Kim is a master at this stuff. The thing I appreciate is she never tries to sell you stuff just to sell it. You get what you need when you need it, she is honest with you about what needs to be done. If you want fluff go somewhere else. I prefer the straight shooter approach

Ive been a pool owner for 15 years and this year is the 1st time Ive had a problem with my opening water. Kim and Matt were so helpful as I thought I had a problem with my lines since I wasnt getting any suction. They recommended the filter cleaner and put on a maintenance and already seeing a difference. Thank you for all your knowledge and will be our new pool home.

Owner is very nasty nasty mean disgusting individual! I had My wife go get out pool water tested and buy chemicals we need to get it balanced for spring and she yelled at her and made her cry ( told her she should just rip up her order and take her out of system because she don’t know what she’s doing ) Buy your chemicals from classic pools or Amazon! you’ll thank your self . This establishment should close its doors .shame on you learn how to run a business bum .

I just had an amazing experience! I was having hot tub issues and I reached out to see if I could get some advice on how to fix it. The staff at job rite were amazing by helping me diagnosing the problem and giving me a plan of action to fix it myself. They sold me the part, gave me great advice, and took my follow up call when I had question. They went well beyond the call of duty and we are now enjoying our hot tub again. They were so incredibly helpful in assisting me find exactly what I needed to fix my pool water situation! They put you in the system so they know for the future what type of pool you have and what you may need when you come back. When the price was a little high, she went through and helped me find cheaper options! I walked away very happy. They also sent me with a little container to bring a sample of my water in case everything I got did not fix the problem! I will definitely be going back again!

Changing from a 5 star to a 1 star. Original gave 5 stars because I thought the sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Two- three months later its changed.After meeting with a sales rep, discussing what I am looking for, doing a wet test, I do not have a hot tub on the way.When I went in to test the 2 hot tubs I decided I liked, I was ready to put down my deposit. The sales rep told me to think it over and hed give me a call in a couple of days for my payment. The hot tub I wanted was already scheduled to be on the truck coming in January 2021; I was told there were several. After not getting a call from them, I called in to put down my deposit and was told all the hot tubs on the January truck were accounted for. The last one was being held for a floor model. After some discussion and letting him know how disappointed I was, he spoke to the manager. He called me back to let me know I could get a hot tub I may 2021 or go with a different model which I didnt want. Id been working with them since the stores reopened from Covid-19 & feel like Ive been strung along.Im going elsewhere for my hot tub. I chose Job-Rite because they carry the Marquis brand, but Im not willing to wait another 6-8 months with a company I cant trust.

My wife and I got our pool last year and the workers there were very knowledgeable and helpful with the chemicals to maintain our pool.

My wife and I recently purchased a pool from Matt at job rite pools and spas. While we were going thru the sales process he walked me through the set up process, what I would need to do, how I would need to do it. He covered every aspect of product construction, utilization and assembly. He also was very thorough on chemical use, cleaning etc. Matt also said one process of setup was sometimes difficult to do. He was right it is difficult to install the top ring. We tried and tried and couldn’t get it. I called him ( he had said if we ran into problems to call and he would send someone out to help) he immediately returned my call and said that himself and another were coming right away to help.... this was at around 4:45 in the evening. I seriously did not expect that kind of customer support. They showed up and helped us set it up. Went over the whole process again. Took a water sample, dropped off the rest of our chemicals. I can not stress how his dedication to our satisfaction was above and beyond. Customers for life now! Thanks Matt!

A year out from a spa purchase from Job Rite and I still feel that they deserve a 5/5 rating without question. From the initial shopping experience with the owner and her sales staff it has been a pleasure from a customer service perspective. They helped me pick the right spa, came to my house to personally talk about the best placement, and every aspect of the installation. They referred me to a local electrician who did excellent work quickly, and who I later used for a different job which also went well. Pricing was exactly what I expected it to be. After the installation they came to the house to personally go thru use and maintenance. Over the past year I have made repeated trips to the store for the included monthly water tests in the lab. I also go back for advice and chemicals. The chemical costs have been better than the price on Amazon the last time I checked. They have never hassled me or given me attitude any time I have been in the physical store. Their service is commendable. The product has had no issues - Marquis spa. The owner has several younger employees who work there, and each has been friendly and knowledgeable. The first time I walked in I was given personal attention for about forty five minutes during which I bombarded him with question that he knew answers to immediately. I recommend this store without hesitation, and it is no wonder why they have been a successful small local business for decades (website states since 1959).

Kim and her family are awesome. I have a pool from her competition but they never took the time to tell us how to do anything last year when we got it. So when we called the other place all they wanted to do was send a service person out.. so I decided to try Job Rite mid season last year and from day one they helped me, taught me and worked with me..... not just lets send someone out and charge a service fee like the other company did. I cant even tell you how much they care, early morning calls, photos to Kims phone; follow up calls from Kim to see if things were moving in the right direction. They are a business dont get me wrong, but Kim, Abe and Job Rite cares about their customers. Its not a place where they will put it up and forget it... they will help you along the way. So you end up having less cost, less frustration and a great looking pool for the season. We will continue to go there, as a matter of fact was there today. With this being the season they are swamped, but again they care about the customer ...so they work really hard and long to make sure everyone is satisfied EVERYONE wants their pool or spa working and water clear NOW, not tomorrow NOW. Would recommend this business to friends or family anytime.

We have had our hot tub for over 2 years and just wanted to share one of the reasons why we love it! We have three children, ages 20, 17 & 14, who invite their friends over to go in it all the time. Its great to see them talking and laughing and interacting with each other WITHOUT their phones! Its something they can do anytime of the year. In fact, the middle of the winter is the most fun. My husband and I always say that this was the best purchase weve made -- relaxing for us & fun for our kids!

They do not disclose all the costs. My parents bought new equipment from them and paid for installation. They were told $75 an hour for the guys to install. When it came time to pay the bill it was $75 an hour per tech, on top of an $85 service charge (for a new unit that was being installed at $150 an hour NOT being serviced). When we asked for a quote about another service we were only given a verbal rough estimate (that ranged by a few hundred dollars) not anything in writing that could be held toWill not be buying from or reccomend this company ever.

The entire staff is very helpful. I had an issue getting the chemicals right in order to close my pool and instead of having me try more chemicals and spend more money they actually came out to my house and fixed it for me. They also gave me some valuable information about my pump and maintenance while at my house that was not previously provided to me by the company where I bought the pool. I highly recommend Job-Rite Pools & Spa!

Update, I Purchased this spa 4 years ago from Job Rite pools and spa. I recently had a leak in the spa and called Kim. She had one of her field technicians (Abe) at the house the very next day to see what was wrong. They discovered the frog housing had cracked and ordered a replacement and had it installed within a few days. This Spa is back in service with no leaks. Everything was covered under the manufactures warranty.Kudos to Kim and her staff for excellent service !!I recently purchased a Caldera Cantabria Spa from Job Rite Pools & Spa. I researched several major Brands & Models. I also wet tested them at several stores, I highly recommend anyone planning to purchase a spa to wet test them to help make your selection.Kim was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in showing me the different features of each model. I had my delivered on an elevated deck and Kim explained that she has delivered many Tubs with a Crane. Kenny, the service manager was there to make sure everything was done correct. This is my first hot tub. Kenny is excellent and very patient and will walk you through all the steps of operating & maintaining a hot tub.They did a great job getting it set in the right location. They had the Tub connected and filled in less than 2 hours.They also offer water testing for Free for the life of the Spa. Each time I have brought in a sample, they explain the results and what I need to do to get the water chemistry corrected.Job-Rite Pool & Spas is an excellent business, Its a family business that is over 50 years old & you always get to deal with the same person. Not like the big box dealers that have lots of staff turnover. I highly recommend Job-Rite Pool & Spas.John

Kim is the Pool Whisperer! No matter what I have had go wrong with my water, she tells me what caused it and how to fix it every Time! This is a family owned business of over 40 years. They are not in it to sell chemicals! They sell GOOD chemicals! I switched from another company that actually relabeled cheap chemicals and told the customers they were the best. The proof is the way your skin feels after you get out of the pool. There is NO comparison! We dont even feel like we were in the pool. Our bathing suits even last more than 1 season! They are the best!

Being a new pool and spa owner, I cannot recommend Kim and her helpful staff at JobRite highly enough. They are very helpful and dedicated to provide friendly customer service day in and day out. I’m proud to shop local where it counts and Job Rite is definitely my go-to source for pool and spa supplies!

Zero stars is my rating. Now that I dont need to go there anymore I can write this review. After buying everything for my pool for the past 8 years I was yelled at in front of many customers for having DARED to buy pool shock elsewhere. Id come in to get my water tested and buy everything else I needed at JobRite. I was so shocked I hardly knew what to say, and everyone else in line was uncomfortably trying to look like it wasnt happening. JobRites prices are triple what any other place charges, and the crime Id committed was buying a common item at a different store at a reasonable price. I tried to reason with Kim, but she wasnt having it - telling me that the only way shed sell me anything was if I paid for the water to be tested. After going there for many years. I have never experienced such rudeness - as well as making everyone in the store uncomfortable. Even the poor gal whod been about to test my water was averting her eyes and trying to disappear through a hole in the floor, like I was. I have made a point of telling anyone and everyone I know how awful the experience was. I hope JobRite goes out of business.

No company better than Job-Rite! For years we struggled with the water quality of our in-ground saltwater pool. I just wanted to get to the place I was promised by my original pool company: near-maintenance free water quality and chemical levels. Some summers I honestly considered not even opening the pool because I was so sick of the hassle and dealing with cloudy water, troubleshooting green water, etc.Kim was more than patient as I brought in samples of my water week after week - sometimes twice in a week - and gave me expert help and advice and everything I needed with careful instructions to get my water where it needed to be. Day by day it improved and now finally, after years of struggling, my saltwater pool has had perfect, non-fluctuating levels of chlorine, salt, pH, and alkalinity. Every day it is crystal clear and I do nothing to it but a small capful of weekly maintenance conditioner.The reality is is that if you listen to Kim, follow her printed instructions, and buy products she recommends, youll have the perfect pool.

You couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable no nonsense staff, they only sell you what you need, and truly care about making sure your pool looks the best. They have earned a customer for life with me.

We bought our hot tub and pool from job-rite I have had nothing but great experience everytime I have gone there we get all of our chemicals there and water testing ect.. Kim is wonderful she will do everything she can to help you very knowledgeable she knows her stuff she has got me set up with the right chemicals I need to close and open my pool ect.. I call her the water dr. You have problems with your water she knows what to do to fix it and will not sell you stuff u dont need she says dont wast your money on that this is what you needshe will guide you in the right direction. All of her employees are helpful and friendly. I Highly recommend Job-Rite.

These folks live eat and breathe spas and pools, and sell spa chemicals that will change your life. I owned a hot tub for 4 years before discovering Job-Rite. I had tried spa chemicals from the 3 other big franchise pool & spa stores, the hardware store, and, the brand that came with the tub. All those chemicals burned my skin, stunk up the house, the water was mostly cloudy, and left a waterline scum line that needed cleaned daily. Kim at Job-Rite switched me to their Spa Guard brand, coached me on using them, and, provides free detailed analysis of water samples I bring in. COMPLETE change for the better! NEVER a scum line, virtually no odor, water is crystal clear, and my skin never burns or itches. My neighbor hired Job-Rite for her outdoor pool supplies maintenance and also sings their praises. I cant say enough good things, and I officially proclaim owner Job-Rite owner Kim as Lady Kimberley, Queen of Chlorine!

Our experience at this pool store was very poor. Weve tried it several times and found it equally problematic each time. The owner is verbally abusive to her customers and quite rude. She actually yelled at my husband in the store today when she asked for a list of what chemicals he was using and he showed her a picture of them. She berated him because several of the items he used last year were not bought at her store, he explained that those items were given to us by a neighbor who no longer had his pool and were items she told him to use. She did if he wasnt going to be a loyal customer he could go somewhere else ( he was there to buy all of our chemicals for this pool season!!he already had them picked out and waiting to be rung out at this point! ) We should not have to justify where we buy things from to a store providing a service and from which we are purchasing items....when I go to giant eagle they dont yell at me because I chose to buy toilet paper from acme. Lucky for us, we found a lovely pool store on Nimisila road nearby that had employees that were very helpful. We chose to spend our mo eye there and were able to get everything that we were going to get at job rite....even got it for a better price! I would not recommend shopping at this pool store unless you enjoy rude customer service and unhelpful employees/owners.

Over the past 3 years I have used backup Algae in my pool. I thought that it would be expensive because of the first year getting the initial chemicals for the pool. But ever year that I have opened my pool it has been crystal clear. I have also had my hot tub for 10 years and have been please with the service. It does get crowded at peak times when you want water tested but I hate testing it myself so getting Job Rite to do it is always better. If you dont like longer waits during the busy times of the day Drop of your water in the morning.
