I like Rack Room Shoes store. Especially when they have good deals on shoes like buy 2 pair of shoes get 1 pair for free or 50 % off. I bought a lot of my comfy shoes in this store. They have brand shoes like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Timberland and others.

A few days ago, I wasnt pleased w/ this company or its employees! However, today I feel completely different. Courtney ODell the District Manager, home store Alabaster, couldnt be more amazing!! Her customer service is absolutely stellar!!! She called ME to check in and hear from ME what was going on. She listened as I explained the personal reasons I was so unhappy w/ my treatment and my order. She acted quickly to fix the problem and do whatever she could to ensure I received my order today. Thank You Courtney Odell..... youre amazing at your job and youre an amazing human being! Thank you so much for all you did today.... and Rack Room Shoes will forever have my business... and trust me, I love shoes!!!!

Good service. Better selection than Ive seen in awhile. Sadly the shoes I purchased rubbed horribly on my Achilles, which is something you cant determine without wearing the shoes longer than trying them on in the store.

The customer service is great. The offered to find shoes online and have them shipped to me. Great prices.

Love Rack Room, home of BOGO. Per the website, this was the only store within 50 miles that had my size. I had to drive all the way to Alabaster but they did have the shoe, and the employees were awesome. I think I was asked 3 times by all 3 people if I needed anything. The store was clean and stocked well. Ill definitely shop at this location again.

Good selection of shoes at good prices with good sales often posted. The young lady serving as the cashier was superb with friendly smile, genuine conversation, and true Southern manners.

Easy, convenient location in the strip mall. Cant easily be seen from the main highway but there are signs. The store employees were all very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager was very helpful with my return. The store was stocked well and the proces are very competitive. They were having a bogo sale which was great to get a pair of boots free! I highly recommend shopping here.

Fair selection, but horrible customer service. I stood in line patiently for 7 minutes while two staff members assisted the customer in front of me with a special order. A customer came in after me with a return, and another staff member (50+ year old Caucasian female, barely 5 ft tall, short hair) assisted them. When finished she then insisted on helping the customer in line behind me even though I had been standing in line more than 10 minutes at this point. The cashier helping the customer in front of me told her I should be helped next, but little older lady insisted on helping the people behind me. All the while I was offered no apology or assurance that anyone would assist me anytime soon. The shoes I was buying were overpriced there anyway. I left and went to JCPenney and got the same shoes for $15 cheaper. I wont be shopping at Rack Room again.
