Friendly and efficient staff. Gave me options for getting the package there timely. She recommended the less expensive option and said it was most likely to get it there next day. This even though I thought I would have to pay more based on experience with other shipping companies as of late. She was right, half the price I was prepared to pay, and it was there by end of day next day. Keep up the good work, FedEx!

They have to be the slowest parcel company out there. Took 3 weeks to get a package from Utah to ohio. But even better it took 4 days to get a package 2 hours away. I could have walked it faster. Its unbelievable how slow they are.

Today, my senior mother waited at home all day for a delivery which was to arrive today by 8:00 pm. You read that right. That was the time frame given because a signature was required. Sometime by 8:00 pm.She stayed home all day, and finally heard a knock at the door at 4:49 pm. She promptly hung up the phone and answered the door, but nobody was there. From the time of the knock to her walk 25 feet to the door, how much time could have elapsed, do you think? No, shes not disabled or on oxygen. Was she mistaken?11 minutes later, I received a text indicating that a delivery attempt was made, but that nobody was home and that another attempt would be made again tomorrow. This time, it would be by 4:30 pm. How considerate.I attempted to contact someone at FedEx to explain and get the driver back to her house, but guess what? Well, after several calls to Mumbai, this was as close as I could get. Apparently, Tom Hanks isnt in charge there anymore.

Went to the shipping center and in the middle of transaction the power went out and their systems went down. Asked for a number to call, so i could check later to see if the computers would be back up, and was told that they could not give out the number. 20 minute drive there and 20 minutes back. I then called the 1-800 number two hours later to see if they had there computers at that location working. I was told that I could just drive there and see, if it was working. I asked them to give me a number and or call them, and they stated that they would not. The customer service from this company is Horrible. Such an easy task only, today UPS earned $134 of my dollars to ship two packages.

This is not a full service store. Thats why only 4 stars. But they had a computer box and helped me get it ready to ship. They have assorted shipping boxes and envelopes. Small store with limited service.

I got my package in fine condition, but the service was lacking. 3 stars here because service quality matters. I walked in. There were 4 employees behind the main counter. Two of them looked at me. However, I stood at the counter at least 2 more minutes before anyone even greeted me.

I went yesterday to attempt and return an AT&T router. When I pulled up, there were 2 men on motorcycles parked in the Handicap spot talking to 2 employees. No masks on, just chatting and laughing. I walk passed the employees to get to the door and walk in. I stand inside the building for almost 5 minutes waiting for the employees to come inside and help me. I know they say we walk in, they just felt their social lives were more important than serving a customer. So, once they come inside I tell them I am trying to return this router. I was interrupting by the one employee who spoke very very very fast basically telling me that I couldn’t return it there and I had to go the the other FedEx store. And that they were closed so I will have to go tomorrow. She couldn’t have got me out the door faster. I don’t even care that I couldn’t return the item there. It was how I was ignored, and then didn’t even get an apology for their lack of service. I then got a very rude response and basically kicked me out. They weren’t closing for an hour and half. So it wasn’t that I came at the end of the day. It was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I worked in this industry for many years and often times you have to stop what you are doing to help someone not IGNORE them and then be rude. I am appalled. Get your employees on track.

I don’t appreciate them telling me that package would come today but now they changing the date of my delivery date. I will never use there business ever again. Do better with that fedex. I want my package soon. It shouldn’t take several weeks to get one thing delivered. I got my Best Buy item today just like I was supposed to get my package from fedex but no.

No one knows what theyre doing you get sent in circles just to get a package shipped back there is no way its that hard to help a person get something shipped back too you with your family who card was used who was with you at the time sent back you cant just check and change then verify that you seen the cardholder and send you about a good day even pizza hut can change youre info faster in there computers with youre card info in it faster then fedex can do there job if I get my package back I might change this but like yall say I cant doing anything form here.....

I went to pick up a package and literally had to fight with the rude and unproffessional blonde bimbo working there to get my package. I have never had any issues until now, and this was a HUGE issue. If I had any other choice of a different hub that wasnt hours away from me Id go there. I should have never been treated the way I was. I 100000% do not reccomend these rude disgusting associates.I did call and report everything to corporate, I also am considering (if this happens again) reporting to the police and filing harassment charges.

Nice experience. Representatives are very helpful and supportive. They guide with all the information you want and were very patient and answers all the questions you have. Prices are also cheap when compared to ups. Overall very good courier service. Their ivr also very helpful. The only problem is you never know which FedEx to go for shipment on the first go. It takes some time to figure that out.

Professional staff, had a package I missed delivery of earlier that day. Driver left a note stating I could pick up here after 530pm. I arrived at 6pm handed the representative behind the desk my drivers note, and left with my package within minutes. Excellent logistic management here..

The store is smaller than the other stores. The cashier was slow and no one came out to help with the lines being long as people were on their lunch break. This is unacceptable when people are in a rush with limited time. I asked for express saver usually cost me less than $9 to send local; she said $13 and some change. I had to say I only pay $8 and some change then suddenly she could knew what I wanted.

Couldnt ship,2 ways. Have to give a c.f.# and then have the receiver ship back using your cc. So you have to put out there a cc# to someone you dont know. Big risk . they need to find a better safer way.

Like any company like this, you might have to jump through a hoop it two before you actually get to talk to the dispatcher at this location, but once I did get through they really took care of me, and it really only took about 5 minutes to get transferred to the right person.This dispatcher and the driver went out of their way to make sure I got a package I needed right before a major winter storm hit. Then I even received a confirmation call to check up on the situation. I am very satisfied with the outcome. This took place on January 12, 2018.

I find it insulting that I came to pick up my spectrum cell phone & I had a spectrum bill in my hand alone with my identification yet the lady up front refused the bill because people commit fraud with spectrum cell phones as if the bill didnt have the same address as the location of the delivery & insisted on a business card like that couldnt be created....I suppose if I was WHITE the bill would have been OK...

Poor experience. The problems were more related to the app and website but still waiting with no suggestions was not a good experience. I finally decided to just pay for the shipment with credit card as normal drop off rather than using my FedEx Account. Hopefully I dont get billed for the 3 additional shipments I created while trying to get the label to their location.
