Whether you returned or kept my stuff is beside the point, you told me to pick up my order. Your lack of communication and your negligence for letting the customer know that you no longer have it. Once again, do not use this place.

This is now my second time here, and this time around I decided to write a review. I took my phone here to get my screen (note 10+) repaired (finally),after calling for quotes everywhere else near where I live. I called to get info here since I have been here before (husbands note 10+ screen) and was surprised to find it was the cheapest price. Came, paid for my screen, was advised that all he had found was a black edged screen (I have the aurora silver edge) I was a bit bothered by the fact that my phone was going to be not as its supposed to but I needed my phone fixed, was getting in the way of teachers being able to reach me and curbside orders. But as i was leaving he told me he would keep looking to see if he can find my silver edge screen, and i jokingly said well if you find it, dont call me, I want to be surprised. The next day ( yup, got the screen delivered next day) I went so that he can install it, took just about an hr as he said, and when i opened my eyes 👀 to my surprise I got my silver screen! Thank You Sir! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY PHONE AGAIN! not only have you fixed a broken screen but gave assurance i can read and text back, i can order my curbside without things being taken out or added by my tripped out screen, you gave me peace, and most of all, I can now take and look at pictures of my children on my beautiful all silver phone. GRACIAS, GREAT JOB! 👍🏻 This is our new place and will be recommending!

No communication. Had some Wish items sent there. I was never able to pick up my order. They were always closed and kept my stuff. Find another place.

Didnt use ot for what they offer but it os quite convenient for those of us who pove to order off WISH and deliver at half the shipping costs.

I have T-Mobile, with a note 10 plus, 1st time I broke the screen, came here, got it repaired for a lower price than every place Ive went to. Phone came back with a screen protector and everything, looked and felt brand new.2nd time I over used my phone while it was on the charger. Using it on Zoom, while playing games, while watching YouTube, with a bunch of apps running in the background. Note to self, only do that off the charger. I brought it back to this place and the guy worked with me, and guess what, T-Mobile didnt do anything for me. The guy was thinking he wasnt going to be able to fix it after fixing everything he could, T-mobile was like, go to Samsung, we can upgrade you buy having you buy another phone but we cant fix it for you, Samsung was like, we dont have that phone anymore, I had faith that the guy was going to be able to fix mine because Im not one to buy phones all the time. This guy went to the guts of the phone, and found the problem, I couldnt believe it.Best price, very friendly, and he can fix anything on your phone, literally.

Took me a while to get my iphone back but I did end up getting it in good condition.The only problem I have with the company is that I believe they used a cheap screen on my phone and was not fully able to complete the fixes on my phone. Overall the prices are affordable and good service.

They are rarely open its a place to pick up deliveries from wish and they are never there.
