Poor service, employee was unable to give a simple quote on a battery. 10 minutes later and he still didnt know if he even had the battery. Then about a month ago I went for a oil change only to be told that I need a appointment. That was on a Saturday with a empty parking lot. Ive been a customer for over 10 years. Ive seen alot of good people come and go but this ridiculous. You have to train people to us the computer and even after asking for help from his manager he still couldnt answer the question. Sorry Martin tire youve lost me as a customer. I need to have faith in the.people that work on t.y car.

Had a bit of a rush job a while back, no appointment, was in a pinch. These guys literally stopped what they were doing, took care of me and had two new tires on my trailer in 20 minutes.Couple years later, in another pinch. Replaced a valve on an ATV tire that would have ruined my weekend. Again, no appointment. Stopped what they were doing, took care of my wife and knocked it out in 10 minutes. Best of all... They wouldnt even accept money for it. Unbelievable customer service. Customer for life.

I got a flat tire, and called to see if I could buy a tire and have them put it on. They told me I could come right over and they’d take a look. They repaired my tire for me so quickly, and helped me put the spare away too. I am far from home and staying in my car, and when it came time to pay, they told me it was all set and to have a nice trip. What started off as a stressful day was completely turned around. I am so so appreciative of the help I got here. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Associates not friendly, very rude. When you purchase new tires, there is not a person to align them. Also, only 28 pounds of air was put in, should be 36.

Great service and fair price. Last year was my first visit when I had had new duals installed before I left Michigan, they were badly out of balance. Martin only charged $20+tax and to me that was too little for that much work. Later I came in and bought a new trailer tire and this year an oil change.

Hugo and Hillary are phenomenal at what they do I buy all my tires and rims here and I will continue to deal with them.

I want to say thank you to everyone at Martin tire. I was stressed out because I had a tire going flat on my travel trailer. My insurance company told me I did not have roadside assistance which was a mistake on their part. But I go into Martin tire and they take my tire off fix the hole and put it back on for me and did it gratis. It meant so much to me. I hope that everyone will consider using this great company. I had a 5 Hour Dr. to Texas and they were able to have me in and out in approximately 15 minutes. Thank you Conrad!

Went to Alamogordo shop for a set of new tires. Manager was honest enough to tell me he thought I could get 5-10k more miles depending on how I drive. Did get an oil change that I needed which was done promptly. Will definitely go back when necessary.

I bought a used ford truck. Needed a couple of routine maintenance items. I stopped in at Martin and scheduled the work. When I went in I mentioned an issue I had noticed with the truck. Jon introduced me to Jerry, mechanic, who had years of experience on ford trucks. He listened, then quickly diagnosed the problem. Rick and Jerry were very fair on the repair cost and most importantly the truck was fixed right the first time. I will be taking my truck back to Martin for any future maintenance!

Great service! Went in to get my tire patched. I let them know I purchased the tires from them, expecting a free patch. They couldnt patch where the hole was located and informed me that I still had an active warranty on the tires (which I didnt know). So, they just replaced the tire with a new one (exact match, in stock) for free! All I paid was to renew the warranty on the free tire, which was less than 30 bucks! Awesome!

Firestone destination tires are junk buyer beware.they are rated for 50,000 miles,I have 6,000 miles on them and they are chunking and the side walls are cracking.this is just with normal road use and accasinoal towing.save yourself the headache and save your money.

Sold me wrong size tire, did not match others on truck. unknown to me at the time. Next visit, failed to clean rims before mounting and balancing tires. Tires stem that were replaced didnt match. Employees are poorly trained and dont pay attention to details. Shop would not repair a hole in tire when it is a doable repair, but will gladly sell a new tire. One will have much better service at Wal Mart or local shop, north up the street, Dont go to Martin tire!Thanks for the response.

They are very Friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the visit before this one, the PERSON who installed the tire on rear right hand side. He didnt put the hub cap on properly. I was crossing the railroad tracks at a normal speed.the tracks are not rough at all. Just I exited the last set of tracks I heard the cap come off. In doing so it chipped of the points that kept the Hub Cap on.In all the years I have done business there, all the employees have been very careful installing my Caps. I feel that the young man doing this was not attentive enough to work as a Installer.

This place was great! I had a gas smell coming from my car. Within minutes they figured out the problem (turns out I had been over filling my gas tank). They told me what to do to get the smell to go away and they didn’t even charge me. They were super polite and friendly.

Rick, the manager, fixed the nail puncture in my tire even after we figured out that he wasnt responsible for my warranty. He refused to take payment and mentioned how upset I seemed on the phone when I called before showing up with my car. He didnt want to add to my problems. He and his tech were stand up guys who took great care of me when U really needed it. Thank you Rick Santhiago!

Very friendly and welcoming. However I asked if they have dexos and they said yes. So I did the oil change. A few weeks later I can hear ticking in my engine and initially thought it was cold. Then I checked my receipt and looked up the type of oil they used. It is not dexos.

Took great care of us on a moments notice. Fixed it right, for a reasonable price.

Called to get prices on tires and the individual that answered is obviously very lazy. Onlygave me a price on one brand of tire. I call the Las Cruces location and got outstanding service. Therefore I will be driving 60 miles to get 4 brand new tires and some excellent service. Dont hesitate to call Victor at the Las Cruces location for some good service!

Great people. I called the day of wanting tires and they had just what i was looking for and got me in to get them put on the same day. I also didnt spend nearly as muchas i would have at competitors in town and didnt have to cheap out on the brand i wanted.

Overcharges for tire replacement. Went here with wheel and old tire, and a new tire that I needed put onto my rim. The salesman told me that since I didnt buy it from him that Id have to pay two mount/dismount fees. That came out to $22.50. I promptly went to Walmart where they only charged me $5. Walmart also told me that theyre getting lots of tire customers who complain about Martins prices.
