Got a car battery from here, was a quick set up, easy pick up, no problems.

Came in with a weird old metal halide bulb looking for a solution. Clerk (didn’t catch his name) was knowledgeable and provided me with a range of options. Good store!

I rarely give tough reviews, but the clerk i encountered in this store was complacent. He didnt ask me if i had any questions about the halogen bulbs, address concerns or offer me advice. His attitude was- find what you want bring it to the register and give me your payment!! Good thing i dont HAVE to go into this store often.

Their battery warranty is nothing but BS.Bought ATV battery and took it back to b checked since it was not holding a charge.since the voltage was below 10 the warrant was void per the store rep.rep said it was by misuse or something on the ATV was draining the batteryHe was sorry but it was company policy and he couldnt give me a replacement even though the battery only was 4 months old.The rep seemed like a honest and nice guy but f this company and their catch 22 warranty.I will spend my money elsewhere.

First time buyer with an online order, pick up at the Fairlawn, OH store.Order process was simple and straight forward, received a call back within minutes of placing order. Battery was not in stock but would be in within one week, no problem no immediate need. The store called me 3 days later that the battery just came in and is ready for pick up. Very poor service. My mother and grandfather went in to see about getting a new battery for my grandfather’s phone. The young gentleman that helped them, was very rude to my grandfather. Will never be back and will advise family members and friends to never come here.

I would have given a perfect score of 10 but the sales person at the Montrose store did not offer any other assistance when they did not have the bulb that I needed. He was not rude and he was professional. The next day, I called the Macedonia store and the Parma store. Both sales persons were more helpful. They suggested I order online and told me the pick up process. The Macedonia sales person was helpful when I picked up the bulb.

Store Manager Cordell Blackmon was very helpful and advised what a solution would be for my needs. He was out of 1 item and was very surprised that he was able to get it the next day. Would recommend anybody to look him up when visiting

Dont waste your money on a phone screen repair! Came in with a cracked screen and left with a phone that glitches, ghost types, opens and closes apps on its own, attempts emergency calls and disables/locks me out of my phone for 1 to 5 minutes at a time. After re replacing the screen once they tried to blame it on a software issue, Took it to apple they ran diagnostics and said no way it was a software issue and that is was an installation issue. $150 down the drain and my phone is basically useless.

I purchased a 4 pack of 3 v lithium HHD10307 batteries on 5/23/20. Two of the them did not work in the dog collar they were purchased for. When I took then back I was told that they all registered as good and they could do nothing for me. I have bought these batteries for years from your store and never had a problem before so I assumed they would just exchange them for me. Guess not!!! And of all the ridiculous things, I was told that since the package was open I could not return them. OF COURSE IT WAS OPEN! How else would I know they did not work in my dog collars. I buy around 12 -16 of these batteries a year, but I will not buy anymore from your business.

This is the best kept secret for any iPhone repairs! I needed to replace the ailing battery in my wifes iPhone 6S. I purchased it off eBay in December at a great price and it was in immaculate condition, but right off I knew the battery was going to be an issue.Obviously I missed the $29 Apple battery replacement program and was going to gear up to make an appointment at the local Genius bar. While browsing for locations, this Batteries Plus Bulbs came up so I checked it out.Best decision ever! I made an appointment for the following morning. I arrived a few minutes early and the gentleman behind the counter greeted me enthusiastically, verified my info and did a quick check of my phone. He told me it would take 30 minutes; 30 minutes later I returned and the phone was ready to go. Because I used the online appointment tool I received a $10 off coupon which made the transaction $29.70 including tax. Employees laughed when , When I told them thier battery failed me twice , and I had to push start my 700 pound motorcycle. Thier reaction Thats it , all it weighs !! Refuse to accept that the battery is failing. And stand behind the 1 year warranty. Bikes electric system is good and charging. The battery is trash. Went a bought a different battery success. Holds a charge. Dont waste your time on these guys..

He inquired if I was shopping for my business, which I was. The rep then looked in the computer and found out I qualified for a discount! This was completely unexpected, and very much appreciated! Batteries Plus in Fairlawn Does not stand by its batteries. Car battery keeps draining and only had it for 2 months. Assistant manager blames it on my car and had it checked out and that’s not the case. I’ve been to the store twice and Won’t swap it out for a new one. I would go elsewhere as they don’t stand by their batteries and make it impossible to replace it.The workers act like they don’t have the authority to make it right and replace the battery.Save yourself the headache.

Didnt even know Duracell made a car battery. Read reviews on many of the other batteries and there were many complaints that batteries are no longer made to last even to their warranty date. Some of those batteries can get well over 200.00. I decided to try this battery brand and I got it home and put it on the tender and so far so good. Place was friendly and helpful. Would do again in a heartbeat (provided the battery lasts as long as it should.)

Easy peasy! Needed a new battery for the lawn tractor. Chose it online and picked up at the store. Reasonable price and even better with the rebate. I like that they charge a deposit for recycling the old battery. You get a credit at purchase. Keeps these out of landfills. Will definitely be back!

I went to have the battery changed in my mother in laws watch. It was her 93rd birthday. Clerk removed battery, but was unable to install replacement battery. I ended up taking it the next day to Kimberly Jewelers where I would have gone to begin with but they were not open on Sunday. I would suggest to avoid this store no real bargain on prices cost me more to buy the battery there and then pay Kimberly to install it.

They tried everything to try to fix my phone, even tested my battery. I was there to by a replacement battery but they were honest and told me I didnt need one. They referred me to a repair service.

Got my watch battery replaced by Ryan and he was such a great fast help and also quoted me on a new key fob for my car.

I had an overall decent experience here. They had what I needed in Stock and installed it for me (a battery for my galaxy s6) for about $70. It saved me the time and costed the same amount as if I were to fix it myself since my battery is built in to my phone. The only downside was that since my phone had been repaired by a 3rd party prior to my battery replacement they did not offer me a warranty on my new battery which is semi-understandable but still disappointing since it did cost $70. Fast, friendly, helpful, prepared, but also slightly costly and disappointing with the warranty situation.

I had great service at this location. I cawas very pllled before to confirm that they had the correct battery for my cell phone. He confirmed that they had it in stock, and he explained how late they are open and its cost. He was very polite and helpful. He advised that if I was coming to pick it up, he recommended bringing in the phone to make sure it was a proper fit and would work prior to leaving. I was very pleased.

I needed a motorcycle battery on Sunday. They had exactly what I needed in stock. Took 4hrs to fill and charge to 80% but it got me back on the road.

Bought a battery a month ago for my riding lawn mower, battery is even stamped 7/18, was working fine and then stopped working. Took it in today, 8/17 and was told if its under 10v that it wasnt warrantable and that was policy. Basically meaning the warranty is worthless. Employees blamed my equipment and asked if I installed it incorrectly. Wont be coming back. I guess Amazon or someone else like Lowes will get my business on these items moving forward.

If you have a Batteries Plus store near you it just makes sense to use them. Not only are the stores staffed by knowledgeable local battery professionals, but the Batteries Plus website makes it so easy to battery shop for EXACTLY what you want, pay for it and then simply pick up at the store. Something goes wrong, you have the local store folks ready to assist. IMHO, this is the only way to go.

I went in the buy a tractor battery at the Montrose (Akron) store and the person behind the counter Glenn who also repairs tractors asked me what kind of tractor I had, I told him about some trouble Ive had with it and he gave me excellent and very useful advice which he did not have to do, he was very helpful and i will definitely go back when the need arises.

Gave it three stars because no paypal option and was not informed that they would not do a battery install on a 2016 Ford Escape due to battery placement. They looked it up in a book so I could have been informed online before purchase and driving to store.
