 years and they have always come through for me.

January Sale and all a bit confusing. Items advertised at up to 93% off but no items actually stated what the sale price was or what the actual percentage off was. Then was told the reduction was off the original retail cost not the price shown on the label. Not saying Harbor From were trying to deceive the customer but please if you are going to have a sale label the product with the actual discount cost.

They need to have a harbor freight shoppers anonymous, because I would have to go. Cheap tools, some break faster than others, but for real, where else can you get a 24 pipe wrench for $2.99?
