I am so grateful for Debra. Not only does she do a beautiful job and has excellent craftsmanship, but she was the only person in the whole bay that I could find that agreed to work with me. I make one of a kind pieces on unique materials like fur and lace so it was extremely difficult to find anyone who’d take that on, not to mention most embroidery/print shops have minimums. I can’t even express my gratitude for Debras willingness to put up with my crazy orders. She’s a secret gem and we’re so lucky to have her in the east bay.

Absolutely and unequivocally a great place to take your business!I am a small business / manufacturer that has a pretty wide variety of print / label needs and sometimes its hard to have a small run done at all and another thing to have it done quickly, but Debra who is the owner has no problem with small runs and is usually very quick!I have never actually worked with a print and sewing shop as quick and nimble as this before and all of the pricing has been completely reasonable, the advice has been very good and the quality top notch.

Very poor customer service. Poor communication. Does not return phone calls or text, or emails. Don’t waste your time!
