Just wanted to share my brief experience. I went in interested in finding a 150-200cc Italian looking scooter in Pink. When I went in the lady on the floor said helloand was busy helping someone else. I didnt see anything pink on the floor so I went back to my car. A gentlemen was so kind and approached me after I got in my car to make sure I was helped. That sort of service is hard to find these days and really made me feel welcome. They didnt have what I was looking for but Ill be back to check in and see what they have in stock at a later date. Great experience 👍

Terrible customer service! Owner places customer last, with his intentions on what he needs done. In addition threatened me that he could refuse service! Lol…. That’s a definite signal when that’s all you can come with. FYI: You don’t own the only ATV shop in the Bay! Definitely LOST A CUSTOMER! Never again!

Price is almost twice as much as advertised! Looking to buy small ATV’s for 7 year old twins, website shows $699 each but when I called I was told they’ll be $1200 and $1332 for the pink! Guess our twins will have to wait!

Didnt like the fact that we were there for a while and we we ignored for a while. We understand he was with a customer. I felt he could of said hello, I will be with you soon. We kinda was in his face when he finally said something. I dont want to give my money to this guy.

Not as much inventory as their craigslist ads make it seem. Didn’t have the color I wanted and didn’t offer to order it either. Nice enough guy but definitely didn’t try to win my business. I went over to Mr. Scooter in SF and was met with great customer service, no nonsense explanations, and a wide variety of quality scoots. Bought my first one from Mr. Scooter!

When you ready to buy everything is good always there when I came in before I brought the scooter brought the scooter right off the top manual on the scooter forgot to give me my tool kit my first ride scooter stop and could not get it started tried to contact someone at the store no answer try to contact someone the next day 12/28/20 no answer on the 510# and the 800# did not get any call back

My daughter Bought back in June a 2019 scooter. Still have never received pink slip or registration. 2 weeks after getting it the battery stopped working. Call weekly to find out where paperwork is and still no word. Now my daughter is stuck with the scooter that she cannot even ride without having registration and it expired already. Never ever again. Scammers

Bought my moped here and they had it delivered to San Francisco! Very friendly and the best prices! Explained everything I needed to know before buying my first time moped!

Once again these folks came to the rescue!My scooter had a flat and with their help I was back out on the road again in no time. Also got my dad’s scooter brakes fixed too, same day. They even fixed a screechy brake problem that I had thought unfixable. Fast, quality service that doesn’t break the bank! Awesome customer service as usual too. I’ll never take my scooters anywhere else!👍🏽😁👍🏽

Mo the company owner is super nice. He has a hard time with English, but tries so hard to help you. His staff all jump in and helps as well. Tiny shop, but they pack allot in.... and really care. They have a really big selection of the Amigo Scooter Line. These are the nicest Chinese scooters I have ever seen. These look every bit as nice, or actually nicer than Vespa and the other high end Italian stuff. I send all of my friends to this place!!

The service is a scam. Basically Chinese mopeds are terrible, you will find screws just fall out, carburetors just stop working, etc, etc.In our case, the bolt holding the drive train came loose and nearly caused a fatal head-on crash.The other scam is they CLAIM to not have a delivery or pickup service for broken mopeds, yet the individual employees are happy to do it for $50 in cash. This is nonsense.Also, forget about getting any warranty honored. They nickel and dime everything - forget any customer service.Inexpensive is not always inexpensive, we have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on repairs and we have less 1000 miles on the moped over just 7 months!Buyer beware.

They always treat me very well. Keep my scooter running well, are fair price wise, and very accommodating to my time schedule.

I literally never leave reviews - but the process of buying my bike here was honestly painless. The staff took really good care of my husband and I. I would recommend going here if you want a nice scooter that isnt unreasonably priced.

If you value your time and money, spend the extra couple hundred dollars to get a more reliable scooter. These scooters are literaly junk.
