These girls are AMAZING. Little more exp than some other places but very high quality jewelry and so professional and clean. Not your avg piercing shop. And they really REALLY made my daughter feel right at home. The kind of place you want to bring your kid or teen for their piercings. They even offered to take pics for me and my daughter and got so excited for and with her. Explained everything to her and even gave a little pamphlet highlighting stuff to know. Will def go again

My Wife and I went here to get multiple piercing done. We were greeted right away, did all the necessary paperwork, picked out the jewelry, and got taken to the room right after. My Wife got a step by step of how the piercing would be done, all the care instructions, and got very detailed information of how everything was going to go. Piercings were a breeze and have been healing as they should. This is hands down, the best place to get any piercing 🙌. Heather was the piercer and is amazing!!! I think everyone should go here! Absolutely love the vibe of this shop! They were all super friendly and helpful. I went in to get my nipples pierced and I was a little nervous about it but I was so lucky to have Heather as my piercer. She was so informative and walked me through the whole process. Her placement was perfect from the beginning, I jumped a little bit with the first piercing but she was able to keep it even and perfect! So happy with how well she did. I was recently in the shop to have my high nostrils done and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing as they did it. There was a lot of time and thought taken by Brynn to make sure both sides of my nose would line up and look PERFECT and I appreciate it so much. She was so sweet and has such an attention to detail. They had such a large, beautiful display of different jewelry for me to choose from, too. You can tell everyone that works there takes pride in their work and loves what they do. It feels very welcoming and homey. I recently moved from Ohio to Minnesota and still made the decision to wait until I visited to have my piercings done because they were so highly recommended. I’m so happy that I did!

I had my nose pierced by Jeremiah almost ten years ago, and a daith piercing by Heather yesterday; my sister also comes here for all her piercings and has never had a bad thing to say. I had an amazing experience both times, everything is clean, the staff are all knowledgeable and so friendly; they explain the jewelry sterilization process in depth if youre buying a piece from the display. As others have mentioned, sure, it may be a little pricey, but for services like those offered by Good Life I would absolutely rather pay a bit more and know Im being taken care of by a well trained pro. The pricing is communicated to you up front when you book the appointment and gone over again once youve picked your jewelry. I hope theyre around for a long time to come, their professionalism and passion for their work is evident!

Too many great things to say about this shop. It was clean, well-staffed, and welcoming. The environment was free from any intimidation. My piercer was Heather. She was so encouraging and comforting through the whole process. Caelan took me through all of the jewelry and obviously enjoys curating unique and balanced looks with piercings. They were transparent about pricing and took me through everything before I finalized my decision. My piercings have healed beautifully thus far. I couldnt be happier with my experience here.

I went to Good Life today to get my earlobes pierced for the first time with my mom and sister. Kelly and Caelan were so nice and professional, Kelly calmed me down when I got a little nervous. Everyone there was so nice and answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. I love my piercings and will be going back there for all my piercing needs. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, which is professional work and amazing quality.

I havent had a piercing since I was little, and I called to get information about a nose hoop piercing. I spoke with Kelly who was very informative! She recommended starting with a stud, and explained everything very well that it gave me a lot of confidence and comfort to make an appt here.Very clean place and easy to view the jewelry. A nice young man helped picked out a good size in an opal and white gold stud, and then Kelly did the piercing. She was so kind and has such a gentle soul! And I love my piercing!! I have very sensitive skin and all has been great!Yes, as some reviews say it may be a little pricey, but I was very confident with their services! Ive had great experiences at Good Life. I started going in 2017 and its the only place I go for piercings. Ive always had complications with piercings. I often have to remove them. This is the first place that Ive gone where I had NO complications. The jewelry is A-1. I now take my children for their piercings and none of them have had any issues. Heather is amazing with children. Or with anyone really.The gal thats often at the counter is also great.During Covid, everyone is masked up. Some even double mask.I guess the only CON I could see is pricing. It is STEEP. You are paying for good quality jewelry (although I can never get mine to sparkle as much as the jewelry in their cases). They use implant grade stainless steel or titanium. They also have 14k/18k gold (remember this is only about 60%/75% gold and people can still be sensitive to it).

They did a fantastic job on my Medusa piercing the staff was friendly and amazing. However this place is pretty pricey. I paid about $100 for the one piercing with no additional accessories. It was $125 with the tip.

I was really surprised by my experiences with Good Life this past year. Ive always heard about how great and high quality everything is there, so after getting my ears pierced somewhere else this past summer, I decided to go to them for a jewelry change (I wanted to switch to hoops). The piercer checked my ears out, determined they were ready for a change, and then went ahead with it. I told him which size hoop I wanted, and then he told me that, although they didnt have any seamless hoops in stock of that size, they had the ones that you connect with a ball, but he assured me he could make it look seamless. I was kind of confused what that meant, but I proceeded anyway. He basically put the hoops in and, rather than connecting them with a ball, used pliers to clamp the hoops together. It definitely hurt when he did it, but he just told me that was because my ears werent fully healed yet. After about two months with those hoops, my ears looked horrible--they were constantly crusty, red, and irritated. I thought it was maybe my fault for going to get my jewelry switched too early and it was because they werent fully healed when I got it switched out. I ended up going back to Good Life to ask about it because I was getting really worried (because a blister started to form near one of the holes). I didnt go into the details of what happened but I just informed them that my ears werent healing and that I was really worried; they were really shocked looking at my ears and asked me where I got them done. They ended up just telling me to keep doing the shower washes. After about another month of that not helping, I went to another studio (Reflection Room in Cleveland--HIGHLY recommend, Devon is amazing), and the piercer there informed me that the jewelry they had used was pretty low quality and that they never should have clamped the hoop into a seamless--thats what was damaging my ear. Fortunately, I got the jewelry switched there and ever since my ears have been fabulous and healing up really well! I just wanted to put this out there because I dont know how messed up my ears would be if I had never gone to Reflection Room and consulted another piercer.

My daughter and I traveled from Shaker Hts (Cleveland) to Akron to get our respective piercings (septum & labret) and words cannot express just how much we love and adore this group. The tremendous care and professionalism we received was topped by the most amazing kindness and fun we’ve ever experienced. They made us feel so comfortable with the process and, too, just by being such amazing souls. The piercing studio was gorgeous and immaculate and the team took every precaution to sanitize before and after our visit and to wear masks and gloves for everyone’s safety. We could have not asked for a more wonderful experience. We have adopted Jeremiah, Stephanie, Brynn and Kelly into our family and our hearts. We will be clients for life and will refer everyone we know to Good Life. THANK YOU for making this experience such a great memory for us!

I will say their prices are pretty high but I was fine paying a little kore because of their amazing service and professionalism. Took my daughter here she had a hoop ring stuck in her nose and was in pain, I told her they know what their doing it will only hurt for a minute, by the time I got to the door the girl already had my daughters nose ring out, she was friendly, place has oxygen floating in it, its super clean and nice inside, very professional definitely recommend

After having a badly pierced septum done earlier this year from a different piercing shop, all I can say is that this place did an AMAZING job on re-doing it for me! The most friendly staff ever. Every time I walk in here it’s like I’m being greeted by friends. And the jewelry is just beautiful. They have you do this whole calming breathing process when piercing you as well. Unlike any other piercer I’ve been to!

They had done my belly button and messed it up so bad that I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. It is so deep in my belly button that they had to put in a 16mm. They had pierced with the 12mm and the buttom of my belly button was eating the percing. Not to mention it is also crooked. I love this place for my ears but never again for anything else.

I originally got a piercing there over 6 months ago. Pain free and didnt have any problems with the piercing. Price was reasonable. The artist actually took his time and was very informative. Minus the current Covid situation, it didnt take long to get an appointment. Given the current situation, they are baked up and only taking appointments. Which I wouldnt say is a strike against them, more just a heads-up. This is as of 6-19-20.

I have been to Good Life on several occasions and I leave very happy every time. I consulted with Heather before even going in about a bad piercing I had received elsewhere. She was very helpful and now I have a great septum piercing that is positioned correctly for my anatomy. She also did my helix piercing that has healed wonderfully and is placed really nicely. Most recently, however, I called Good Life to purchase jewelry. I lost a piece that was very sentimental to me and was desperate to replace it, but couldnt get to the shop to purchase it. Caelan and Jeremiah helped me order the jewelry, were really clear through the process and answered all of my questions, and got it to me as quickly as USPS made possible. Im so happy and relieved. We brought my 6 year old to get her ears pierced. Good Life was supposed to be very good when working with young children. They proved themselves to be great with kids.Everyone was very friendly and professional. The person who pierced her ears made my daughter feel at ease and she took her time to get the piercing in the correct spot. They also dont use piercing guns, which is supposed to be better for ears.

Super helpful, and experienced piercers/piercing parlor! Came in with a friend today, we both wanted our noses pierced. The process of picking jewelry was very efficient and easy, prices were straight forward and clear for exactly what we were paying for. As for the actual piercing sessions, we both found our piercer very experienced and friendly. Our whole sessions together took around 35 minutes which is amazing on its own. Genuinely glad we found this place, I plan on returning for more piercings in the future!

Awesome service, took my girlfriend here on 7/23/20 for a surprise birthday piercing, staff was super friendly, extremely helpful, reasonable cost, very clean environment, I will definitely return, and totally recommend this business to others, they even do piercings for small children, my daughter will be the next to go here for her first piercings......!!!!!!!
