I sell cars for a dealership in Buffalo and we would never do any of the shady tactics this store used. My good friend Brady drove 4 hours to pick up his new vehicle. After being told he couldn’t pay cash or get his own financing if he wanted this car they proceeded to tell him if he picked a different one he could…. They made him put a non refundable deposit on the vehicle and after arriving he saw rust, body damage and the front bumper was not on correctly. This doesn’t even touch the top of the iceberg when it comes to issues as the headlights didn’t work and it also needed a new tensioner to fix the horrible squeaking. They were okay with delivering a car knowing it had all these issues and not disclosing them to the customer. They were not willing to help him in any way and after this horrible experience proceeded to ask him for a 5 star review… yah okay. If you live in this area do not give them your business since obviously they don’t want to give their customers a good experience!

But id really like to have paperwork when i pick up my vehicle saying what was done and warranty info . It would be a 5 star ,i think management/ owners need to work on my tiny issue of receipt of what has been fixed . Not really looking to buy a car right now but stopped to see what North Coast might have in my price range. Clayton showed me around and all the different options ( really liked the Buick Encore ) they had on the lot. We talked about price range and financing, I even test drove an EcoSport.
