Took my old pick up truck to be looked at.. The truck is to old to put money into and they let me know that. Great Customer service. Friendly.. Honest and in Some Cases willing to work with you. Youre doing yourself a disfavor by Not going to Mackey Auto Care.

This place is the bomb with fixing whats wrong with your vehicle but a little slow. It will run smooth after a good work over.

I was told a price over the over when i bright the car to the shop they added about 50$ to the price i was told over the phone and they treated me very bad. The manager I believe was very very rude and had to took my car to another place instead of being humiliated. I strongly wouldn’t recommend anyone to go their. Pay an extra 20$ and take to people who respect you and don’t change the price.

I got there with a cracked radiater at closing time and they stayed 3 hours late to put a new radiater on and a new hose very nice people great prices

I thought I needed a new transmission but , they went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. They discovered that I had a few leaks and a bad solenoid. So, I had them fix everything else wrong with the vehicle. My 2012 cara van feels like a brand new vehicle. I am very pleased with Mackey Auto Care.

Sadly I used this place a before and only reason for the 1 star is experience with the owner of the place I could never say good enough about Mike that works in the daytime he is so helpful and friendly but from what I hear about the owner and how he treats people and treated me is not good he the type of person probably doesnt even appreciate his help if he treats customers badly and dont care bout them can only imagine how he treats his workers

My entire AC blew up internally. I new it was a big job and waited over a year to get it repaired because of the huge cost for a repair like this. I decided to go with Mackey because I heard they have some of the best mechanics and this was a massive job. They’re estimate was exactly what I was expecting and had been given elsewhere and far less than the dealerships. More importantly I have a working AC again!

Great little place amazing service and fast

My husband took our car to Mackeys and they quoted us one price and it ended up being way more plus they used different parts on the car one tie rod is thicker than the other. Our car is worse than it was before we took it there and we also have to take our car to another mechanic and pay more money to get the car properly worked on to make it safe to drive able again dont go to Mackeys If your wanting your car fixed right!!! Worst mistake I ever did was taking the car to get fixed there .

By far the most friendly and reasonable auto repair shop in the area. If you have had bad experiences in the past with dealing with auto mechanics, take your vehicles here because they will restore your faith in the industry. Reasonably priced as well. Outstanding guys!

My friend and neighbor, Carol, told me about this shop and how honest and reliable they are. I took my SUV there for an A/C repair and they are very reasonable and honest. As a female, one is quite often taken advantage of in the world of car repair. They even gave me a ride to work when I dropped it off. One of my elderly friends at church was having trouble with her car and I recommended Mackey. Again, because of their honesty and reliability. I certainly would not hesitate going there again or recommending them to friends/family.

Our son who is an Akron U. student, had an issue with his car at school. I called Mackey and explained the issue, our son took his car in the next day and the repair was made, no issues. The cost was very reasonable. Our son said they were very nice. Good to know there is a place like this close to the campus if we ever need them again. Thanks, Mackey!

Terrible ! A bait and switch with the rotor and brake special. Go in for that and all of a sudden they are talking to you about anti freeze, power steering pump, tie rods, ball joints, . Now its an emergency today . Monroe Muffler tactics. Never again, no integrity. Just drum up that total bill. Crooks !
