The people werent very helpful. And they kept rushing me to finish when they were still open another whole hour .I didnt find them very professional at all. If I hadnt got a botched hair cut I proably would have walked out . Definatly not the same kinda ppl that ran it 25 yrs ago . And the prices are kinda high on clothes.

I have been a stylist for almost 30 years and my experience in the Asian beauty supply stores has always been the same... constantly watched!!!! All black people dont still, theives come in all colors!

This was the most rude staff and I will never come back. The Asian couple I’m assuming that own it made a comment to my friend asking her if she was blind. The employee that was asked to help me ( Bonnie or something that started with a b) had no idea how what I was looking and was also rude and unprofessional. Store is disorganized, the employee couldn’t even find what I was looking for let alone point me in the right direction. They get one star for having a convenient location. Good luck fellow beauty shoppers!

They have a good variety of hair. From brands to colors. Just know that they DO NOT do returns. I went in today to return two packs and exchange one. However, when I asked at the time of the purchase, I was told I could return as long as the package hadn’t been opened. And with exchanges it HAS to be within a week of the purchase. All I ask is put up a sign or tell the truth when asked about returns at the time of the purchase.

My mom order hair, they gave her a number and one of the lady staff was so disrespectful and walked away talking about your going to have to recall in your order and said you gave us the wrong number. Just rude! Not good customer service at all, get it together.!

They have everything I could ever want for ethnic hair care. The store is huge and puts Sally Beauty to shame when it comes to how many hair supplies they have. The staff was helpful and answered my questions. The store was very clean. I will only shop there for my hair care needs.

Not enough of hair weave options or color. But have just the basic hair supplies. Its ok.
