When I initially received an email from my insurance company letting me know to contact Quality to schedule my repair - George contacted ME within minutes, before I even had a chance to make a call myself!! I definitely appreciated the text updates throughout the week, but Im beyond impressed and appreciative that once I told Morgan that my husband had to work late and I would not be able to pick up my repaired vehicle until after the weekend she offered and arranged porters to deliver my car to my home - which is about 45 minutes away! - and I had my car at my house in less than 2 hours!! It made our weekend soooo much easier and it truly warms my heart that these folks were willing to literally go out of the way to make this process easier/more convenient for us

Had my vehicle in for repairs due to a fender bender back in January. I chose Quality because I used to work with them a few years ago when I worked at a dealership (we had to sublet out body work). Not only were all the jobs completed in a timely fashion and done beautifully, the staff was always the nicest and most professional group of people Ive ever worked with. My own experience with them this time was exactly as I expected. They did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond for me as they did for the sublet work and as Im sure they do for all their customers!

This company has been great. I had some work done by them five years ago. It came with a guarantee. I noticed a problem and I brought it to their attention. They looked at it, scheduled me an appointment, and fixed it immediately. Great work and a great organization. I wouldnt hesitate going back to them for any additional work.

I thought my 2012 Honda Pilots clear coat was failing but the gentleman at Quality Body Shop said they could buff it out. OMG he was right! It now looks like a brand new vehicle and they even detailed the interior for me too. Best money I ever spent!!! Outstanding value and service. I highly recommend them!!!

Ive had several cars worked on at Quality (Im a good driver, I swear) and Im NEVER disappointed. They consistently go above and beyond. No matter how many times Ive been happy with their work, they always seem to surprise me with just how great they actually are. The office staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I will always go back to them and recommend them to everyone I know.

This body shop Knows nothing about German cars. They tried to fix my roof and end up messing up the sunroof. Took it back to them and they messed up my headliners, sunroof shade and installed the sunroof crooked finally agreed to take it to the dealership bc obviously they can’t fix it. It’s been over 4 months since I came to them to fix one thing but end up with other problem that could’ve been avoid if they knew what they were doing. They billed my insurance multiple times and I think this whole sh*t show was in purpose to collect as much as they could from my insurance and never care about my time or all the trouble they caused. I will never go back there.

Shop did a poor job on fixing my car. It was poor workmanship as stated by the appraiser and insurance company. Quality was only interested in doing the minimum and blaming others for why they did not fix issues related to the accident. My next step is to submit a claim to their insurance company. They refused to provide their insurance information but iiwas able to use my connections to get the information. I recommend others doing the same if they do not do the work done properly and they are unwilling to address the issue. Another suggestion offered is to file a complaint with the states attorney general.

Great staff great place awesome work

Have had my car repaired here in the past and had done good work however this last time I had taken my car to them for some body work and told me that had to go to the dealership to get my door locks and keyless start reprogrammed by the dealership. When I did this, I was told by the dealership it was from a mistake that Quality Auto Body made. When I brought this to their attention and asked for reimbursement, they stated that they were not going to do this. Truly believe that this is unfortunate and not good customer service. Cant and wont recommend them in the future.

They couldnt fix my issues with the front end of my vehicle but still charged my insurance company. Instead of admitting their failures, they said I wrecked it again and refused to fix the original problem! Ive put over 2000 dollars into my vehicle fixing their screw ups! I wouldnt trust them with a matchbox car!
