Absolutely great customer service and the man himself is the exact mechanic I’ve been looking for all my life! I typically do all my own work on my Ducati and my Harley because there aren’t many people I can trust or dealerships just charge you so much it’s unbelievable. I Finally found somebody who treats all my bikes as if they were his own! Correct address but located on the back side of the building. That took me a minute to find.Great service and good price. This is the master tech from, now closed, Northern Ohio Ducati dealer and was MORE than happy to answer my dozen questions while updating and putting new tires on my Multistrada. I will definitely be back when I dont want to tackle the job myself.
