I found all the representatives to be personable, knowledgeable and efficient . They worked as a team. It was a busy day yet they were willing to spend as much time as each person needed without feeling hurried. Every customer was treated with respect. I’m just sorry I can’t give Jagger more than a 5 star rating!

One star is generous. I Waited 25 minutes for help with 5 Tile products I bought there. The guy up front said “the manager” would come out and help me. . Only 2 clerks in the place besides the manager. The female clerk who was helping some woman with a phone for the whole time I was there , suddenly jumped up to help another customer who entered the store wayyyyy after me. I asked When am I being served?” The “manager finally came out and said I’d have to come back another day. USELESS - all of them TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I had a great experience at this location. Darla went above and beyond. She was very professional and courteous. All my info was transferred even though it took a day but everything was as expected. Switched from Verizon to AT&T where they appreciate my business.The young manager Oscar has his staff trained really well. Very happy with their services. Satisfied new customer.

An AT&T service tech almost hit me with the service van because he was reckless and turned without looking, or slowing down even slightly. Then he has the nerve to try to cuss me out and drives off without even checking to see if Im alright.

Employees have an average to below average knowledge of the services they offer. However their product knowledge is on par.

I have been in the store rwice in the last month. Both times I was greeted immediately, and with listening ears. Both gentleman I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product line and billing.

This place scammed us. One of the salesmen (who I won’t name) persuaded us to switch to AT&T on the promise that we’d get 2 free iPhone 11 phones if we traded in our iPhone 8+ phones. We traded in our phones and switched our service to AT&T. That was in November. Now it’s April. Our bill has never been corrected yet. We’re still paying WAY over what we were promised our monthly bill would be. We’re still being charged monthly installments for one of the devices despite the fact we did not sign up for a buy-one-get-one-free deal. No one can help us. AT&T has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We got ripped off and manipulated, and now, 5 months later, I’m beginning to accept it. This company owes us money. Wish we had never switched.

AT&T stole my phone, literally. I traded in my old phone and got a new phone with AT&T. I decided to return the new phone (within the 14 day limit). However, they didn’t return my old phone or give me any kind of credit for it. That is the definition of stealing. I will NEVER even think about becoming an AT&T customer ever again.

The worst customer service ever! We drove out one hour from Ruidoso to purchase a WiFi hot spot, AFTER we phoned to confirm they had them in stock. We arrive, and the inept clerk said she had them but could not sell them because there was not a manager on duty! Freaking waste of our time! She made no attempt to call someone to help us. Unbelievable!

Dont expect the best quality service. Commission is all they care about. And while that is to be expected, it shouldnt be put ahead of quality customer service.

Ok so I buy a phone from Att El Paso. Im told I can exchange it at ANY corporate store within 14 days. I go to exchange today and am told by Anthony here at the corporate store in Alamogordo that he is a manager but he cant process an exchange today cause he doesnt have the right code to do it so I need to come back Monday when the managers are in. But you just said YOU was a manager??!!What if I cant come back Monday?? And that isnt relevant anyway because while I am stadning with him telling me this stuff, people are buying phones and opening new accounts all around me??!!Excuse me..how in the hell are you able to sell a new phone and open new accounts and add lines etcetera, etcetera, but you cant process a simple exchange that is taking place within the 14 day period. Watching what was going on in the little bit of time I was there Anthony was the only one wondering around doing nothing while the other repswere actually you know, WORKING!! I have a feeling he just didnt want to do it cause he made it clear he was a manager but he didnt have the code he needed from the people I am referring to as thereal managers to process an exchange. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I called the corporate number and asked them what code he needed. They had no idea what I was talking about. Imagine that!! And they said that theyre all tied in together.Hence the word, corporate! So there was no special code needed to process a simple exchange. Surprise surprise!
