I am from Naperville Il and was referred to Nate Beaver by a friend.Then later was introduced to Joe Arno who is a new car sales manager.And now after buying my second car i can tell you that my experience was second to none. For the first time i have enjoyed experience of buying a car. Since i am from out of state they arranged pick up my trade-in and delivery of my new car. Second time they had to arrange to pick up two cars from me for the trade-in purpose. They gave me more money for my trade -ins compare to the local dealers in Illinois .Also taking into consideration shortage with auto market they were pretty fair.Thank you Joe and Nate.Very Professional people .

Although COVID-19 created delays, the comfort and assurance that my self-designed purchase would be EXACTLY as stated was a dream come true! Nate Beaver, my salesperson was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and most of all patient with my many inquiries. I wanted to share my experience with the Mercedes Akron dealership. I was searching for a new car and normally I am loyal to BMW, however I stopped in to this dealership just to take a look. Nathan Beaver (my salesperson) went above and beyond to find me a car that suited my needs. He was patient, a great listener and searched and searched until he found a car with all of the specs I was looking for. If I could rate him and the dealership greater than a five star...I would. I did not feel pressured to buy. He answered my questions and gave me time to make my own decision. Normally, I do not like the process of buying a car, however it was a very pleasant experience!!! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH NATHAN BEAVER at the Mercedes Akron location.

I highly recommend visiting MB of Akron prior to your next MB purchase. Nate Beaver was exceptional. We drove from 2 hours away. Nate had the vehicle we inquired about waiting for us in the showroom for our test drive. We ended up test driving many vehicles before our purchase. Nate was always patient and informative. If you are interested in a Mercedes vehicle, Nathan Beaver is an excellent car salesman to work with. I highly recommend Nathan due to his ability to meet exact expectations/requirements and wants/needs when purchasing a vehicle with him. Nathan goes above and beyond to make the Mercedes experience one to remember and keeps the customer desiring to work with him in the future. Amazing service and extremely helpful! Nathan Beaver made the process really convenient and even had my new car delivered to me at work in North Olmsted.At the end of 2020 I had been in a car accident and the other driver was at fault, so the insurance process was long and confusing. Mercedes Benz Akron was the only dealership in Ohio that had a new C43 with the interior that I wanted, Nathan Beaver went above and beyond to make sure that the car was held for me while the insurance companies sorted everything else, and he also made sure I didn’t lose the amazing deal they were giving me on the car just because I couldn’t finish purchasing until the insurance was finalized.I appreciate everything MB of Akron and specifically Nathan Beaver did to make sure I got the exact I wanted!

The worse dealership ever. We bought a cla250 ran good for six months then engine problems constantly. During the final year of my lease we had a cylinder failure while at the dealership we got a rat infestation in the engine department because the dealership is next to an abandoned school, they denied of course, then 3 months later another cylinder failed obviously because they speed cars in and out they didnt check the other cylinders for damage and refused to cover it under warranty. The general manager Joe is rude and impossible to work with, the dealership is crowded and very dirty. Poor leadership from owner down. Do yourself a favor and buy a Audi.

FALSE ADVERTISINGI was searching for a part for my Smart Car and found this dealership. Their website showed the part in stock along with the cost and the shipping costs to Arizona. I ordered the part, payed for it thru Pay Pal. I get a confirmation email for the order and an order number. A little while later I get an email from the dealership that says, Sorry but we dont have parts for Smart Cars only for Mercedes. So they are advertising parts for Smart Cars, their website allows you to place an order and pay for it, but they dont have the parts. WOW what a scam.

While traveling through Akron, a check coolant level message popped up on the dash. Stopped by and asked if they could check for any problems. Staff was friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and orderly in typical MB fashion. The technician checked over the entire cooling system for issues and topped off the coolant. Problem fixed! No charge. Joe, the sales manager, and Greg tried to force my family into buying a car even though we never signed a contract. We agreed on a 1k deposit for a car but decided to not go through with it because they were unprofessional and we couldn’t agree to terms. So, after we politely declined the car, Greg and Joe charged our credit card 1500 for a deposit (wen we actually agreed to 1k). Don’t give them cc information unless you get a receipt and get everything in writing so they don’t try pulling a fast one. Joe tried suing us for over 5k for “breach of contract” even though there was no contract, receipt, or agreement (they tried doing this to retaliate). The lawsuit blew up in their face and we got our 1500 back and our attorney filed complaints with Mercedes Benz Corporate, BBB, and Ohio Attorney Generals Office for consumer abuse. Go to North Olmsted instead (has much better reviews on Google). We bought over 10 cars from them all great deals with no problems. We would have gone with them but our guy there left and referred us to Greg. I just now realized Akron has the worse google reviews out of all the Mercedes dealerships in the area. Should have done my research beforehand.

As I read all the positive reviews given for this dealership, I wonder how my experience missed the mark by such a huge degree. My husband had been in email contact with Nate about a month ago, so he wanted to give him our business when it came time to get serious about buying. He emailed Nate the day we came out to look at the vehicle to let him know we would be there. When we arrived, my husband introduced himself and Nate acted like he had never heard of him. He sent us out for a test drive in the GLA250 I had been interested in. Upon our return, he came back out, and talked about selling us the demo, the car we took for a test drive, but wasnt sure how far into the 90 days that one was.(we had no desire to buy a demo) When I mentioned that I may be more interested in the next size up, he brushed me off by saying those start at $50k, as if he had some predetermined budget for us that we hadnt set. He was a nice guy, but my husband and I agreed that he seemed like he had something more important to do and was in a big hurry to get to it. Thankfully, there is another Mercedez dealer to choose from in our area. Hoping for a better experience there.

My experience with this service department was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. It started when I dropped my car off on a Saturday to get an A3 service. I pulled up to the service area to find a lady sitting in her office with another customer of whom didn’t look up to acknowledge me driving up she just kept looking down as if I wasn’t even there. There were other workers just walking by me of whom did not stop to ask if I needed any assistance....I guess everyone thought I was just this lost looking person just wondering around in the service are for no reason. I finally went inside near the service area, only to get the same treatment....I finally approached a guy and asked if someone could help me as I had an 11am appointment for service. So after getting someone to finally help, I was placed in a loaner until the following Monday. I go pick up my car that Monday afternoon, only get my car back not cleaned or vacuumed in the inside, of which is nowhere near the type of service that I use to. Other locations basically roll out the red carpet for you every time you bring your car in to get it serviced. I drove home and talked to my husband of which was also surprised about the terrible service because we own several Mercedes and never in our life had we experienced such. So I chopped it up, and was just not going to take my car back for service, but I had to write a review when after I arrived home and was going over my service print out only to find I had another customers service print out. SMDH!!!! Avoid this location and take your money elsewhere .

Nate Beaver is the ultimate car salesman. I ordered a AMG G63(which is nearly impossible to get a decent price these days) and he had it delivered with all the bells and whistles at a more than reasonable price within a week. I will never shop for a Mercedes vehicle with another salesman. Nate made the long difficult process of buying a truck short, simple and easy. Anything you need from a Maybach down to a C class I’m more than certain Nate can get his hands on it for you. My wife and I worked with Nathan Beaver in sales to lease a new 2021 GLS 450. He made the process very easy and we’re thrilled with the vehicle to haul our 4 daughters around! Normally car buying feels like a rigged game against the buyer (like taking on the “House” in Vegas - where only the sharpest or luckiest don’t lose). New to the Akron area, first time servicing my ML350 locally. Car came back to me without the engine cover. When I inquired of course I was told by the Service Manager the car arrived at the dealership without the engine cover. No notation on the service ticket of a missing cover, I was left to discover this on my own. So I am traveling over the holidays with an air intake vent normally attached to the engine cover flopping around under the hood. It iis interesting to note the car was missing the rear wiper arm, which was a suggested repair for $140. I bought the part at Mercedes for $70 and 10 minutes later I’m back in business. Do not get your car serviced here, there are better Mercedes Service Centers close by.

Shaun Thompson helped my parents purchase a GLA250 a few years ago. He took such good care of my parents, I went and purchased a GLE from him as well. I purchased my GLE 350 about two weeks ago from Mercedes of Akron and I love it so much! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service Jayda showed during my purchasing experience. She was so polite and not pushy at all. I even took my car home for a test drive over night just to make sure it was the perfect fit! (It was). Jayda made sure I knew everything I needed to about my vehicle before leaving, so I felt safe and confident in my new car. A couple days later Jayda sent me a message saying my car did need a software update - she scheduled for me to have a lender car and have a Mercedes-Benz worker pick my car up and drop it back off to me - which was amazing because I live 45 mins from Akron. They also detailed my car and filled it up with gas upon returning it to me! Her excellent customer service went well past me pulling off the lot. I will definitely be back to see Jayda for my next Mercedes purchase!!! Thank you!!

We bought our last Mercedes from Nathan Beaver at Mercedes Benz of Akron. We bought a C Cabriolet which was a big change from our normal two seater SLKs that we had bought in the past. After 5 SLKs we were a little concerned that we wouldnt be happy with the C Cab. Nathan was very helpful in showing us the advantages of the bigger car. The smoother ride and ease of entry has been great since my wife and I are not getting any younger. He took care of everything from start to finish. Since the purchase Nathan is just a call away to handle taking our cars in for service or to come in to test drive a new model. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesperson was Nate, and he did not disappoint. Excellent salesperson, with a great attitude. No BS. Great to work with. He found the closest car to what I wanted, but unfortunately another dealer would not give up the car. We found another car and they stuck to their word on a great deal. It was not a perfect situation, but Nate found a way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. Delivered the car right to my house and it was immaculate. Great care and customer service. Start to finish, this was the best car-buying process Ive experienced. I bought a car in an hour and a half, including test drives. Shaun Thompson was my sales person, and he was smart, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. My wife and I were driving from Indiana to NJ in-between snow storms, and my AC/heater blower went out. I called service and they gave me an emergency appointment, had the part waiting, and installed the blower during their lunch hour. In only 45 min my car was fixed and washed. I purchased new winter tires for my BMW from Tire Rack. Tire Rack lists this Dealer as a certified installer. I went here and they, installed my tires in a timely fashion(about 1 hour 45 minutes) I was notified when the service was complete. I returned and to my surprise they had washed my car, and had it looking beautiful! I wanted to keep my old tires since they were for summer, and I told the Service center this, they went as far as to put each tire in a trash bag, as to not leave a single mark of dirt on the inside of my car from the old tires. I appreciate that so much, and hadnt even thought about that! Thank you again! Very high quality service, and they have some good coffee :D.

I recently leased a car from Nate. The process was smooth and easy. I live an hour away so he worked with me through email and texts which a lot of salesmen don’t like to do. It made the whole transaction easier for me. After we agreed on some numbers, I came in once to look everything over and left with my car. I had the wonderful Victor Vilchez as my salesperson for my Chrysler Town and Country mini van. Victor went BEYOND customer service when working with me. He made the whole experience pleasant and quick. I had closed the deal on my van within 2 hours and everything was done to make me a happy customer even after the sale. Victor was very responsive to every issue and call I had. He kept me abreast of everything that was going on. Dave Bowman was extremely helpful.I ended up buying from a dealership closer to home. Mercedes-Benz of Akron had better prices, but not enough to make up for the 100 mile distance. (But it was a close call.)

I bought a 63 amg from this dealership while trading in a lease. The car wasnt ready, due to their own employee hitting a garage door with the windshield. Exact quote from the salesperson was we need to off set our prices for our own mistakes. Basically putting the cost on the customer. Rather than themselves for the damages they did. I have owned bmw and Mercedes in the past, I wont be back here ever again. I even had the tech with a specific problem, not fix the issue and had to inform him of his actual job. Come to pick up the car, all documented via cell phone and didnt fix the problem until I had to explain what was wrong for the 10th time. He only seemed concerned with finishing as fast as possible to be able to talk to the lady in the service department. I would and have gone elsewhere for any type of service. Sad, I had to train him as a non employee of his own job. My advice is be more professionalAnd immediately after this post they called and wanted to make everything right. That shouldnt be an after thought, it should be how they run a successful business. As said before I wouldnt deal with them. I even called them with a specific problem that I identified and they wanted 100 dollars to tell me the problem. What a joke of all Mercedes dealerships. Youre basically buying a Chrysler.

Went to buy a car there last week on Feb 29th and had a horrible experience. I was an able and willing buyer. I had the money and the credit score. I was interested in the MG GLC 63 coupe it was over 80k. I asked the sales person if I could test drive the car or coupe similar and he said no. He said they dont usually allow the GLC or GLE coupe to be test driven. But at the same time I saw several others being test driven. When I went to work on Monday and I spoke to my boss about my experience because he had just recently visited the exact same dealership. He described a much different experience they basically rolled out the red carpet. The only difference between my boss and myself is this. Im semi young and black and hes a successful white guy. And hes the one who pointed out I was profiled. Not saying the whole dealership acts this way but I was definitely profiled by my sales associate that day. Long story short I went to Land Rover in Solon and they were very open to allowing people to test drive their vehicles. So I brought a Range Rover Sport.

I was unimpressed with their Service Dept., but in quality of work and accountability for that work. I had my MB in for a warranty issue and asked for an additional at-charge service. I receive my car back in worse condition and found the Service Advisers and Managers to deflect and not take an ownership/accountability in the process or service. I hope some training and leadership skills are provided to this group.

Typical dealer BS. Ordered certified preowned. The seat net on the passenger side broke, and they claimed that the part will take month to come from Germany. We came back months later to check, they said this has never happened and now will cost thousands to fix. Never agian form this dealer or preowned.Update : I wish there was 0 star rating. Awful service and treatment even from mercedes headquarters. I reached out to them for something completely different and I had yet another awful experience. I had to ask my credit card company to reverse the charge. This is when MB finally paid attention to my request. Just a miserable experience from day 1.

I Just turned in my GLA and upgraded to a 2020 GLC on Black Friday. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve worked with Joe Arno, the General Manager before and my experience was even better the second time. Salvatore was my Sales Consultant. He sent me updates via text which was what I preferred. I applied for my financing online and the store had a super convenient option to wire the deposit. On the day I took delivery of my vehicle, all I had to do was sign! Sal even checked in with me a couple of days later (on his day off) to make sure I was enjoying the car and to inquire whether I had any questions. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new GLC and very grateful to Joe and Sal. I definitely recommend you ask to work with Salvatore if you’re looking for a new or pre-owned MB!
