Whenever I have an event or am just wanting new clothes I almost always come here. The service is always amazing and I always find what I need. I’ve also noticed when I’m picking out my clothes for the day I normally choose something I bought from here, and that all my favorite tips are from here. Something that I also love is that this boutique carries a bigger range of sizes than most other boutiques.

As if thats not enough, the store also has a great assortment of gift items. The owner, Jennifer, really goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and to assist in finding the perfect outfit and accessories. I absolutely love The Sassy Shopper Boutique! It is one of my favorites in Alabaster! Every time I go in there, the owner offers to help me find what I am looking for. She helped me find the perfect outfit for my engagement pictures and a bridal shower. Her customer service is outstanding! If you havent been, you need to!!!

I visited this boutique with my daughter in search of her birthday outfit. Lets just say we will not be going back... we were not greeted when we walked in nor were we asked if we needed any help. Customer service at its worst! The attendant ignored us and carried on her conversation with a friend as if we were invisible. Boutiques are a dime a dozen. Im sure well find one with better service.
