Very nice people. Very knowledgeable and helped with special problems I have with my ears. I have had many ear operations and many tubes put in my ears. The ear canals are different sizes and she helped with that issue also. Thank you.

I was going to get hearing aids from this HearUSA location and you have to wait about two weeks for confirmation if youre going through an insurance company like I was, no big deal. What was a big deal was finding out that I had been denied a week before my appointment and this lazy woman behind it all (named Angela Damron) couldnt be bothered to call me and cancel. I even called 2 days in advance to make sure I was approved to get them and she still sent me to her office. I mean I took off of work for this. Now Im going to Akron U audiology where they dont believe in wasting your time and dont make unneccesary appointments.
