I simply needed air in my tires. Although very busy on sat morning help was great! Tech used a torque wrench on lug nuts on another car!! You dont see that alot😎

They know what theyre doing! Have went to them several times now and keep getting friendly service, and get whatever issues fixed. Plus theyre up front if everything is alright or if you need XYZ repaired.Only real issue is the price to pay for their services, however for the most part, their prices are competitive. Plus for most services you can ask for a 10% labor discount, which can save a few bucks for high labor fixes.Highly recommend! Also if you have to stay on property to get your car serviced, its a friendly atmosphere, and they offer free coffee and have a decent sized TV to watch if you want.

Absolutely LOVED the gentlemen in the store! Between coming in and setting up an appointment for the weirdest most specific tires and coming in for the actual appointment to the ridiculous jokes I got to make with these guys it made the entire ordeal of car improvement/maintenance SO MUCH BETTER!!!! Theyre straight to the point and very no nonsense, dont try to over sell or miscommunicate their services to you and will go out of their way to explain in the simplest way possible what is going on and how theyre fixing your vehicle. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

I am using my wifes email. Purchased four new Cooper GS5 Ultra Touring tires on Friday the 27th along with a four wheel alignment. All I can say is these men know what they are doing and get it done. I ran a tire store for three years back and I wished we could have done as well. One hour and twenty minutes for the taking off of the old tires, mounting the new ones, balancing them and doing the alignment. Very courteous and the price was right. They even have you stop back after fifty miles or so to check the torque on the lug nuts. Free rotation, flat repair, and re balancing. A number of folks I spoke to said they were this good all the time. I know they have made a new customer. Give them a try. I think you will be very impressed. L. Shaffer

I have an odd sized tire. Discovered the rear drivers side was going flat earlier this afternoon. I’m leaving for Chicago in the morning. Bought 4 brand new tires from them, 1 developed a slow leak which I assumed needed a reseal. My wife took her vehicle there twice to have it fixed. They replaced the valve stem once which not only didnt fix the problem but it also now has the TPMS light on constantly. Second time they told her that someone must be letting air out of your tire. Mind you, it leaks 15-20psi a day EVERY DAY. A poor excuse to not want to help fix a problem.

Very reasonably priced good quality tire. Was in and out in under 45 minutes without an appointment although they generally require you to have an appointment. Will start going here because theyre also open Saturday. My old tire shop does not have Saturday hours.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I bombarded them with questions about tires 10 min. Before they were closing, and they never rushed me or even said it was closing time. Most places would of done both. The waiting area is very nice and clean, and theres plenty of info and displays of tires if your unsure of what ya need. Prices are comparable to other places near by, but ya get more for your money here, install, and lifetime balancing included in the price. I have been pricing tires for 5 days now and these guys beat all. Will be my new tire place for now on.

They charged me $40 to tell me that they couldnt align my car because of a bad ball joint. Both of which had just been replaced (brand new; on warranty) less than a week before. Took it less than a mile down the street where they did the alignment with no problems and no hassle. After writing a post on fb the owner, Ross, reached out to me saying it was an old policy and told me to return to the store for a refund. So, I did end up getting my money back. However, the sales representative wasnt happy about returning the money and was actually rather rude.

They took a nail out of my tire and patched it, quickly, NO CHARGE!, And they gave me a great quote on another minor repair I need done.

Their distributor couldnt get them the set of high performance tires i requested, so they found another supplier out of state. they ate the (rush?) freight charge and sold me the tires at the original price they quoted me. they never charge for mounting/balancing, and quote the after tax, out-the-door price. they also quoted a timing chain job lower than anyone else, and i will be bringing both my vehicles to them for any major repairs needed.

They LIED ON RECEIPTS (multiple), ADDS HUNDREDS OF MILES TO YOUR RECEIPT SO THEY DONT HAVE TO HONOR warranty. YES, RIGHT NOW THE RECEIPT SAYS I HAVE 500 MILES MORE THAN I ACTUALLY HAVE!! OVER charged prices( by a comparable $400, and still didnt fix my car, dropped car back off next morning, now waiting 5 days FOR A HOSE THEY BROKE, THAT WASNT BROKE, Oh Yea, 5 days later is expedited, they broke the thermometer sensor on my car. In November in Ohio, my car says 122 F outside. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! $1200, for what????

I got quoted for 2 Cooper cs3 tires, and I went to get ready to pay for them and Greg the manager told me that he quoted me wrong. He said he didnt have any CS3s in Stock. So I was ready for him to tell me he put some cheap generic China tire on. But I was so surprised when he said he put Cooper cs5 grand touring on as a replacement for the same price I was quoted for! I will be returning there for my next tire needs.
