The technician arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and handled the repair quickly. Was very patient with questions and friendly. The pricing was clear and very reasonable. I called three companies and decided on Turn Key Heating and Air and am so glad I did. They have a customer for life because it is clear they understand customer service is important.

Called Turn Key Friday night, the tech Nathan was at our house prior to 8am. Most efficient call ever! Nathan asked a few questions, knew exactly that it was the blower in the upstairs unit that wasnt working. Went to the parts store and came back and finished installing before 4 pm. Spent maybe an hour in our house total but was amazing!!! Fixed the problem, was amazing and would completely recommend everytime!

My very first experience with this company was during the death of my brother two years ago, my unit stopped cooling at the worst time when people were visiting daily, they couldn’t find the problem at first, but stopped by during that week to make sure my home was cool for my guests, until the problem could be found and repaired. Jared and Frances were both awesome. Frances was welcoming over the phone and followed up as she said she would. When Jared arrived to our house, he was efficient, friendly, and welcoming. He had previously been to our home for a reinspect and was called back to check the upstairs unit. Well, the unit wasnt working because the switch was off and neither my finance nor I knew this. Jared showed patience and humility when describing the simple issue to us. He even voluntarily checked the pressure on both of our units during his visit. We have found ourselves a permanent heating and air establishment.

Got a quote today for an AC replacement for my house. The guy that showed up was very polite but was very unprepared in my opinion. He showed up with no paperwork. He did nothing to try and sell me on anything he had to offer from his basic to his fancier equipment. The quotes I got for various brands/efficiency ratings seemed like guesses.

I just bought a home after last Christmas, so this summer is my first in my house and the very first time using the AC, it didnt work. My home warranty company called Turnkey Heating and Air, and a guy named Chris came out the day after my request was put in. I have a son who is a heart baby with Trisomy 21, and he has a fragile immune system and he cant get really hot, or be anywhere with the temperate being to warm for him. Chris was able to fix the issue the same day he came out, and advised the AC had to much coolant. He leveled it out for me and we got a new filter, and cool air was immediate!A day after the issue was resolved, a leak appeared in my garage and and I had to make another call. Logan came out this time and had to replace my condenser box. Issue fixed!! Both of these guys were great!! They were friendly, informative, and took great care of the issues for me in less than an hour when they were at the house. If you are looking for great, timely service, be sure to give TurnKey Heating and Air a call. Chris and Logan, you guys are awesome. Turn Key was on time and very efficient with their time while on site. Even went out of their way to provide maintenance tips that no other HVAC Company has ever done (probably dealt with 4 or 5 in multiple states). They will definitely be doing all of our HVAC work from now on!

This company installed my new unit. Within the first year the blower motor went out. I was told for weeks that the part was on order and hand not arrived. After 3 weeks of non calls I decided to call another company. I was told that part was very common and always in stock at the same location these clowns lied to me about. I wouldn’t trust them to install a new light bulb in my home.

I love these guys and have used them for years! I have several rental properties and find Turn Key super quick and reasonable.

Our A/C went out on Wednesday afternoon. I waited for my father-in-law to try to help me with finding a compressor/condenser and installing it for me. Thursday evening I spoke to Mr. Billy. I called Mrs. Frances Friday morning and by 3:00 pm Saturday I had a complete inside/outside Trane heat pump system installed and working. The tech even stayed for a while to make certain everything was working properly.We werent expecting this expense and didnt have enough money to make this all happen. No problem!, says Mr. Billy. He told me about a financing option through Alabama Power. Mrs. Frances got it all taken care of and now we have cold reliable air in the summer and look forward to having hot and more affordable heat this winter.Thank you so much Mr. Billy and Turn Key for a Chick-Fil-A experience with what began as a dreadful situation facing 90 degree temps with no A/C and no way to afford it on our own. I cant imagine letting these men in my house after the way they acted so disrespectful on the interstate today. One of their service vans was camped in the left lane, doing 10mph under the speed limit, blocking traffic for miles. When I motioned for them to move over so we could pass, both occupants of the vehicle smiled and waved. They did this repeatedly, but refused to move. Simply taunting me and those behind me. After I was able to pass them by switching lanes several times, they proceeded to speed up and slow down, pull up next to me and both smile and wave. Again, just being as disrespectful as possible, all while still refusing to move from the passing lane. I called their office and received no answer during posted business hours. People who are disrespectful enough to hold up a quarter million people and then taunt them while doing it, will be coming nowhere NEAR my home. Absolutely atrocious the way Birmingham was just treated. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!! COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. Ill continue to spread the word about this company until Im notified of these two employees receiving disciplinary action. If they do not, then obviously this company condones disrespect and gives us even more reason to never patronize them. If and when Im notified and shown proof of such discipline, Ill update this review with the companys statement and APOLOGY.

Would leave ZERO stars if that was an option. They decided without telling us that they would wait until the SPRING to order a new part for our Air Conditioning.... I guess because it is currently Fall? Fall in Alabama that is 90+ degrees. I have 4 kids and have been a week without a/c because I believed they had ordered our part and we were getting it fixed this week. Now, I have to start all over with another company because I wont be giving this one a dime of my money. There are too many other options in Alabaster to deal with SUB-PAR customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
