Seriously the nicest people. I ordered a refrigerator in Sept 2020. It wasnt a typical fridge, so I couldnt just buy one off the floor. Because of covid and all the issues surrounding it, I didnt get my fridge until March 2021. Mark at EZ stayed in contact with me and offered alternatives. I wanted something specific, so I was willing to wait. They guys who delivered it were really nice as well.

Went to the big stores first, which was a mistake. They have to order appliances as they dont stock anything anymore, just have floor model displays. So I went over to the EZ TV & Appliance store and met some very attentive and professional people. They sold me the Whirlpool Range that I liked, and delivered it the same day, installed it, and even put the proper plug chord on it. Honest, and pleasant, and VERY competitive to the prices at the big stores. I highly recommend buying there, not just because they are local, but they have what you want for the right price!

They sold my mother a washing machine that didnt work correctly. She went to the store and told them but they refused to exchange the machine or refund her money. They said they could not do anything because she sent her warranty card in. I know that is not true. When you take advantage of retired widows on a fixed income is the lowest of the low!

Lovely experience, so tired of places saying wait two weeks while we order, they had a dryer on the floor that we wanted and we paid and loaded it up. Super friendly, highly recommend.

We got to our cabin in Cloudcroft and found that our refrigerator had burned up. I called EZ TV & Appliance, and they had the small sized unit that we needed to fit in a small space. And the best part was that they delivered it the same day. Everyone was so very friendly. I will be happy to buy from them again!

Very informative and well organized showroom & pleasant staff. They had many different models & options on site so you could see how they worked yourself. I went in just to look and was not planning to buy that day but I was so happy with what they offered me and the service I end up buying a bed.
