Today I came in to print a book that I had email to me, and for some reason I could not get it to send to the printer. The manager however solve my problem and I was able to use the computer and get the book printed out and because I had spent so much time attempting to get it to work through normal means the manager comped the copies. This was really cool and I really appreciate it!

If I could leave a zero I would, this location is horrible. The workers are rude especially Yolanda; she’s mean, rude and bossy. She’s no help at all, she looks at you send someone else to help you. She’s not friendly and I don’t how she became a manger. I was there today and a wonder lady name Charlene helped me with all of my needs; she was very friendly and patient. She mad my day with customer services skills. This location needs help or yet better a new manger that cares about the work environment and their workers. Please do better fedex, because Emeryville location is way better

The first time I placed an order at this location, it was delivered to SF when I specifically requested in the directions online that I would come pick up in Alameda. The second time I ordered from this location, I received several phone calls bc they could not find my account number even though all that info was listed in the directions online. I then had requested that it be delivered to my home. I placed the order on Friday and it has not been delivered yet. It’s now Monday. I cancelled my plans for this evening to bc I was told it would for sure be delivered before 5. I called the location and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. Really?

I want to give it 1. But the shipping department is great every time I use it. Shipping 5/5But I just wanted two full color prints, and for them to be laminated. The lady behind the counter said no. I have to jump through all these hoops. Email some email, then get a retrieval code, then go back in and then they can print it. UPS, Copy plus, and even other FedEx offices just let me walk in and print stuff. Doesnt make any sense to me. I wish I got her name, she was Caucasian, black eyeliner, dark hair with blonde highlights. Hopefully someone sees this.Update: I asked some neighbors and did a little bit if research. Apparently thats just how it is now. You cant just go on and get something printed. You have to go online or email this account to get a code, then walk in and type in the code then they get the order to print out and laminate what I need. They just lost me for life. I normally do a lot of shipping here. But not anymore.

Y. one of the managers has been very helpful over the years both for shipping and helping me when a machine is not cooperating. I have been going there for a decade and I have never encountered a rude Fed Ex Office employee despite the high volume.

Its a location with parking and beside a pharmacy. It charged $70 for a 3 page document to be sent to Philippines. And the woman in charge explained the costs and asked me again if I still want to move forward with the transaction, she was very considerate...

No kidding, this was the best FedEx experience I have ever had.Just minutes before closing Sam greeted me most kindly and was very helpful. He walked me through what I was saying I needed and even explained a way to save money. Super upbeat personality and awesome customer service skills! Cai (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was fabulous as well. She ALSO showed me a way to save money and got my request done quickly and neatly. I am very impressed. They make a great team. Thank you!!

I had 5 very large boxes and 2 medium boxes to send to Colorado and checked with PO, UPS, and FedEx for shipment rates. FedEx was the most economical so I settled on FedEx and I was truly surprised that what I thought would be $300 to ship was only$210. The male employee RJ was efficient and personable and it was such a great experience.Also, I had to delay the delivery for a couple of days and that was taken care of and the boxes were delivered today to Colorada as promised.No problems, just perfect service.I, since that experience, have taken a couple of more packages there and discovered that the rates are less and the delivery is much quicker than the Post Off delivery. I took a box over today going to Ojai, CA from Alameda and it will be there in two days. The Post Office cant deliver that quickly! Also, the tracking is so easy!

The Fedex store in Alameda near Webster Street on 5/20/20. The customer service are really BAD!!! One of the guy works that day he took me. He has some bad attitude, He didnt really want my business at ALL, So I want to UPS in Alameda and they took care me really good!!!! In and out just 6 minutes!! And that the way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!! GO UPS👍!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously nice people here. They say Good morning when you walk in. They help with printing and laminating. Theyre always cheerful. Typically five people during normal business hours, though two of the five are doing back counter work. If something takes a long time, blame Fedex for the arduous forms needed to do anything, but dont blame these guys, they work hard.

Dude. I can not begin to explain my dislike of FedEx Offices. They charge you an insane of money for doing some really simple stuff. Upcharge must be like 200%. I would say get a printer, but theres a whole other scam market consisting of over-priced devices which, in my humble opinion, are still terrible when it comes to doing their job.Most of the tech in this FedEx was outdated and not kept up. For instance, I thought I was going to be a victim of identity theft after trying to insert my card into a Sony machine with a loose slot for the card reader.When you go to these places you want someone technical (if you dare/must ask for assistance). I feel that there is typically one guy in there who understands everything and all the other workers rely shamelessly on him. This has just been my experience.Advice: FedEx, hire good talent and pay for it. Stop overcharging for services. If you can manage a way to do that, I believe you can turn around the feel of these places.

Worst customer service ever! These heffas dont move a muscle to help anyone or anything. They dont do spit but wait for you to check them about how rude they are or wait for you to become increasingly inpatient and start barking off. I would rather drive miles to Texas for a Fed Ex over this dam place. Hire me, Ill show you lazy fed ex excuses how its done.

The service sucked and the manager wouldnt refund the money that was supposed to be in my card for self service. The computer printers were down and even the computer took half my money as if i was on it for 20 minutes and I just logged on. Explained my situation to Boom as the staff claims they call that manager, and she didnt care. Staff was supposed to do refund of $11 and didnt do it and she made me lose out on that money. I just wanted to get my work done and go on with my day but they just delayed it more than it should have. I would not recommend anyone going here. I will drive to a farther FedEx than go back to this one. They have no idea about customer service.

I can put up with the constant long waits, and understand theyre understaffed and busy.What I cant put up is being lied to my face.Long story short: they accidentally returned a package that was there waiting for me; when I dropped by to pick it up, they basically got rid of me by lying to my face: they told me to call the 1800FedEx number and the package would be redelivered to me.That doesnt sound too bad, huh? So I left and called the number when I got home. Basically the FedEx person on the phone told me very clearly I had been lied to since that was never a possibility; once a package is sent back to the sender theres nothing that can be done about it.Again -- I can forgive a lot of things. But being lied to in order to get rid of me... nope.

They lost my package I had shipped there, I received a phone call saying it was there, really perplexing how they could loose it that easily in just a few hours. They frustratingly searched slowly and were very unhelpful. Worst customer service ever all 3 employees were completely aweful and were extremely slow. Fire everyone I swear. Even the manager.

I go in there quite often the people are always courteous and sometimes they do get a bit busy but thats because they have customers. I believe they have free Wi-Fi a moderately clean restroom and all the machines you could dream of. There is free workspace and in a cute little shopping center where there is a Starbucks and a Levys bagel place not far from a Walgreens. They greet everyone who comes in the door and generally their service is extremely courteous. They act like they appreciate your business which I assume they do. No job is too small or too large for them. Sometimes they do seem to get a little bit busy talking to each other but most of the time theyre right on top of what needs to be done
