If I could give zero stars i would. Gave the guy a base guitar to put on the shelf for me to sell. Was told that when someone was interested in the guitar I would get a call with what the offer was. Never recieved a call for a few months so I became concerned. I went in the store to get my guitar back and the guy told me he sold it for 10 dollars without ever calling me. Told me there is nothing he can do because hus records show any offer as the price. Absolutely disgusted with this mans form of business. Will never recommend to anyone for anything.

I went in to sell a guitar that had been left from an ex. It turned out that it wasnt worth anything really but the owner mentioned that they had lessons and showed me some decent student guitars that I could make payments on. It wasnt alot to get started and had been easier than I thought it would be to learn these basic chords. Id recommend trying it out even if youre old.

Absolutely one of the more knowledgeable and encouraging locations i have visited in Akron. The main owner-operator, was and continues to be a very helpful and insightful guitar guru. He does not just try and sell you a guitar, he starts with what you know, what you want to achieve and how to get you there in the long run. Not just trying to make a buck, he honestly wants to see you succeed. His stock is of decent quality and evaluated by his team of teachers before hitting the showroom floor.His 2 teachers that I have come in contact and taken lessons from include a gentleman that is skilled in the classical sense and a gentleman that has recorded and made his bones since the 80s. Both of them are patient with total beginners and children students alike. With a price tag of 10 dollars a lesson for a half hour. Value is a understatement.Additionally, Replays lay-away plan is the best I have ever seen. 10 percent down and small payments due every 2 weeks. No interest or storage fees. I have bought a guitar and currently have 2 that are almost paid for in less than 2 months

Tom is a nice guy, has just about everything you need. If he doesnt, Im sure he can probably get it for you. Very reasonable. No pressure.

Ive been a loyal customer for about 20 years. I have referred people to visit this store and always get positive feedback from them. I have purchased guitars, amps and drums. I have been playing drums for about 2 years they have a great selection of drums to choose from. The selection is top notch and everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for music equipment etc.

I have been coming here regularly for about a year and couldnt be happier with my experience. The owner always provides quality equipment at a fair price. I have purchased several pieces of gear from him including a bass guitar and amp. I recommend replay for equipment as well as lessons to anyone and everyone. I went into this store to buy a digital piano. The person attending me told me their cheapest model was a used RadioShack lk-1261 for $130. At the time I thought this was a fair price. After I bought the piano I looked up the model online. To my dismay, the brand new model of the piano I had was $75 from Amazon, again brand new, and I had bought mine used. I feel completely cheated out of my money and I will not be returning to this store.

Fantastic little music shop with a great selection of high-end musical gear and accessories. Staff is quite nice, but miiiiight just try and upsell you on something you dont need, such as a new interface for your microphone, when all you need is a power supply.

Im sure they guy knows guitars well enough but for a drummer this guy is useless. He just pushes crap on you. Buy some sticks? Maybe you need this sick new pedal or immediately looking for cymbals? . On top of the guy who works here being a pushy, TERRIBLE , salesman , he is completely ignorant when it comes to anything but the guitar , then he just touts his opinion toward the most expensive stuff in the store.DRUMMERS BEWARE.
