Terrible customer service. We’ve bought all of our vehicles from Vison Ford. Recently my wife’s 2019 Ford Explorer was taken in for randomly shutting off while driving. After not hearing anything I constantly had to call to get updates. Heard 4 different stories until I was finally able to come get our vehicle. Upon picking it up , there was a loud high pitch noise coming from the dash that was not there before when we dropped it off. Service manager said there was a sound diagnostic done and it was exhaust noise we were hearing inside the cabin. When we told him it wasn’t and we were hearing it from the dash my wife and I were told there was nothing they could do because they did not hear what we heard. The service manager told me that there was no way it was loud enough to hurt our ears while driving and said the noise we heard was not there. Fast foreword a week we took our service to Ruidoso Ford who heard our concerns and found it to be a sensor in the dash making the noise, and covered it under warranty. The unprofessional manners of the service manager made us not come back to vision in Alamogordo. He was rude and unprofessional. The service is very unorganized. Very displeased with the service my wife and I were given the last visit.

I inquired about a new F-150 they had in stock and right from the start Mike was extremely helpful and his response time was spot on. Everything from my trade-in value to the price of the new truck, I was extremely satisfied. With my work schedule, kids, etc they even delivered the truck a couple of hours away and drove the trade-in back. I appreciate their honesty and their customer service. I would definitely do business with them again!

Took my truck in to get the wheels balanced, which is tricky on the 19.5 inch commercial tires it has. They knew how to do it, but it turned out I just had a ton of mud stuck in the wheel wells! They cleaned everything out and test drove, and all was well. Took like two hours, but they didnt even charge. Nicely done, and the truck rides great!

Only place I will go! I had the pleasure of working with 2 of their sales staff, Dustin and Dillion, and both were very accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was very smooth…no games, no back and forth…just given my options and the decision was left up to me. Finance was equally pleasurable to work with, in fact he was my salesman on my first experience with Vision Ford. It’s a nice feeling to be remembered! Loving my gorgeous Ford Edge Titanium AWD!

Bought a Bronco Sport Badlands from Vision Ford last May. The deal started out great, Dustin was helpful and answered all my questions from a distance. He offered up the car, outlined all the specs, sent pictures, told me the car had miles on it and was up front. After the papers were signed it become a different story. Had to prod to get the license plate, then discovered the tint that was installed was peeling up, had to make arrangments to get it redone at a specialist shop 45 miles away to keep the warranty. Seems like the excuses for not getting this done kept coming. One thing that was offered that we didnt go into Ford to get was ford points. Not the dealers fault on how the points get distributed - however there should have been some honesty on why the points didnt get transferred. Bought the car on a Saturday, activated everything that day - then got a call back from Ford directly saying that the activation didnt happen until two weeks later, after i had called and had a intersting discussion with the general manager. Major frustration - advertise Ford Points good for accessories and such, but dont get them until a month after activation, and still havent gotten them - should be in my account on 7/18 - if they dont show there will be another call on 7/19 that will not be fun. Thats a problem - called the dealer several times, kept getting the run around and never got a call back. Spoke to the general manager a couple of times, was promised cross bars for points, never received the bars or the points. Contacted my local dealer and learned points can be added easily and take 48 hrs to populate. Seems a bit odd to me. Looking for answers and never got any - only excuses from both Vision and Ford. I will keep the Bronco Sport Badlands but if i buy another Ford i will seriously consider all dealers prior to looking here again. Not bad but not great.

I am unhappy because I have had no updates on the replacement of my sunroof for my 2015 Ford Edge. I dropped my car off on February 1 with the understanding there was one project in front of mine and it would be a few days. It is now February 12, 2021 and I HAD TO CALL TWICE to find out my sunroof replacement has NOT even been started. No one from Vision Ford made any effort to contact me. They are hoping to start tomorrow (February 13, 2021) or Monday (February 15, 2021). It would have been nice to have simple updates so I was aware of what was happening with my car. I have always been happy with Vision Ford until now.

Service Center Gets Revenge?Had my fuel pump completely quit on my Ranger 4x4, so I had to call to make an appointment to someplace to tow my truck to, after careful thought, considered the local dealerships service center and had my vehicle taken there. Found they said they couldnt get to diagnosing it until a week later, and then wait another 10 days to repair, saying they did me a favor getting it in when they did for diagnosis. Not sure what kind of favor this was supposed to be, but this was not good news as we had a home in escrow, and had to move the week they said that maybe they could get to replacing the fuel pump. So we went down to the dealership, asked to see the owner, and he did come out to speak to us. We told him that we were calling a tow truck to get our vehicle out of their yard as 2+ weeks was not a good period of time to have your vehicle sitting on their lot let alone to wait for repairs. He asked us to hold on and went to speak to the Service Manager. He came back and said our truck would be ready to pick up tomorrow (the next day). We picked it up and it was running, and were having to leave as we were moving the next day. This is when we discovered that when we tried to fill the tank, the fill tube from the gas cap had been severely restricted. There was nothing we could do, so we trickled gasoline in very slowly at every fueling station between New Mexico and Michigan. The gas tank had to be removed in order to replace the fuel pump, and in putting it back together, something was done wrong, intentionally or not, to prevent normal fueling of the vehicle. I had heard other complaints about their service station AFTER we were put off for such a long time to have our truck done. Save your sanity, go to independent mechanics if in Alamogordo, the One South of town that specializes in foreign vehicles is excellent. Took our Mercedes there.

Employees were to lazy to actually check in the drop box and when the appointment was made the woman that works there didnt even tell me the proper drop info. Basically Im done. Avoid this dealership at all costs, sales and service departments. I never write reviews but after multiple bad experiences with this dealer cant help it.Over a year ago my wife and I were trying to buy a used car from them and we agreed on a price and after they started putting the paperwork together decided to come back and tell us that they needed more money than what we agreed on by 5000. Should have taken that as a sign about business practices and avoided them at all costs.But my truck needed some warranty work performed and they are the only local ford dealership. So I called and scheduled an appointment to have a warranty part replaced, I need my truck for work so I had to schedule a day off as well. I arrived at the service department at the scheduled time only to have the service desk tell me they would need the truck over the weekend and into next week just to look at and determine if they would even perform the warranty and then I would have to schedule another appointment to have the actual work done in the future when they could order the parts. The ford service manual charges 0.4 hrs labor to perform this job. Their technicians are either so incompetent or this dealership is trying to avoid performing any warranty work that they cant accomplish a 0.4 hr job in 4 days or more.AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS - they use the most disgusting business tactics and have no respect for their customers or clients.

Bronco reservation with Vision was a disaster and I ended up switching dealerships. With Vision the communication was poor, they were feeding me inaccurate information, and stated the would allow Z-Plan pricing and then changed their mind once it was time to submit the order.I definitely would not recommend this dealership and will not be giving them my business in the future.

My daughter lives in Alamogordo NM and received a recall notice from Ford for her 2016 Fusion. It says that the clutch actuators may fail, and as some of you may know, Ford has struggled with a class action lawsuit regarding the transmission in the Fusion. When she called to bring her car in for these repairs, she was asked what is the car doing? Now I ask you, why is that important? What is important is that Ford would follow through with the recall. But Vision Ford doesnt think my daughters life is important to them. Do you have to wait for a problem? Or is this a directive from Ford not to follow through? Is this a way to try to appease people? Put out a recall and not follow through. My last car was a Toyota Corolla, and when there was a recall due to the airbag not properly deploying, I received a recall notice. I called the dealership, made an appointment, and had the part replaced. Never once did they say, Hey were gonna wait until you have a headlong collision and take our chances on this.I hope the next time my daughter calls, you dont ask if shes experiencing any problems, but rather, how may I help you? And then do so.

A sales rep immediately contacted me by phone n email n started asking me what vehicle I was interested n they did a fair job in getting me the amount for my trade in. But what surprised me they brought me the F350 to my house n completed the finance at my house also. The discount of $2,500 inclusive cash reward from Ford helped tremendously. Wed just relocated to the area and were introduced to Vision Ford when our older F-150 was giving us problems and we took it in for a service diagnosis. Turned out the needed repairs were extensive and costly. While deciding what we wanted to do, we took a look at inventory on Visions lot and met the most wonderful sales guy, Dom Montoya. We hadnt seen anything on the lot that we liked in our price range, so with absolutely no pressure, Dom gathered our needs and wants and said hed look for a truck that would suit us. The very best day he called and said he had just the truck for us. Admittedly, we were a bit skeptical but went to the dealership to take a look. The truck Dom showed us was exactly what we needed and in our budget. The rest happened so quickly....everyone at the dealership, from the service and parts managers, sales manager, and finance manager pulled together to make this deal happen for us. Dom was with us every step of the way. We couldnt be happier. The Vision Ford team is awesome! If youre in the market for a new or used truck or auto, please visit Dom Montoya. We were very pleased with Tiffany and our experience with Vision setvice. We were traveling from Iowa and a check system notice came on 3 different times. We came to Vision Ford and spoke with Tiffany and explained what was happening. She had a gentleman take our car into service to run a check. When the check was done she came and told us it wasnt the alternator but could be the battery. They already were doing a check on another persons battery so they couldnt check ours. She asked us to come back at 10 the next morning and we did. As soon as we checked in with her she again had a gentleman take our car back to run the battery check. As soon as it was done she came and said our battery failed and we needed a new battery. I told her we had just had a new one put in about a month ago. She said it must have been a bad one. She said it would be covered under our warranty and it would be done as soon as possible. We told her to go ahead and fix it. She wasnt gone very long and came back to tell us it was done and our car would be brought up front for us. I signed the warranty papers and we were on our way. We truly appreciate her attentiveness in getting us back on the road. She is a great asset to your service department.

Oh what a journey it was to Vision Ford. I got towed for the first time in my life as my F150 decided to take a dump. I was all hyped and ready to go sight-seeing, but my truck decided to throw a wrench icon into those plans.Luckily for me, when I arrived at Vision Ford, I was treated like I mattered. They werent able to fix anything right away as I had gotten there a mere 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. But they assured me they would take a look and let me know what they find first thing Monday morning.They arranged for a shuttle to take my wacky friend and I back to Oliver Lee campground, where we were staying. Enter Chase - our baby-faced driver. This poor guy just wanted to haul some random people to wherever they were going, and return to his life. He was in for a treat as my friend and I bantered back and forth, mercilessly insulting each other. To his credit, whenever one of us would ask Chase if he agreed with one of our takes, he was like Switzerland behind the wheel. Like a seasoned politician, he refused to take sides or even acknowledge some of the crazy things we were saying. Snicker, look away, and deny any involvement. What a pro.Shenanigans aside, I was treated right, and although the repairs were more than I had hoped for, I havent had any issues with the truck since. Update: I had Vision Ford remove and replace the trucks front brake hose and bleeder screw. They did the maintenance quickly and professionally. Everyone I meet was courteous and friendly and I received a no nonsense review of the inspection of my truck. It took a couple of hours, so I got to look at all the new cars while I waited. Sold me a vehicle knowing it had been previously wrecked. Thank you for your dishonesty. Thank you for taking advantage of me. I was up front and honest about what I could afford and what I needed! I asked for a dependable basic car. I paid my 2000.00 down, I signed my agreement to pay, I keep full coverage insurance and make my payments on time! Only to have the torque arm break, the shifting cables go out and find myself with a not so reliable vehicle within four months of purchase. Rude, rushed service. I have a brand new F250 and I made an appointment the week prior for standard maintenance but also needed the back window of my truck looked at because of a terrible rattle. When I arrived they told me they didn’t call the glass repairman to have him look at it so I’d have to come back another day (can’t, I was moving for the military in two days). The lady told me it wasn’t the window (it definitely is) and it’s probably just the back seat. Now I get to roadtrip with the obnoxious window noise and deal with it next week. Hopefully another dealership can help me out. Don’t waste your time with this one, just drive to El Paso.

Thomas is by far themost excellent of all service managers Ive ever worked with regardingany vehicle Ive ever owned, Im 74 and have owned many vehicles overa lot of years. And Tiffany will sit down and talk to you on a friendly basis if she can afford the time and has no other pending customer considerations to attend to. She goes out of her way to make sure allneeds are covered and all future ones also. I never left her service department feeling I wasnt helped sufficiently or had further questionspertaining to the vehicle. Tomas the service manager ordered the part that arrived a week later and he picked up my car this time. Service was good once Tiffany was out of the picture.

The service at Vision Ford Lincoln Hyundai was excellent. Darla, my service advisor was excellent. My only issue is with Ford Motor Company. When a warranty repair requires leaving a vehicle at the dealership for a number of days, Ford Motor Company should make provisions for a loaner car or at least to return the owner to their home and pick them up when the repair is completed.

I had not received service on my F-150 for a very long time, and the vehicle has over 100,000 miles on it. I took it in to Vision Ford and told the service department to give the vehicle a thorough inspection and get back to me with what they thought needed to be done. I would have been very easy to take advantage of a situation like that, but I felt the punch list they presented was legitimate and reasonably priced given the number of items on it. The work was finished on time, and when I noted that one item hadnt been addressed when I picked it up, they pulled it back into the garage and fixed it on the spot at no charge. The truck is running as good as ever. I hope it rolls another 100,000 miles as I intend to give it to my son very soon!

*Edit* If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. My new car with just under 2K miles died while I was at work, Mike had a loaner to me in 20 minutes and took My new car to the shop. This was ABOVE and BEYOND My expectations of a car dealership. You guys are so awesome! My first new car buying experience has been a breeze at Vision! Mike Alderete was an excellent salesman that made me feel as if I was the only customer he was working with. Darla is amazing as always, but I must say that whoever is actually working on the cars, service has declined quite a bit. When I first started getting my car serviced here, it would be washed and they made sure to use the little paper on the floor so as not to dirty up the inside. The car no longer gets washed and there was dirt/dust left inside my vehicle (on the door as well) when the service was completed. They also no longer provide a loaner when they have to keep your vehicle for more than a day, which is very inconvenient. I have started to research another dealership to take my vehicle to.

My experiences with you was exlent,the only problem im having at this time,is that my car being a 2015 nissan versa has 16 issues with it. That fact coming from carfax. There are parts from a 2018 on it. Being and meaning the front bumper does not line up with the lights. Clips were supposed to have been ordered for the bumper,there was supposedly have a motor mount for the passenger side,which is cracked also was to be ordered around 3 months ago. I love my car,but as a disabled person and taking care of muself and i travel alone,I should have been told my car had so many issues. I was married to auto mechanic and learned a lot. To know that once a car or truck was in an accident being hit in the front,the axel even bent,is not fixable and can be dangerous. My car at times scares me,due to not to be able to drive over the speed of 65,i have to drop down the speed,it starts to viberate bad in the front. I do travel to where the speed limit is 75. It would be nice to resolve this issue. I and a close friend have brought this issue several times to Mr.Flores and some man that looked at it,told the 2 of us it was drivable. Miss.Cunningham,has taken my car to a mechanic and he has also said i was sold a car that is dangerous for me and illegally. Asked and paid for diagnostics to hear..other leaks. What leaks. Was told my truck can make it to Cruses, got to White sands monument in a smoking truck that clouded up the whole highway. Dont waste your money. Get diagnostics elsewhere.

Im not exactly sure if everything was accomplished. The reason I say this is because I was called during servicing and told that my battery needed replacement. While I already had a feeling that this was true, you confirmed it and offered to replace it which I declined (relatively easy DIY project). However when I received my vehicle back a opened the hood to exchange the battery, I noticed that one terminal was corroded really bad. I would think that if you tested my battery properly, you would have cleaned this terminal just to make sure the battery was bad. While the battery was indeed bad, this lack of a simple detailed maintenance procedure makes me question the over $800 service you performed on my vehicle. Really disappointed in that.

Servicing Department Total Scam.Took my vehicle to this location on May 04 at 0800 to get an oil change and to top off the coolant. After waiting approx 15 minutes. The service counter worker, I believe her name is Darla informed me that both the Cabin Air Filter and Engine Air Filter needs to be replaced. Due to them being very dirty and clogged. This is a lie because I had replaced both myself a month prior. Also after checking the Engine Air Filter housing, I noticed that none of the grime on the housing had been disturbed, making it clear that they never even opened it to check the filter inside. The vehicle has two different coolant reservoirs one for the gas engine and one for the electric engine. Both coolant reservoirs were low, one about an inch below the fill line and the other about an inch and half below. The service technician stated that both levels were fine being below the fill line. She then proceeded to argue with me about the coolant for about 5 minutes.

Had a Hyundai get 30K mile check up. In the owners manual the air filter is to be changed and on their local check list they are to check the tires. Non of this was taken care of. My tires are bald and I have not changed the air filter in 3 years. Per there mechanics, everything was good. I just want them to give me/ people an honest assessment of our vehicles.

First off, I had 27 years in the car business and know the business well, including consulting to dealerships over the years.That being said, the dealership has been great for service work, recalls needed on my 2016 Transit Connect (purchased in Montana, different dealer) and the recent purchase of a 2018 Escape on 8-16-2018.The sales transaction was handled courteously and professionally by Mike Alderete. Pricing was terrific and they even were able to beat my pre-approved preferred rate from Capital One. A lower payment is always nice. No pressure in the finance and insurance office either.Based on everything, sales, service and parts, its 5 stars across the board and a thank you for a great experience.

I went in for a recall on my 2014 Focus St. The check engine light was on and has been on for months. I had 2 error codes that I checked 15 minutes prior to the appointment before driving the 5 miles to get the recall fixed. After they were finished I was told it passed inspection and the software was updated. I asked about the engine light and was told it had to be on when I arrived. They pretty much called me a liar and reset the code. The issues with the car mainly happen when the fuel is below 3/4 but I got fuel the night before. I will have to drive in to make an appointment with low fuel while stalling, misfiring, and running rich potentially causing more damage so that they will fix the stuck purge valve. I had already paid to get the car looked at by Tierra Del Sol and they called Ford to confirm the part was covered under the recall.

BLUF: Save time, go to Tierra Del Sol instead.Edit* to include BLUF.Trying to get the wifes car serviced and get fixed before a PCS. Dropped it off at 0900 (its now 1630) and waiting all day before getting a call from Tiffany saying, they cant figure out what is wrong but were working on it.And we dont know if it will be finished today when I called a second time to ask some more questions about what, if anything had been done a short, curt reply of, well weve had two people working on it came back.Im no mechanic by any standard, but if two people have been working on something for several hours and cant find something wrong; when the cars display is coming up with Engine Coolant Low, and blue tooth isnt working. Id say some more training, or closer look should be given to processes and standards.Now if they were simply backed up and couldnt get to working on the car because of the volume of service/maintenance, practice some honesty or integrity and say that you couldnt work on it until later or just dont schedule people for appointments if there is a back log of work.

4/4/2018. I dont get it. First thing first.I originally wanted an oil change. But decided well ok may as well get the 2 recalls done on my 2016 f150. I left it all day. The two recalls were on seat belt and rods for the doors. Stupid me at least I feel this way now because my last truck I brought in they didnt put the door panel back on right on that one also not only did it give an irritating rubbing sound, the door lock lock didnt match up with the passenger side, they did it again on this truck. But its probably a coincidence but now the computer on the dash keeps going back to default trailer. I did really like this truck until I got it back today and still didnt get my oil change after having it all day. Now I have to bring it back and get oil change, get the computer fixed and have them fix the door back to the way it was before I brought it in. I actually have more issues than what I did. Darla was helpful but to have my vehicle all day and it coming back in no better condition I am very dissatisfied. I have a feeling they just dont care for my business any longer.

Tiffany in the service drive took great care of me and my parents Subaru, yes a Subaru, Tiffany and her technicians saved us from traveling to el Paso to the nearest Subaru dealer.
