Very nice people work here. Get rid of the forced self checkout. When I plan to buy a full cart of groceries or other items I go elsewhere so I am not punished for spending more money. Under 10 items is great for self checkout IMO.

Went to see if the IBC bank was open... Strike one...One of the clerks directed me to the check out counter. Strike two.... than they send me to the bill pay and money gram department, Bingo problems solved. I was so surprised how easy and how the Walmart staff helped me cash my check..... Walmart is the perfect place to shop.I t has anything and everything you can think of. If you need anything for your kitchen they have it, if you need anything for your bedroom they have it. I Love walmart its my favorite place to shop.

This is a great store but I only have one little problem and hope it gets resolved as soon as possible. I was watching a video from New Mexico that they have car porches on the parking lots. Why dont we have any down here? I mean come on. With all the money this owner is making Im sure he can make this possible.

After placing an order online, I received an email saying it was canceled at my request. I contacted a representative and they said product was out if stock from third party. Why having products for sale online if there are out of stock? Should it say out of stock under availability? Bad experience for me as a buyer.

Varied selection of worthy of your consideration consumer goods, for the locale. A very decent home repair section, too. Some really excellent associates work there (Felix, Hector, Edgar, Adolfo, to name a few).I conside them my go-to guys.I think my only complaint, is the dented, beat up shopping carts (you know, the ones with the wobbly wheels?). Break down and buy some new carts, or start handing out truss belts for hernia prevention, one or the other.

Came here to pick up some Gatorade products and found them all. I especially came to this Walmart for help on repairing my glasses. Nadia from optical helped me out. She was great with the customers even though some of them were being jerk, she held her ground.. Shout out to her. Great job

At the Auto Center to buy tires at 850am.1 vehicle ahead of meAfter waiting 1 hour 45minutes my vehicle hasnt been touched.The employees there I dealt with were very friendly the issue at hand was the time it was taking.Finally the vehicle that was before me moved, then the 1 employee working the tire lane disappeared, guessing took a break, I get it I was already tired and hot just standing there, no place to sit thanks to pandemic, but I am not on the clock.Thinking they start my car in the next 15minutes and it took an hour and 45minutes for the car before me, no thanks, that would have been right at 4 hours.Very frustrating, cause it didnt solve anything still need tires

Walmart off Salinas in my opinion is best Walmart in this area , when you enter the doors of Walmart your greeted with a smiling employee welcoming you to the store, the floors are always clean and produce aisle is always fresh with produce , Sam Walton would be proud of this store management and well stocked shelves .

This place seems to be slacking more and more everytime I go 😏 I dont know if they are short staffed or just lazy but their shelves are never stocked like they used to and their websites shows items are in stock and they never are. I used to love this place but as of lately I have had to go to further Walmarts because they never have what I need.

Need more host at checkouts, store should also restrict the amount of customer in the checkout areas, can get crowded. Associates allow full shopping carts in the 20 item or less area making it inconvenient for those with one item, trying to be in and out. Pick up associates take a while to be found. Should be a seamless process, but at times for even a small item, it can take up to 30mins of waiting if the item is only retrievable by an associate.

The manager here, I cant recall her name, it started with an H, went on a power trip when we went by on 4/7 around 5:30 pm. We choose not to wear face coverings and although we have gone to Walmart without them without being harassed it wasnt the case here. She was condescending, arrogant, and rude. She wasnt interested in questions and when we mentioned we have been to Walmart without coverings She said we were lying. We called corporate and were told it WAS NOT to be enforced if people chose not to. NOT REQUIRED yet some Walmarts leave the the banner stating the requirement. We were assured it was not required nation wide by corporate like whats her name said. Just like the female manager at the donna location this one also thinks she sits on a throne. I also been in Walmarts in Oklahoma and Missouri and there is no national wide mask mandate at walmart.

Never enough workers. Always has a weird smell. When asking where something is they always say not my department no one know where anything is.

Basically the people the staff were very helpful they helped me locate the necessary items that I needed and we left the store very happy with the service we had gotten.

I used to like coming to this Walmart when growing up. But not so much now they are very rude. You will find what you need but the cashiers even workers are very rude. Especially if you ask for help they will keep on walking telling you no sorry. They dont have many cashiers open usually theres only 1 open and both self check out open. Line gets pretty big
